HILL Landscape<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aNingbo Yuhai Tianxia locates in the southern foot of middle Tiantaishan Mountain, eastern coastal Fenghua, Zhejiang Province. Surrounded by mountains and water, the project, as a coastal resort with the natural landscape and the impressive sea scenery, covering an area of approximately 6,000 acres in modern Dawanqu District. HILL\u2019s design team took the advantage of the site features and was inspired by design elements such as mountain, sea, tidal, wave, and cloud to build up a picturesque landscape. HILL, with a dedicated heart, established a modern coastal style garden and an eco-town that lies along Ningbowan Bay, stretching for 10 miles.<\/p>\n

The Beginning Chapter: Standing along the horizon, Viewing the Beauty of the Sea with Sky<\/p>\n

The constant natural coastaline, original tidal-falt zone, tidals and waves going up and down\u2026 When the HILL\u2019s team came to this un-touched natural sea shore, the vast sea, the mountains in a distance and the flying clouds forced the designers to looking for a comfortable way to talk with the sea and to have an intermite and reciprocal relationship. For a half-a-year process from decision-making, modification, intensification to construction, the design team presented a picturesque landscape step by step.<\/p>\n

The Start: Following the Winding Seashore, Watching the tidal up and down<\/p>\n

Designers used the ethereal, free and relaxed form of three elements\u2014\u2014sea, mountains and clouds\u2014\u2014as inspirations of the entire project to outline the overall framework. The elegant coastline was refined and extened and the ring shape entrance water feature design indicates the sea bay landscape. Visitors are able to immerse in a wonerland and walking in a picturesque land.<\/p>\n

\u6f6e\u6c50\u7684\u52a8\u8361\u8d77\u4f0f\u9020\u5c31\u4e86\u6d77\u57df\u53d8\u5e7b\u83ab\u6d4b\u7684\u7f8e\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5728\u521b\u610f\u4e2d\u7528\u5c42\u5c42\u8dcc\u6c34\u5c06\u6f6e\u6c50\u6d77\u6d6a\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u8d70\u52bf\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u683c\uff0c\u517c\u4ee5\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u955c\u9762\u6c34\u666f\u63cf\u7ed8\u8fbd\u9614\u6d77\u9762\uff0c\u5c06\u6d77\u7684\u52a8\u9759\u4e4b\u7f8e\u76f8\u7cc5\u5408\uff0c\u9ad8\u5dee\u7ed3\u6784\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u7acb\u4f53\u6d77\u6e7e\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u7fe0\u610f\u8471\u830f\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u5c9b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8fd8\u539f\u4e86\u6d77\u5c9b\u98ce\u60c5\uff0c\u4e8e\u6ce2\u5149\u7cbc\u7cbc\u4e2d\u9759\u89c2\u9c7c\u8dc3\u9e64\u95f2\u3002<\/p>\n

The movement of tidal provide the sea a sense of dynamic and unpredictability. Designers caught the moment of tidal\u2019s up and down and transformed it to a layered water levels, showing the active and dynamic of the sea. Supplemented by a large area of water surface to illustrate the vast sea, designers presented the still of the sea, contrasting with the active tidal. The height difference structure creates a three-dimensional bay landscape, and the lush plantation islands restores an island style, providing a peaceful place without secularization.<\/p>\n

Turning Point: Watching the mountain and sea, Observing the clouds and Listening to the Waterfall<\/p>\n

Strolling along the winding waterscape and following the sound of the water, visitors will find a silk-like waterfall pouring down around the turning point of the bay. Boarding the corridor bridge, visitors are able to enjoy a free time and sight the horizon disappearing at the end of the sea, the mountains rendered by the blue sky and the layered clouds.<\/p>\n

Roundabout: Stepping on the Beach, Chasing the waves and Observing the clouds.<\/p>\n

Wind is chasing the waves and the wave is kissing the sands on the beach. The designers captured the layered ripples and curvy line of the waves to create a boardwalk along the coastline. Visitors can play with the sands on beach, interacting with the waves and rest in the cozy bar aside to feel the breeze from the sea and the odor of coconuts and to sight the sea and mountain.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c06\u8fdc\u5c71\u66f2\u7ebf\u632a\u81f3\u56ed\u6797\u5e03\u5c40\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u9752\u8349\u8471\u830f\u3001\u6c40\u6b65\u6f2b\u5ef6\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u589e\u6dfb\u7985\u97f5\uff1b\u5c71\u5ce6\u8d77\u4f0f\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u4e50\u5fae\u5730\u5f62\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u8da3\u5473\u751f\u6001\u7684\u7ae5\u5e74\u4e50\u56ed\uff1b\u5c9b\u5c7f\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u70b9\u7f00\uff0c\u4ee4\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5206\u5272\u81ea\u7136\u800c\u60ec\u610f\uff0c\u6d41\u8fde\u5fd8\u6b65\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u73af\u7ed5\u5c71\u4f53\u7684\u62a4\u5761\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u7985\u610f\u7684\u522b\u81f4\u5c0f\u9662\uff0c\u6e05\u51c9\u4e2d\u5e73\u6dfb\u82cd\u8403\u4e0e\u60a0\u7136\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n

Echo: Light and shadow interweaving among the mountains islands<\/p>\n

The project takes the outline of the mountains and applies to the garden framework, enhancing the lofty of the greenery and lush courtyard. In addition, the ups and downs of the mountain\u2019s ridge are used in the children\u2019s playground to create a vivid garden for kids. The decoration of island\u2019s elements divides each space naturally. The protection slope surrounding the rockery garden and Zen courtyard provides a refreshing space for the visitors.<\/p>\n

The project followed the rhythm of\u201cStart \u2013 Turing Point \u2013 Roundabout – Return\u201dto balance the design concept. The designers concluded the active tidal, the meandering coastline, the intimate island, the constant mountain outline, the dynamic waves and the free clouds into a scenic landsacpe.<\/p>\n

Walking along the boardwalk, Visitors will see the Haixinxishui(Sea Heart playing with Water) Pool, which has the shape of flowing water and the spirit of flying clouds. The layered ripples of the shallow water gives visitors a illusion of a dreamland and makes them feel like becoming the elves of the sea.<\/p>\n

When the dusk falls and the mist is pervasive over the sea, viewing from the glittering sales center to the horizon, a calm and peaceful atmosphere rises, taking people back to the tranquil and vast nature. Between the mountains and the sea, the stars are shinnign in our sight.<\/p>\n
