AUBE欧博设计：深圳麒麟山天鹅湖碧道坐落于深圳市南山区麒麟山庄与深圳市人才研修院内，其中麒麟山庄是深圳市定点的政府会议、住宿接待酒店。碧道坐拥一、二、三号湖及天鹅湖四片湖体，水体面积约 10.7 万㎡，一期环湖滨水空间的景观提升面积约为 6770 ㎡。作为深圳市万里碧道建设试点重点项目之一，深圳麒麟山天鹅湖碧道以治理水体为初衷，从水质改善、生态构建、景观提升、系统稳定等四个方面对麒麟山天鹅湖水环境及其周边岸线进行综合整治。天鹅湖及周边绿地基底条件优良，如何充分规划游园体系和激活游览体验是项目亟待解决的问题。
AUBE CONCEPTION: Located within the Kylin Villa and Shenzhen Institute for Talents Development, Shenzhen Kylin Mountain Swan Lake Blueway embraces four lakes of Lake I, II, III and the Swan Lake with a total water body area of approximately 107,000㎡, including 6,770㎡, of Phase I waterfront landscape enhancement area encircling the lake. As one of the key pilot projects of Shenzhen Ten Thousand Miles Blueway construction, the Kylin Mountain Swan Lake Blueway has taken water treatment as its original intention and comprehensively regulates the water environment of Kylin Mountain Swan Lake and its surrounding coastline area in four aspects of water quality improvement, ecological construction, landscape enhancement and system stabilization.With an excellent base condition, the Swan Lake and its surrounding green spaces face the urgent challenges to plan the park touring system effectively and to activate the visiting experience with sufficiency.

设计通过对园区步行系统的多次考察及不同视角的挖掘，延续麒麟山庄及人才研修院原有建筑风格，引入“画意山水”的理念，全面提升滨水步行系统的铺装、种植及配套设施。同时，设计加设观景凉亭、草坪广场等休憩活动空间，充分利用活化后的湖体，打造高品质滨水慢行空间。
Through multiple inspections of the pedestrian system on campus and visual explorations from various perspectives, the design continues the existing architectural style of Kylin Villa and Shenzhen Institute for Talents Development, introduces the philosophy of “inking the landscape” and improves the overall paving, vegetation and supporting facilities of the waterfront pedestrian system. Meanwhile, the design also inserts leisure and activity spaces including a viewing pavilion and a lawn plaza to fully take advantage of the activated lake to create a high-quality non-motorized waterfront space.

环湖游线沿岸增加水生植物，并于向阳坡种植多年生开花植被，打造体验丰富的水上栈道，进一步营造滨水游览的多样性。道路内侧增加面向湖面的实木坐凳，周边通过灌木点缀围合，让行人享受静谧休憩空间的同时也可观赏到碧波荡漾的湖水以及由矮生苦草、小茨藻等各类沉水植物构成的水下森林。湖面漂浮着朵朵睡莲，草坡及湖畔观赏草随风摇曳，都为驻足停留的游人带来安宁、舒心的游览体验。
By adding aquatic plants along the lakeside trail and planting perennial flowering vegetation on the sunny-sided slopes, a plank walkway over the water with rich experiences is formed to further shape the diversity of waterfront visits. Wood benches facing the lake are inset into the inner side of the path enclosed by adjacent shrubs, which altogether allow the passersby to relish the serenity of the leisure spaces while indulging themselves with the rippling lake and the underwater forest comprising submerged plants such as dwarf eelgrass and bitter naiad. On the lake float the water lilies and on the grass slopes and lakeside lawns sway the ornamental grasses, all of which bring the tranquility and comfort to the visitors who stop and stay here.

碧道西侧开端两个小湖面的交界处新增设凉亭，增加院内西侧主体建筑——智汇中心的观景面及水面纵深感。石制栈道直达凉亭，两侧栏杆可兼做座椅。栏杆下设隐藏灯带，提供照明的同时与周边建筑的点点灯光交相辉映。亭后若干点景树舒展的姿态在绵长的观湖视线中营造了不同距离的聚焦点，也与周边建筑及构筑物形成错落的天际线，打造步移景异的观感。
位于碧道北侧的人才书吧，是人才研修院的重要公共场所。书吧南侧增设了草坪广场及木质平台，拓展视野的同时为园区人员提供团建、婚礼等弹性户外活动空间。湖边原有硬质堤岸软化为繁花遍布的草坡，带有园区 LOGO 的白色挡土墙置于其中，宛如飘落在丛花间的绸带。
A pavilion is introduced at the intersection of two small lakes on the west end of the Blueway to improve the viewing interface and add perceptive depth to the water of the main building – the Talents Center – in the west part of the park. The stone-paving walkway leads directly to the pavilion with its railings on both sides doubling as seats. Under the railings conceals light strips that illuminate the environment while interacting with the dots of lights from surrounding
buildings at night. The stretching postures of the ornamental trees behind the pavilion create a variety of focal points at different distances within the long range of sight-line when admiring the lake view, which also construct a staggered skyline along with the adjoining buildings and structures to create an impression that the scenery is constantly changing.
The Talent Book Bar located on the north side of the Blueway is a crucial public place for the Institute for Talents Development. A lawn plaza and timber platforms are introduced to the south of the Book Bar to allow a better view for the occupants while offering a flexible outdoor event venue for activities such as team building and wedding ceremony to the staff on campus. The preexisting hard surfaces of lakeside embankment have been softened into grass slopes covered with blossoms, through which meanders the white retaining wall with the campus logo on it as if a silky ribbon drifts among the flowers.

碧道超越传统绿道和河道治理的局限，在巩固水资源保障、水污染防治和防洪减灾建设成果的基础上，推进水生态保护与修复、景观与游憩系统建设。深圳麒麟山天鹅湖碧道通过对环境的轻介入完善环湖慢行系统，结合洁净的水下森林构建湖库型碧道，实现水清岸绿、鱼翔浅底、水草丰美、长治久清的效果，为南山区碧道建设及海绵城市打造起到了良好的示范作用。
The Blueway works beyond the limitations of traditional greenways and river regulation to promote the conservation and restoration of water ecology as well as the systematic construction of landscape and recreation on the basis of consolidating the achievements of water resources protection, water pollution prevention, flood control and disaster relief. Through light intervention on the environment to improve the non-motorized system around the lake in combination with the purifying underwater forests that constructs a lake-reservoir blueway, the Shenzhen Kylin Villa Swan Lake Blueway project has achieved successful outcomes of clean water and green shores with abundant aquatic resources that will last for generations, and it has played an excellent exemplary role for the future construction of blueways and sponge cities in Nanshan District.
