致澜景观:项目位于重庆的南山,初到场地,云雾萦绕山空,山与房群逐渐消隐在苍茫之中。山中阴雨天气笼罩出一份灰暗色彩。同时项目场地也显现出诸多不利因素,山袒露出肌肤,植物堪堪留下些许顽劲的野草。初识场地的天气变化让我们领略到山的性格。山的巍然不动,水的形态随着山体不断变化。时而山间笼罩起朦胧的迷雾,晴时云朵漂浮于山顶,不时还有山间过云雨淅沥而下。山的自然体系,往复循环,“云水”由此成为我们基于场地属性衍生出来的重要理念。如同山城重庆以山为基的城市布局,我们希望能够依山而建,摒弃城市的浮华造作,人居情怀在依靠在山的精神性格下,被给予生活的安定感。以安静取代喧哗,让山风、云雾、水涧、草林回归,以现代的山居美学演绎一片自然净土。

Zinialand Design:On the first arrival, the mountains and houses gradually disappeared in the clouds. The rainy weather shrouds a gray color on the mountains. At the same time, the site also has many challenges. The mountain has low vegetation coverage and merely covered by grasses.The weather changes allow us to understand the character of the mountain. The mountains are still and the shape of the water changes. Sometimes the mountains are covered with fog. But when the sun shines, the clouds float on the top of the mountain with rain droplets. The natural system of the mountain is a reciprocating cycle and the “Yunshui (Cloud and Water)” has become an important concept derived from our site attributes.We hope to build our projects as the urban layout of the mountain city. The humanistic settlement based on the spiritual character of the mountain offers a sense of stability in life. Here is a land that replaces the hustle and bustle of silence where the mountain wind, cloud, water, and grass forest returns. The project interprets a natural pure land with modern seclusion aesthetics.

藏匿山间的故事 ,从山而来,回归山去 The story hidden in the mountains comes from the mountains and goes back to the mountains

自古柳宗元隔篁竹,闻水声,伐竹取道,偶然瞥见的清冽水潭,成为了山间的奇妙巧遇。如今,我们对南山的创作也恰似如此,偶然迸发而来的闪念不断深化,培育出最为臻美的设计成果。从2018年年底,我们踏入南山中,极富神性的山体激发了我们对设计的灵感,一个又一个的方案推翻,我们最终选择从山而来,回归山去。

In ancient times, Liu Zongyuan heard the sound of water through the bamboo forest. He cut bamboo to make his road and accidentally saw the clear water pool, which became a wonderful encounter between the mountains. Nowadays, the design of the Nanshan is the same. The shimmering inspiration was cultivated to a supreme design. From the end of 2018, we stepped into the Nanshan Mountains. The divine mountain inspired our design. After many modifications, we finally chose the idea “come from the mountains and return to the mountains.”

自然美学“云水”随山融入到设计肌理 The natural aesthetics of “cloud and water” is integrated into the design texture with the mountains

在场地的设计构筑上,我们有意提取山的自然体系,将山中不断变化的场景“云、水、雾、林”作为场地的主要元素,让生态的自然美学融入到设计的肌理当中。

We deliberately extract the natural system of the mountain, and the changing scenes of “cloud, water, fog, forest” in the mountains as the main elements of the site, and integrate the natural aesthetics of the ecology into the texture of the design.

 

根植于依山而建的“云水山居”  Mountain natural system is rooted in the “Yunshui Shanju” built along the mountains

 

山有着自己独特的自然美学,他向往高空,不断堆垒向上形成出白云奇峰,他热爱音乐,悬上瀑布,听悦耳声响,他眼看日出日落,水落水升华,他披上轻薄的云雾,滋润重峦叠嶂的青。

The mountain has its unique natural aesthetics. It belongs to the sky and constantly piles up to form the scenery of white clouds and peaks. It loves music, hanging on the waterfall and listening to the beautiful sounds. It watches the sunrise and sunset and the water changes. It wears a thin cloud and moisturizes the heavy green of the mountains.

信息同质化的当下,人容易迷失在城市森林中。设计师希望通过视觉语言物化山间云水变幻的种种,鼓励来客在自然空间中。通过体验、感受空间的尺度,与自然、山体、云层等,重拾对山居生活的回归与设想。

云,由无数颗微小水滴凝聚而成,来自山林,最终又回归山林,这是自然循环的重要一节。我们截取云在空中变幻的一帧,通过参数化的方式,将云的飘渺自然凝固再现 ,让片刻白云凝聚形成山林入口富有标识度的印象门头 “水石祥云”。

With the time of information homogenization, people are easily lost in urban forests. The designers hope to visualize the various changes in the mountains and waters through the visual language and encourage visitors to be in the natural spaces. Through experience the scales of space, and with nature, mountains, clouds, etc., people can regain the return and imagination of the mountain life.

The cloud, which is made up of numerous tiny droplets of water, comes from the mountains and eventually returns to the mountains. This is an important part of natural circulation.Clouds, the frosted white,Using parameterization, the ethereal cloud is naturally solidified and reproduced,We selected moments of cloud changes in the air, allowing the image of white clouds to form the impressive crown of the entrance.

云雾浸润一片水杉林  The sequoia groves immerse in the cloudy fog

云的离去,是山林的祈愿,山的厚重的思念牵引着云的归途,而后降落林间,浸润青木、花草和土壤,形成一片迷离的山间雾林。

入口开口到园内的距离,短短不到120米,设计初启,我们曾设想着延续山谷的叙事结构,在遮天连廊中犹如穿行峡谷的探索体验,如此却失去了南山原生态的自然美景,我们不想放弃这一得天独厚的美学宝藏,最终选择打开景观空间,让南山山林成为设计一景。从入口“祥云”造境,到转角的杉林氛围意境,曲线流动。

At the beginning of the design, we have tried to continue the narrative structure of the valley. In the sky-covered corridor, it is like the exploration experience of the canyon. However, it loses the natural beauty of the original ecology of Nanshan. We do not want to give up this unique aesthetic treasure and finally chose to open the landscape space and made Nanshan Mountain Forest a design scene.

 The departure of the cloud is the pledge of the mountains. The heavy missing feelings of the mountains lead the clouds back. Then, it lands in the forest and nourishes the woods, flowers, and soil, forming a misty foggy forest.

拨开云雾,行云而去。笔挺的杉树林在云离去之后,终见其身。在植物的选用上,我们选择保留笔直水杉作为植物软景的主体,万物不断向上生长、伸展,愈合土地创口,成为山体富含生命力的底色。

Floating away with the clouds, the upright cedar forest finally presents. For plant selection, we keep the straight cedar as the main body of the plant soft scene. Everything grows and stretches upwards, healing the land and creating vitality.

 

没有太多植物标准配比,场地内580棵高大水杉,低矮的狗尾草与紫色的鼠尾草此起彼伏,整体犹如一片律动的山野丛林,与纯粹的硬景形成冲突的戏剧化美感 There are not many standard planting design in the site.The 580 tall metasequoia trees, low green bristlegrass and purple sage rise up and down, just like a rhythmic natural jungle, which forms the dramatic contrast with the hardscape

藏入南山的深绿,我们希望“山林”的植物是返璞于自然的原生感,通过山林粗犷的野对话竖向硬景的柔 The dark green hidden in Nanshan ,Mountain we hope that the “mountain forest” plants are the original sense of returning nature and the softness of the hard vertical scene contrasts with the rough wild mountains

 

汇聚山涧的蓝 Gathering the blue of the mountain stream

山的美,源自于褶皱层次中暗藏的万物,项目场地仍然存在山地特征,高差从预设入口依次增加,在建筑处形成制高点。探险者们度过白云山林,转圜而上,忽然闯入云台瑶池,这是偶然之遇的惊喜。依偎于山体的水景,自然形成流动的曲线。山涧清冽透彻的水汇集于此,拾阶向上的行动体验,搭配纯粹的蓝与白,呈现出山林的圣洁神性。

The beauty of the mountains is derived from hidden lives. The features of the mountains landscape are still present on our site. The height difference increases from the preset entrance and forms a high point at the buildings. The explorers pass the Baiyun forest, turn around and approach the top, and suddenly run into the Yuntai Yaochi, which is a surprise. The waterscape built along the mountain features forms a curve of flow. The clear water of the mountains gathers here, and the action experience of the up-and-down direction, with pure blue and white, presents the holy deity of the mountains.

项目场地背靠南山,夹在建筑与山体之间,从入口到建筑进深较短,地势最高差约12米。我们梳理空间脉络,出于对景观的需求考虑,我们选择匍匐在山体之上,避免过多的大体量景观设计阻隔游览视线,让大自然成为远眺的视觉主体,最大化山居景观游览的体验。

The project site is backed by the Nanshan Mountain and is set between the building and the mountain. The distance from the entrance to the building is short, and the maximum height difference is about 12 meters.We sort out the spatial context. For the consideration of the landscape, we choose to lie on the mountain, avoiding too much large-scale landscape design to block the sight of the tour and making nature become the visual subject of the distant vision to maximize the experience of the mountain landscape tour.

山涧的色彩构成 The color of the valley

作为景观设计师,我们尝试把云水的色彩构成融入到空间中,通过纯粹的色彩方式作为介质,向来往者传递“云水山居”的色彩感染力。在水景的营造上,我们为了突出池水整体通透清澈的感觉,施工落地初期为了避免石材拼接产生缝隙,最终水底的做法改为聚料喷漆。节省经济成本的同时,又完美的呈现出设计构思的视觉色彩,呈现出理想中的云台瑶池的蓝白美感。

As landscape architects, we try to integrate the color composition of “Yunshui” into space and use the pure color method as a medium to convey the color attraction of the “Yunshui Shanju” to the people who come and go.For the waterscape, to highlight the clear and transparent feeling of the pool water and to avoid the gap between the stone joint in the initial stage of the construction, we chose to change the coating method of the bottom of the waterscape to spray. While saving economic costs, it perfectly presents the visual color of the design concept, presenting the blue-white beauty of the ideal Yuntai Yaochi.

呈现效果 Final effect

 

铺装石材通过平面设计元素来体现云水元素的混合效果,用白色芝麻白铺排,衬托出水池的蓝色,形成特殊构成的蓝白曲线效果。

The paving stone reflects the mixing effect of the Yunshui elements through the graphic design elements. The white sesame stones echo the blue color of the pool, forming a special blue-white curve effect.

 


在步入之初,目之所及,LED景墙结合水帘形成人行步道的第一印象, 营造科技,未来,多变的空间感受。打破空间中水池的寂静,创造出科幻的鲜活,在虚幻变化之间寻找山间的真实。

At the beginning of the journey, the LED landscape combined with the water curtain forms the first impression of the pedestrian walkway, creating a sense of technology, the future, and changing spaces. It breaks the silence of the pool, creates the sci-fi life, and finds the truth between the mountains among the illusory changes.

云水山居,安定从容的栖居地 Peaceful and comfortable habitat

重庆南山项目,是我们对“云水山居”做出的进一步解答。行在山林,并非走向隔绝与孤寂,而是与自然、与山林相合,从山中而来,回山中去,形成柔软且坚韧的精神和鸣。这里可能是一处安定从容的栖居地。或许用远离行业产品的眼光来看待这里,这里有着我们更多想表达的山居精神。

Chongqing Nanshan Project is our further interpretation of the “Yunshui Shanju”. Walking in the mountains does not mean isolation and loneliness. It means to join nature and the mountains, coming from the mountains, going back to the mountains, and forming a soft and tenacious spirit. This may be a peaceful and comfortable habitat. Perhaps we should look at it outside the boundary. Here is more what we want to express.
