KOMPAN<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u7ebd\u6ce2\u7279\u6cb3\u7554(Newport Waterside)\u8fd1\u671f\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u4e00\u5ea7\u7f8e\u4e0d\u80dc\u6536\u7684\u901a\u7528\u6027\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u3002KOMPAN\u4e0e\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9aUrban Play\u3001\u8457\u540d\u666f\u89c2\u516c\u53f8CUSP\u4ee5\u53caTouched By Olivia\u7b49\u5171\u540c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5efa\u9020\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9002\u5408\u6240\u6709\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u5b09\u620f\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u3002\u5168\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u7684\u6e38\u620f\u6d3b\u52a8\u5438\u5f15\u5168\u5bb6\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u6765\u5230\u6237\u5916\uff0c\u6c90\u6d74\u9633\u5149\uff0c\u5c3d\u60c5\u73a9\u800d\uff01<\/p>\n

KOMPAN<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aNewport Waterside is now home to a state-of-the-art inclusive playground at Spinnaker Park. KOMPAN worked in collaboration with Urban Play, CUSP Landscape Architecture, Eureka Landscapes and Touched by Olivia to deliver a playground where all children can play together. Filled with activities for all ages, the playground encourages the whole family to get outside, soak up the sunshine and play!<\/p>\n

\u5728Touched By Olivia\uff08\u5f53\u5730\u513f\u7ae5\u516c\u76ca\u673a\u6784\uff09\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u4e0b\uff0cStockland\u5e0c\u671b\u5c06\u65b0\u5efa\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5851\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u901a\u7528\u6027\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u9644\u8fd1\u9996\u5c48\u4e00\u6307\u7684\u9ad8\u7aef\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u505c\u653e\u7740\u522b\u81f4\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u8239\u53ea\uff0c\u8fd0\u6cb3\u901a\u5f80\u83ab\u987f\u6e7e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5143\u7d20\u8ba9\u7ebd\u6ce2\u7279\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u9009\u62e9\u4ee5\u822a\u6d77\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5c06\u5e06\u8239\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b83\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

Stockland\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6807\u5ba2\u6237\u662f\u7efc\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u6210\u719f\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u592b\u5987\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u8bbe\u60f3\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\u662f\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\u5728\u65e9\u4e0a\u548c\u665a\u4e0a\u5e26\u5b59\u5b50\u53bb\u6563\u6b65\u3002\u6f2b\u6b65\u7a7f\u8fc7\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6765\u5230\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fef\u77b0\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u9ad8\u5c42\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u4e0a\u8bf4\uff0c\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u548c\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u666f\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u5219\u53ef\u6cbf\u7740\u6ed1\u68af\u611f\u53d7\u523a\u6fc0\uff0c\u5728\u6500\u722c\u7f51\u4e0a\u6e38\u73a9\uff0c\u6216\u901a\u5411\u5de8\u578b\u5b9a\u5236\u98ce\u5e06\u5854\u3002<\/p>\n

Stockland Developments was guided by Touched By Olivia to establish playground design guidelines that would shape the play space to be an inclusive environment.<\/p>\n

Newport Estate Playground has a nautical theme that draws inspiration from sail boats. The premier residential estate does include private boat moorings and canals that lead to Moreton Bay.<\/p>\n

Stockland’s target market is for established families and mature couples. They envisage the grandparents take their grandchildren for a walk in the mornings and evenings. Stroll through the openspace, then up to the elevated playground deck that overlooks the water body. Its from this point that the adults and carers can appreciate the natural surrounds whilst the children travel down the tube slides, scale down the netting, or smoothly transition into the main custom sail tower.<\/p>\n
