Fresh air and various\u00a0picturesque\u00a0sceneries with changing view-points here\u00a0all year round. Besides, surrounded by three mountains: Yunmeng, Yunfo and Yanshan Mountains,\u00a0with the Baihe River and Beijing-Miyun Diversion Canal running through, the project boasts both great mountain views and river views.<\/p>\n

Overall, the entrance space is simple and elegant, showing the unique style of Pure Land. Designed in traditional Tibetan architectural style, the wall in the entrance space tips to one side slightly and serves as the extension of the two columns, creating a sense of dignity. The stone facing looks clean and delicate, warmly welcoming people back to their homes. Large-scale mirror waterscape and turquoise wall elements contribute to a modern landscape with oriental artistic conception.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u9020\u5c06\u5730\u57df\u6027\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u6587\u5316\u7279\u5f81\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u6c72\u53d6\u5317\u4eac\u5f53\u5730\u4f20\u7edf\u6c11\u5c45\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u7cc5\u5408\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8bed\u8a00\u5bf9\u5176\u91cd\u65b0\u8fdb\u884c\u8be0\u91ca\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u5851\u9020\u6c38\u4e45\u7684\u7eaa\u5ff5\u6027\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u6574\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u7531\u56de\u6536\u9752\u7816\u74e6\u780c\u6210\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u6d51\u539a\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u611f\u548c\u5386\u53f2\u611f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u8986\u76d6\u7740\u4e00\u5c42\u8f7b\u76c8\u7684\u7af9\u6728\u683c\u6805\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u7ed9\u8fd9\u5ea7\u575a\u786c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5305\u88f9\u4e86\u4e00\u5c42\u6e29\u6696\u7684\u8868\u76ae\u3002\u6709\u65f6\u5019\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f1a\u7a7f\u900f\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u91cf\uff0c\u5728\u683c\u6805\u4e0a\u5f62\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u5f62\u72b6\u548c\u6df1\u5ea6\u7684\u5f00\u6d1e\uff0c\u56de\u5e94\u4e0d\u540c\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on local culture and tradition, the building renovation has drawn inspirations from Beijing local dwellings to reinterpret the architecture with modern design skills, hoping to create a permanent and memorial building. The whole building is made of recycled black bricks and grey tiles, which highlight the big volume and the sense of history. Besides, the facade is covered with a light bamboo and wood grille, making the rigid building look less cold but much warmer. The interior space penetrates into the building volume occasionally and forms openings of different shapes and depths in the grille, responding to varieties of surrounding details.<\/p>\n

The landscape design echoes the architecture and highlights its sense of depth. On the north of the building is a large-area waterscape which reflects the whole life aesthetic center. Seen from afar, the center seems to be floating on a black water base. Walking spaces are designed in the sunken waterscape, allowing visitors to wander around in the elegant and peaceful atmosphere. The bell-shaped sculptures at the end of the passage add vitality to the space.<\/p>\n

The green belt of the golf course is well preserved with luxuriant trees and natural water resources, being an ideal habitat for egrets. S.P.I Landscape Group\u2019s design has transformed the golf course into the Egret Ecological Wetland Park, creating a rich outdoor experience with one sunny runway, a green landscape belt and multiple experience spaces. People living here cannot only appreciate the beauty of nature but also interact with it. The surrounding golf landscape has become part of the daily life, providing residents with a shared space in their own private community.<\/p>\n

The total area of Children’s Playground is about 1,500\u33a1. On the basis of respecting the existing golf course, the ground is raised externally by digging down internally, thus a children’s playground rich in altitude difference coming into being. The putting green patches are adopted as the design element, presenting the motions of golf \u201cflying high in the air – traveling over the slope – creeping down from the top – falling into the hole”. Designed in bright yellow and green, the playground is a wonderland for children of all ages.<\/p>\n
