Ⅰ. 景观方案主创设计师 Chief Landscape Designer

任职要求：

1、5年以上景观设计经验，拥有独立负责完成居住区、商业、公共空间、市政类型等大、中型项目的经验；一线设计企业担任同等职位两年以上，有与TOP20地产完整项目经历或知名项目者优先录用；
2、方案构思能力优秀，创意新颖，负责项目作品的创意设计，带领团队开展设计工作，善于利用、引导团队开发创作，保证并监督作品质量；
3、具有较强的方案突击能力与良好的把控力，能协调多个项目同时进行，合理安排并领导组员工作；
4、协助团队内部与其他专业之间的工作关系；
5、协助公司定期对小组成员进行评估报告和发展建议，协同公司发展制定部门规划；协助公司对小组成员进行专业培训和指导；
6、能够在专业技术会议或讨论中清晰、准确、有效地表述专业问题和解决方法，具备良好的与业主、公司成员间的沟通能力；

Job Requirements:

1、More than 5 years of experience in landscape design, with independent experience in completing large and medium-sized projects such as residential areas, commerce, public spaces, and municipal types; first-line design companies have held the same position for more than two years, and have completed project experience with TOP20 real estate or well-known projects. Priority hiring;
2、Excellent program conception ability, innovative creativity, responsible for the creative design of project works, lead the team to carry out design work, be good at utilizing and guide the team to develop and create, and ensure and supervise the quality of the works;
3、Have strong program assault ability and good control ability, can coordinate multiple projects at the same time, reasonably arrange and lead the work of team members;
4、Assist in the working relationship between the team and other professions;

Ⅱ. 景观方案设计师 Landscape planner

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，大中型景观设计公司3年以上同岗工作经验者优先；
2、能与业主沟通，在主创指导下独立或带团队完成项目设计工作；
3、能熟练使用CAD、SU、PS、lumion等相关专业软件，具备较强的专业技能，手绘能力佳；
4、具有较强的审美能力与持续学习的能力，对设计和艺术充满激情；
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作意识，有着较高的综合素养。

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position in large and medium-sized landscape design companies is preferred;
2、Be able to communicate with the owner and complete the project design work independently or with a team under the guidance of the main creator;
3、Proficient in using CAD, SU, PS, lumion and other related professional software, with strong professional skills, good hand-painting ability;
4、Strong aesthetic ability and continuous learning ability, full of passion for design and art;
5、Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork awareness, and have a high comprehensive quality.

Ⅲ. 景观施工图主创设计师 Landscape construction drawing chief designer

任职要求：

1、园林、土木工程、工民建等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、5-8年施工图设计经验，具备良好的施工图制图能力，能独立完成施工图与详图设计工作；
3、熟悉国家标准及设计规范、工艺技术、材料知识及造价分析；
4、具备景观空间感与艺术审美，能准确理解方案意图并对设计深化进行推敲细化，清楚表达施工图，使设计意图得以贯彻；
5、景观设计工作经验丰富，施工图总控能力强，具有配合现场施工经验。

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above in related majors such as gardening, civil engineering, industrial and civil construction;
2、5-8 years experience in construction drawing design, with good construction drawing drawing ability, able to independently complete construction drawing and detailed drawing design work;
3、Familiar with national standards and design specifications, process technology, material knowledge and cost analysis;

Ⅳ. 景观施工图设计师 Landscape construction drawing designer

任职要求：

1、全日制大专或以上专业，园林、园艺、艺术设计、环境艺术设计等相关专业；
2、 3-5年景观设计相关领域施工图设计工作经验；
3、独立负责施工图项目设计工作，并具备与客户有较良好的交流和沟通能力；
4、熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、SU等软件；
5、熟悉掌握国家景观设计制图规范。

Job Requirements:

1、Full-time college degree or above, majors in gardening, horticulture, art design, environmental art design and other related majors;
2、3-5 years working experience in construction drawing design in related fields of landscape design;
3、Independently responsible for the design of construction drawing projects, and have good communication and communication skills with customers;
4、Proficient in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SU and other software;

Ⅴ. 场景模型设计师 Scene model designer

任职要求：

1、熟练掌握C4D、犀牛、PR等设计软件；
2、全国统招风景园林、环境艺术或建筑学、城市规划相关专业本科及以上学历；
3、4年以上景观设计行业深化设计经验，有独立完成完整项目模型者或知名设计公司工作经验者优先考虑；
4、良好的三维空间想象力，较强的色彩和审美感觉，具备较强的材质灯光处理及后期能力，画面效果优化、视频动画导演能力强。
5、具有扎实的美术基础、想象力丰富，创意能力以及色彩控制能力强。

Job Requirements:

1、Proficient in C4D, Rhino, PR and other design software;
2、Nationally recruited bachelor degree or above in landscape architecture, environmental art or architecture, urban planning related majors
3、More than 4 years of experience in deepening design in the landscape design industry, those who have independently completed a complete project model or work experience in a well-known design company are preferred;

Ⅵ. 平面设计师（品牌岗） Graphic Designer (Brand Post)

岗位职责：

1、负责品牌部设计管理工作；
2、辅助商务部完成其他设计表现工作；

岗位要求：

1、平面设计、动态视频设计、数字媒体设计、广告设计、新闻学等相关专业；
2、1-2年平面设计经验，优秀者可放宽至应届毕业；
3、熟练使用PS、AI、PR、AE、C4D等（至少其中3类）设计软件，有手绘能力优先；
4、具有较高的审美能力（很重要）；
5、踏实、眼光独到、肯学，对品牌视觉表现有独特的见解。

Job Responsibilities:
