\u5353\u65f6\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5f53\u65e7\u57ce\u4e0e\u73b0\u4ee3\u76f8\u8f85\u76f8\u4f9d\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u827a\u672f\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u975e\u6b64\u5373\u5f7c\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u201c\u676d\u5dde\u5927\u5bb6\u201d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u5927\u5bb6\u623f\u4ea7\u201d TOP\u7cfb\u7cbe\u5de5\u8c6a\u5b85\u5f00\u7bc7\u4e4b\u4f5c\uff0c\u7531ZSD\u5353\u65f6\u8d1f\u8d23\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u827a\u672f\u9986\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u671f\u671b\u4e3a\u9644\u8fd1\u8001\u8857\u533a\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u5bf9\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8d28\u7684\u91cd\u5ba1\u5c06\u5524\u9192\u6b64\u7247\u533a\u6c89\u7761\u7684\u573a\u6240\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u4e3a\u5306\u5fd9\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u90fd\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u5f00\u8f9f\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u5fc3\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

ZSD<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCity and art are no longer a relationship of black or white when development of the city brings more demands to life. As the opening work of mansion with fine workmanship by Dajia Real Estate Hangzhou DAJA. ZSD is responsible for the overall project and the landscape design of the Pavilion of Life Art. The design is expected to inject a new sense of life into the old blocks nearby. A review of the quality of life will awaken the spirit of the sleeping place in this area and open up a new state of mind for the hurried modern urban life.<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u6b21\u9879\u76ee\u5373\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u676d\u5dde\u5e02\u62f1\u5885\u533a\u821f\u5c71\u4e1c\u8def\u548c\u4e1c\u6559\u8def\u8def\u53e3\u3002\u6b64\u5730\u5757\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u8109\u6df1\u539a\uff0c\u62f1\u5885\u81ea\u53e4\u4e3a\u5546\u8d38\u5f80\u6765\uff0c\u6c11\u751f\u65b0\u65fa\u4e4b\u5730\uff0c\u662f\u524d\u671d\u7684\u201c\u5317\u5173\u591c\u5e02\u201d\u201c\u5341\u91cc\u94f6\u6e56\u5885\u201d\u3002\u5982\u4eca\u201c\u676d\u5dde\u5927\u5bb6\u201d\u6240\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7684\u6865\u897f\u53ca\u62f1\u5bb8\u6865\u7b49\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8857\u533a\uff0c\u80a9\u8d1f\u7740\u676d\u5dde\u9762\u5411\u672a\u6765\u57ce\u5e02\u5b8f\u56fe\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4f7f\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is located at the intersection of Zhoushan East Road and Dongjiao Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. This spot has a profound historical context. Gongshu has been the place of business and trade contacts and prosperous land for people’s livelihood since ancient times. It was the “Beiguan night market” and “silver lake villa in ten miles” in the former dynasties. The historic blocks of Qiaoxi and Gongchen Bridge, where “Hangzhou Dajia” is located now are shouldering the development mission of Hangzhou facing the future city.<\/p>\n

\u5468\u8fb9D32\u65f6\u5c1a\u8857\u533a\u3001\u8fdc\u6d0b\u4e50\u63d0\u6e2f\u3001\u8fd0\u6cb3\u6587\u5316\u5149\u7b49\u5546\u4e1a\u4f53\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6865\u4e1c\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u7b49\u672a\u6765\u4ea7\u4e1a\u89c4\u5212\u4e00\u4e00\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u6b64\u5904\u6210\u4e3a\u8f90\u5c04\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u533a\u4f4d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u800c\u73b0\u9879\u76ee\u5730\u96b6\u5c5e\u7684\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u662f\u676d\u5dde\u57ce\u8457\u540d\u7684\u201c\u5c0f\u5403\u7f8e\u98df\u8857\u201d\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u65cf\u6765\u5f80\u4e8e\u6b64\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u975e\u5e38\u5927\uff0c\u7136\u9053\u8def\u4ec5\u4e00\u8f86\u516c\u4ea4\u8f66\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u884c\uff0c\u4e24\u65c1\u4e5f\u5747\u662f\u519c\u6c11\u623f\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u4f4e\u5934\u662f\u6797\u7acb\u7684\u7535\u7ebf\u6746\uff0c\u62ac\u5934\u662f\u7eb5\u6a2a\u4ea4\u9519\u7684\u7535\u7ebf\uff0c\u6b64\u533a\u57df\u66fe\u88ab\u770b\u4f5c\u662f\u540d\u526f\u5176\u5b9e\u7684\u57ce\u4e2d\u6751\u3002<\/p>\n

The surrounding D32 Fashion Block, Grand Canal Place, Canal Culture Light and other commercial bodies, as well as the appearance of future industrial planning such as Qiaodong Intelligent city one by one, making this place become the location center radiating this region. The street the current project belonged to is the famous “snack food street” in Hangzhou, where the flow of students is quite large, but the road can only one bus to pass through, and both sides are farmers’ houses. The area was once considered a urban village which is worthy of the name, where people lowered their heads to see telegraph poles and look up at intersecting electric wires.<\/p>\n
