DDON<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCifi \u00b7 Jiangshan Half-green Forest Project is located at the foot of Yunzhuan Mountain scenic resort, Yudong, Banan, Chongqing, with beautiful environment. The demonstration area is designed to mainly solve three problems: Firstly, the project is a little far from the municipal arterial road, so the demonstration area needs to attract and keep the people flow, and provides the site for the family outings or family trip on the weekend by virtue of good natural environment; Secondly, the whole area has imperfect supporting facilities and is adjacent to the public rental house, so the surrounding residents need the site for daily rest urgently; Thirdly, in the future, the commercial building is used as the house sales department at early stage, the front court of demonstration area, as the commercial plaza, shows the future commercial supporting space in live-action, and the backcourt space is transformed into the community park by combining with the site condition. In order to solve the above three problems, DDON design team rethinks the relationship between the building and the site, and abides by the concept of “half for green forest and half for city” to build the demonstration area of project.<\/p>\n

Overhang a water screen among the hill stone, and the continuous heavy rain droops endlessly as if big pearls fall, which perfectly unifies the natural sense and the modern sense and leaves the initial impression of water in mind. The cascading landscape wall at the main entrance and the whole mountain of Yunzhuan Mountain are integrated, and the breezing landscape rhythm in Yuanzhuan is formed on the basis of natural elements such as the mountains, water, fog, etc.<\/p>\n

The old men and children have a rest and play under the forest, which brings a naivety and vitality of life to the quiet mountains and plains. The edge of area is decorated with the dry spraying waterscape in a scattered manner to form the comparison of half for forest and half for hydraulic jumping. The forest, stone and water create one emotional communication field, full of the sound of water, the sound of wind, information discussion with laughter….<\/p>\n

At the foot of native hill, the building with the modern style is designed creatively, which implies the city is seen in mountain and the life is observed in nature.<\/p>\n
