1819: The Excel Groove Project is located in the LaSalle-Bearing. Side of Soi Lasalle 52. The layout of the building rests in the L style, creating a Court in the middle of the design. The main facilities of the project on the 2nd floor allow for a more privacy because of level deference from road. Utilities are available for both Lobby, Swimming Pool, Fitness and Lounge.

“Loft风格”是设计的主要概念。在景观中它打破了Loft风格的概念，空间以户外展览的形式出现，也有定期的艺术展览。这是一个活动空间。大楼的色调很暗。所以游泳池采用了较为明亮的颜色，通过植物的栽植来创建一个私密性强的按摩池。

“Loft style” is the main concept in design. In the landscape, it breaks the idea of loft style. The space came out in an outdoor exhibition format. Similarly, there are periodic art exhibitions. This is a space for activities. The tone of the building is dark. So we provide a bright color for the swimming pool. Use group of tree to create a privacy Jacuzzi.
