朗道国际:玖玺项目位于上海闵行区马桥镇旗忠板块,是上海的低密度别墅区,板块内存在多个上海顶级的别墅项目如绿城玫瑰园。整体的项目氛围和目标客户人群相对高端,客群有更高的文化认知和精神诉求。

LANDAU:Jiuxi project is located in Shanghai Minhang District Maqiao Town Banner Zhong plate, is a low-density villa area in Shanghai, there are a number of Shanghai top villa projects such as Green City Rose Garden. The overall project atmosphere and target customers are relatively high-end, customers have higher cultural awareness and spiritual demands.

 

 

本项目的定位是金地的风华系列,风华系列的风格取其意不取其形,不拘泥于形式,通过对传统文化的思考、提炼、演变、重构,将传统中式文化与当代时尚潮流进行融合,打造别具一格的中式潮流生活。

基于这样的初衷,我们对于这个地块这个区域进行了深刻的剖析。首先周边1KM范围内就有上海知名的养云安缦酒店,酒店主题“养云”——养蓄云气,同处于这个区位,玖玺也延续了这一气质,建立了以林为养,“养生、养气、养心”的核心理念,打造当地第一养生居所。

The orientation of this project is the Fenghua series of Jindi. The style of Fenghua series takes its meaning and does not stick to the form. Through thinking, refining, evolving and reconstructing the traditional culture, the traditional Chinese culture is integrated with the contemporary fashion trend to create a unique Chinese trend life.

Based on this original intention, we have carried on the profound analysis to this plot this area. First of all, within 1 KM of the surrounding area, there is a well-known Shanghai Yangyun Amen Hotel, the hotel theme “Yangyun “—— Yangyun Qi, with the same location, Jiuxi also continued this temperament, established the forest as a nourishment ,” Yangqi, Yangxin” core concept, to create the first local health residence.

 

 

示范区的空间做了确定,还是以前后三层递进的形态贯穿始末,每一层都有其独特的元素——“林、水、山”为主题,建立起完全不同、环环相扣的参观体验,带领大家观摩一场由摩登与自然的相互碰撞、交融的戏剧化场景。

整个长界面从设计上具体分成了两个层次,主入口位置选择了厚重粗粝的自然块石作为背景彰显厚重和品质,加上轻巧精致的不锈钢檐口,形成局部风格形式上的强烈反差,在入口就给以强烈的戏剧化的冲击。同时人行的进入空间,我们独辟蹊径地采取了不规则椭圆月洞门的造型,让整个进入过程从第一步踏进来就感觉与众不同,仿佛开始一场秘境的探寻之旅。延展界面我们用和门头同样尺度的高墙进行尺度界面上的延申,同时也满足了停车区域的内向型围合,立面以干净的元素为主题,局部穿插格栅,既保证了界面的完整性,同时也弱化了长界面的单调感,使整个城市界面虚实兼备,强弱层次分明。在停车区域设计时也做了单独的富有仪式感的出入通道,先是有一个小门头作为空间的界定,门头立面局部用格栅作为障景,背后的造型松若隐若现,禅意之境立现。经过一个场景转换,通过一条水边步道回到月洞门,最后回到月洞门进入展示区,始终在进入最初保持这个寻密的感觉。

At the same time, the pedestrian into the space, we took the shape of irregular elliptical moon portal, so that the whole process from the first step in the feeling of difference, as if to start a secret journey. The extended interface is extended with a high wall of the same scale as the door head. At the same time, it also satisfies the introverted enclosure of the parking area. It not only ensures the integrity of the interface, but also weakens the monotony of the long interface.In the design of parking area, a separate ceremonial entrance and exit passage is also made. First, there is a small door head as the definition of space. The facade of the door head uses grille as the barrier scene, the shape behind it is loose and the Zen environment stands out. After a scene conversion, through a water trail back to the Moon Cave Gate, and finally back to the Moon Cave Gate into the display area, always in the initial feeling of keeping this secret.

 

 

拾光 Pick up light

一进空间以“林”为主题,设计之初就一直在水杉和乌桕之中徘徊,一个效果明确,落地效果容易把控,一个气质飘逸,但是落地难度不小,选苗和搭配都是非常难以控制。最后还是选择了更适合风华调性的乌桕林作为造林的核心树种。选苗的时候,摈弃了常规的挺拔、饱满的审美体系,以自然、飘逸、有个性的树形为基准,挑选了形态各异的乌桕,然后结合起伏饱满的地形,种上佛甲草、矮麦冬等细腻的地被,去掉中层,尽量模仿自然,营造出现在所呈现出的魔幻般的森林场景。在月洞门正对的空间设置了大尺度的雕塑,整体雕塑造型跟随地形起伏的节奏顺势而为,融入整个大场景中,利用起金属的质感,在森林中脱颖而出,形成视觉上的焦点,体现项目的艺术价值感。场地中定制的黑钛镜面不锈钢以水溪的形态穿梭在大面的砾石中,削弱了大面积砾石所带来的枯燥感同时也为一进森林增添了一份灵动。在整个一进院的两侧都设置了用玻璃镜面建立的围合,通过镜面反射消隐了场地的边界,将林的空间感做了无限延伸,形成了无界之林的效果。整个通行过程树影婆娑,波光灵动,谓之“拾光”。

As soon as the space takes “forest” as the theme, the design has been hovering in Metasequoia and Wuchen at the beginning, one effect is clear, the landing effect is easy to control, one temperament is elegant, but the landing difficulty is not small, seedling selection and collocation are very difficult to control. Finally, the more suitable ebony forest was chosen as the core tree species. When choosing seedlings, we abandon the conventional straight and full aesthetic system, take the natural, elegant and individual tree shape as the benchmark, select the various forms of black and white, and then combine the undulating and full terrain, plant the delicate ground quilt, such as the Buddha grass, the short wheat winter, remove the middle layer, try to imitate nature, and create the magic forest scene that appears in the present. A large scale sculpture is set up in the right space of the Moon Cave Gate. The overall sculpture shape follows the rhythm of the terrain undulation, integrates into the whole scene, uses the metal texture, stands out in the forest, forms the visual focus, and embodies the artistic value of the project. The custom black titanium mirror stainless steel shuttles through the large gravel in the form of water stream, which weakens the boring feeling brought by the large area of gravel and adds a smart spirit to the forest.On both sides of the whole courtyard, the enclosure is set up with glass mirror, the boundary of the site is eliminated by mirror reflection, and the spatial sense of the forest is extended infinitely, forming the effect of the unbounded forest.The whole process of the tree shadow whirling, wave light smart, called “pick up light”.

 

 

掠影 Shadow

二进空间以“水”为主题,售楼处前呈现一片平静的水面,让参观者慢慢有个情绪上的过渡。正对售楼处落地玻璃的外延设计了对景墙,墙体做了框景的设计,让远处的森林的观感能隐约进入到视线里来,框景下也把林中的弧线形式、起伏地形引入二进空间,使两个空间既有界限又有渗透,互为表里,互作映衬。框景下的水景和水中的雕塑都用了拉槽自然面黑色石材,用粗粝的质感和入口的设计相呼应,和整体基调相融合,局部用琥珀质感的树脂加以点缀,加入细腻的质感,贯彻粗、细的碰撞、融合,持续形成戏剧化的冲突场景。整个建筑在水景中倒影、浮现,偶有涟漪荡漾,水落溅花,谓之“掠影”。

The extension of the floor glass of the sales office is designed to the view wall, the wall has done the frame view design, so that the distant forest perception can vaguely enter the line of sight, the frame view also introduces the arc form of the forest, the undulating terrain into the binary space, so that the two spaces have both boundaries and penetration, each other, set off against each other.The waterscape under the frame and the sculpture in the water all use the black stone of the natural surface of the drawing groove, echo with the rough texture and the design of the entrance, merge with the whole tone, embellish with the resin of amber texture in part, add delicate texture, carry out coarse and fine collision, fusion, and continue to form a dramatic conflict scene.The whole building reflected in the waterscape, emerged, occasionally ripples rippling, water splash, called “shadow”.

 

 

见山 See the mountain

三进空间以“山”为主题,本项目下沉庭院本身的空间尺度非常的好,有足够的余地去做一下不一样的处理。设计之初发现地下一层在面向下沉庭院的空间正好是个品茶室,所以萌发了山下茶茗,陋室观山的想法,用了超大尺度的山形花池搭配苍劲有力的造型松营造出峭壁苍松美妙场景,同时将上山之路隐于其中,上面搭建悬桥与之相连,串起整条动线。厚重苍劲的山、空灵飘渺的桥,亦实亦虚,相得益彰,无论从室内、室外、山下、桥上都能有不一样的体会感受,横看成岭侧成峰,远近高低各不同,谓之“见山”。

At the beginning of the design, it was found that the space facing the sinking courtyard was just a tea tasting room, so the idea of watching the mountain was germinated, and the beautiful scene of Cangsong was created with the super scale mountain flower pool and the strong modeling pine. Thick and vigorous mountains, empty and ethereal bridge, but also empty, complement each other, whether from the indoor, outdoor, mountain, bridge can have a different experience, horizontal view of the mountain side into a peak, far and near different height, called “see the mountain”.

 

 

整个项目设计始终贯彻将当地的自然文化特征融于时尚,化于极简,每个场景都是不同风格、元素、质感的激烈碰撞,在精致的工艺下,展现大拙之美。用现代化的手法,将自然的木,古拙的石、轻盈的光自然融合,打造出一个传统与现代平衡的氛围,致力呈现古典静谧的美感。这次风华系的设计,设计师希望人们遵循着某种不同巡场方式思考,在繁华瑰丽的城市表象下,回归简素之美。

The whole project design has always carried out the local natural and cultural characteristics into fashion, into minimalism, each scene is a different style, elements, texture of the fierce collision, in the delicate process, show the beauty of great clumsiness.With the modern technique, the natural wood, the ancient clumsy stone, the light light natural fusion, creates a traditional and the modern balance atmosphere, devotes to present the classical quiet esthetic feeling. This time the design, we hope that people follow a different way of thinking, in the bustling city appearance, return to the beauty of simplicity.
