L&A Design<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0The present sales center will later be transformed into the kindergarten of the community. The biggest challenge to realize the transfomation lies in how to balance the sales atmosphere and the function of a kindergarten. Beijing Luojia has specially made up a story about an alien \u201cHaohaiyo\u201d, which is integrated into the design of architecture, landscape and interior spaces. Contextual design skills are employed to describe Haohaiyo\u2019s experiences on the earth. It aims to create a theme-park-style kindergarten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2018\u5e74\u5e74\u5e95\u53d7\u4e2d\u6d77\u5730\u4ea7\u59d4\u6258\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u6d1b\u5609\u548c\u5965\u96c5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5317\u4eac\u8f6f\u88c5\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u5176\u671b\u4eac\u5e9c\u9879\u76ee\u552e\u697c\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u6d773.0\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u4f4e\u5bc6\u4eba\u672c\u5316\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u914d\u5907\u4e86\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u548c\u793e\u533a\u517b\u8001\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u672c\u6848\u524d\u671f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8425\u9500\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u540e\u7eed\u5c06\u4f1a\u5ef6\u7eed\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5982\u4f55\u517c\u987e\u524d\u671f\u7684\u552e\u697c\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff1f\u662f\u672c\u6b21\u8bbe\u8ba1\u601d\u8003\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

At the end of the year 2018, Beijing Luojia and L&A Design (Beijing soft furnishing team) were commissioned by China Overseas Building (COB) to design for the sales center of Wangjing Mansion. As a low-density and people-oriented development, it is well equipped with a kindergarden and an elder care center. The project, which is used as the sales center now, will later be changed into the kindergarten of the community.\u00a0How to balance the purchase experience and the community functions is the key challenge for the designers.<\/p>\n

\u592a\u7a7a\u4e2d\u7684\u70b9\u70b9\u661f\u8fb0\u3001\u6216\u5927\u6216\u5c0f\u7684\u661f\u7403\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u9668\u77f3\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u9668\u77f3\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u5bf9\u5916\u592a\u7a7a\u4e0e\u672a\u6765\u7684\u63a2\u79d8\u548c\u61a7\u61ac\uff0c\u7ed9\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u5e26\u6765\u65e0\u9650\u7684\u60f3\u8c61\u3002\u201c\u9668\u77f3\u6751\u201d\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4fbf\u7531\u6b64\u5f00\u542f\u3002<\/p>\n

In the universe stars and planets of all sizes are all composed of aerolites which symbolize human\u2019s exploration to the outer space and the visions of the future. Aerolites will inspire children\u2019s imagination. So the story of the \u201cAerolite Village\u201d thus begins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Contextual design skills are employed to tell the alien Haohaiyo’s experience on the earth, creating a children\u2019s wonderland in the style of a Theme Park. Instead of only focusing on landscape, the designers have integrated interior, soft furnishings, outdoor landscape, equipment and facilities, sculptures and IP together, to create a sales center which will provide sci-tech experiences for children. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u573a\u5730\u662f\u8db3\u591f\u81ea\u7531\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6d69\u701a\u7684\u5b87\u5b99\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u201c\u4f53\u79ef\u611f\u201d\u6ee1\u8db3\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u73a9\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u56ed\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u70b9\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u5bf9\u73af\u62b1\u7684\u8bfe\u5802\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u8349\u5761\u4e0a\u6492\u4e2a\u6b22\uff0c\u8e0f\u8fc7\u7e41\u661f\u70b9\u70b9\u7684\u94f6\u6cb3\u8def\uff0c\u542c\u8001\u5e08\u8bb2\u89e3\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5965\u79d8\u3002<\/p>\n

We hope to make sure the site is open and free like a vast universe. At the same time, we need some volumes to satisfy the children. Therefore, in the center of the garden we designed an embraced teaching space where you can play on the grass slope, walk along the starry milky way and listen to the teacher to explain the mystery of nature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u53ea\u6709\u5916\u5f62\u662f\u8fdc\u8fdc\u4e0d\u591f\u7684\uff0c\u98de\u8239\u66f4\u662f\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u73a9\u800d\u7684\u79d8\u5bc6\u57fa\u5730\u3002\u96c6\u5408\u4e86\u5b69\u5b50\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u73a9\u4e50\u65b9\u5f0f\u2014\u2014\u6500\u3001\u722c\u3001\u6ed1\u3001\u94bb\uff0c\u6d1b\u5609\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u767e\u73a9\u4e0d\u538c\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, the spaceship is the secret base for children, where they can climb, crawl, slide or pass through a tunnel. The Luojia team has created varied facilities for children to enjoy themselves to the most. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u98de\u8239\u5185\u90e8\u5212\u5206\u4e24\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7531\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u87ba\u65cb\u722c\u7f51\u76f4\u63a5\u5230\u8fbe2\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7531\u6ed1\u7b52\u7531\u4e0a\u6ed1\u4e0b,\u5728\u4fdd\u969c\u5176\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u521b\u9020\u6216\u8005\u9f13\u52b1\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u53bb\u63a2\u7d22\u548c\u5192\u9669\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u6d3b\u52a8\u8bbe\u65bd\u7ed3\u5408\u58f0\u5149\u7535\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u4e92\u52a8\uff1a\u79d1\u6280\u4e92\u52a8\u55b7\u96fe\uff0c\u5728\u661f\u5149\u8def\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e92\u52a8\u70b9\uff0c\u8e29\u8e0f\u4e92\u52a8\u70b9\u89e6\u53d1\u55b7\u96fe\u548c\u6c34\u7eb9\u706f\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u98de\u8239\u5c06\u8981\u817e\u7a7a\u4e00\u822c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u4f73\u62cd\u7167\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

There two floors in the spaceship. Children can climb up to the second floor by the spiral net and then slide down along the tunnel. It will not only ensure their safety but also encourage the children to explore and have a great adventure. All the facilities are combined with sound, light or electrical technologies. With the mist sprays and waterwave lights along the starry road, it looks as if the spaceship is lauching. This scene is also perfect for taking photos.<\/p>\n

The \u201caerolite\u201d building is separated into five spaces: the reception center, the building model area, the negotiation area, the children\u2019s playground and the atrium. Every space features different function and story, presenting the scenes during Haohaiyo\u2019s time travel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9668\u77f3\u6751\u91cc\u5904\u5904\u90fd\u5145\u6ee1\u4e86\u795e\u79d8\u7684\u7b26\u53f7\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u5916\u661f\u4eba\u7559\u7ed9\u5c0f\u670b\u53cb\u4eec\u7684\u201c\u795e\u79d8\u793c\u7269\u201d\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u9488\u5bf9\u4e8eIP\u6545\u4e8b\u63d0\u53d6\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5c06IP\u5143\u7d20\u77e2\u91cf\u5316\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u9668\u77f3\u6751\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u6807\u8bc6\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u5207\u7247\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u8fd0\u7528\u5728\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u5bfc\u89c6\u724c\u4e0a\u6574\u4f53\u98ce\u683c\u73b0\u4ee3\u7b80\u6d01\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u6807\u8bc6\u5219\u66f4\u5f70\u663e\u7ae5\u8da3\uff0c\u662f\u56ed\u533a\u4e2d\u7684\u5c0f\u60ca\u559c\u3002<\/p>\n

The aerolite village is full of mysterious symbols, which are gifts left by the alien. The designers have also selected some elements from the IP story and created a unique sinage system within the village. The entrance and the signs are designed in modern simple style, while the signs on the ground are surprises to interest the children.\u00a0
