GVL<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0With the idea of \u201cbig park and micro tourism\u201d, it is possible to make many costly civil landscape projectsprofitable. Civil projects will meet citizens\u2019 demands for relaxation. Green trees, colorful flowers, platforms, and pavilions as well as singing birds form a beautiful scene, which is sure to bring joy and happiness to the citizens upon completion.\u00a0However, it\u2019s far from enough. The problem is that, without proper operation and any earnings, the beautiful scene will not last long. And finally places will be overgrown with weeds and wastes and covered by wastes everywhere.\u00a0Nevertheless, Xi\u2019xianFeng River Wetland Park, which is designed by GVL Group, has been transformed into a sustainable tourism destination. The model of \u201cbig park and micro tourism\u201d has solved the problem.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6ca3\u6cb3\u897f\u5cb8\u897f\u5b9d\u9ad8\u901f\u81f3\u79d1\u6280\u516d\u8def\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6ee8\u6cb3\u751f\u6001\u666f\u89c2\u5e26\uff0c\u5168\u957f4\u516c\u91cc\uff0c\u6cb3\u5cb8\u5e73\u5747\u5bbd\u5ea6100\u7c73\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7ea688\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u662f\u8fdb\u5165\u897f\u54b8\u56fd\u9645\u6587\u5316\u6559\u80b2\u56ed\u7684\u4e1c\u90e8\u95e8\u6237\u3002\u6ca3\u6cb3\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d2f\u7a7f\u897f\u54b8\u65b0\u533a\u5357\u90e8\u7684\u4e3b\u6c34\u8109\uff0c\u662f\u897f\u5b89\u6587\u5316\u53e4\u57ce\u4e0e\u897f\u54b8\u56fd\u9645\u65b0\u533a\u7684\u4ea4\u754c\u7ebf\uff0c\u627f\u8f7d\u4e86\u81ea\u897f\u5468\u4ee5\u6765\u707f\u70c2\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u9057\u4ea7\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab\u5bc4\u671b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

Located on the west coast of FengRiver, between Xi\u2019an-Baoji Expressway and the No. 6 Keji Road\uff0c the site is about 4km long and 100m wide averagely, covering a total area of about 880,000 m2<\/sup>. It is the east entrance of Xixian International Cultural and Educational Park. As the main river flows through the South of Xixian New District, Feng River is the boundary between Xi\u2019an ancient city andXixian International New District, witnessing the splendid history of the city and embracing its beautiful future.<\/p>\n

2014\u5e748\u6708\uff0c\u897f\u54b8\u6587\u6559\u56ed\u4ee5\u56fd\u9645\u5316\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6307\u5f15\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u4ece\u4e00\u7eb8\u89c4\u5212\u8d70\u5411\u843d\u5730\u300214\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u751f\u5730\u4e0a\u4e9f\u5f85\u5c55\u793a\u533a\uff0c\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u533a\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u7aef\u670d\u52a1\u914d\u5957\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4eba\u6d41\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u8425\u9020\u62db\u5546\u73af\u5883\u3002\u4f46\u5355\u7eaf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f8e\u4e3d\u3001\u751f\u6001\u7684\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u65b0\u533a\u5efa\u8bbe\u5e26\u6765\u4f55\u79cd\u80fd\u91cf\uff1f\u516c\u56ed\u540e\u671f\u517b\u62a4\u6210\u672c\u4f55\u4ee5\u7ef4\u6301\uff1f\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6021\u5883\u96c6\u56e2\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u5f6d\u6d9b\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u201c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e02\u653f\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4efb\u52a1\u4e66\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ece\u6574\u4e2a\u897f\u54b8\u6587\u6559\u56ed\u533a\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u6765\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u5bfc\u5165\u5ba2\u7fa4\u6d41\u91cf\uff0c\u4e3a\u516c\u56ed\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d22\u653f\u53cd\u54fa\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n

August, 2014, Xixian Cultural and Educational Park was completed according to plan. The 14 sq.km park is in need of an exhibition zone to provide high-end services and attract consumers. However, what a beautiful and ecological park will bring to the new district, and how to realize its long-term maintenance? These problems have greatly challenged the design team.<\/p>\n

As MrPeng Tao said, \u201cIt is not only an assignment of civil landscape design but also a task involving the future operation and maintenance. What we need to think is how to attract consumers and provide financial support for the long-term operation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Accordingly, GVL team has proposed to design and operate the project in the mode of tourism operation. With the idea of \u201cbig park and micro tourism\u201d, the team has designed the civil park as a tourism destination. In addition, the idea of \u201cmicro life and new mode\u201d has introduced a new lifestyle to the citizens, which finally benefits the \u201cinnovative urban development\u201d of Xixian New District.<\/p>\n

\u8361\u8361\u201c\u516b\u6c34\u7ed5\u957f\u5b89\u201d\uff0c\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u7684\u201c\u6e2d\u3001\u705e\u3001\u6d50\u3001\u6cfe\u3001\u6ca3\u3001\u6ec8\u3001\u6d9d\u3001\u6f4f\u201d\u62e5\u57ce\u6cfd\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u897f\u5b89\u9644\u8fd1\u6784\u7b51\u6210\u5929\u7136\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u6c34\u7f51\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u7ed9\u957f\u5b89\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u201c\u9646\u6d77\u201d\uff08\u6307\u6e56\u6cca\u548c\u6c60\u6cbc\u8f83\u591a\uff09\u7684\u7f8e\u79f0\u3002\u4f46\u6b64\u540e\u201c\u516b\u6c34\u201d\u906d\u53d7\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fb5\u6270\uff0c\u91cd\u6784\u6ca3\u6cb3\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u8ba9\u6c89\u5bc2\u7684\u6cb3\u9053\u7115\u53d1\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u673a\u8feb\u5728\u7709\u776b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u5728\u6ca3\u6cb3\u6bb5\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u5168\u56fd\u4e09\u5927\u5019\u9e1f\u8fc1\u5f99\u8def\u7ebf\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u4e2d\u90e8\u8def\u7ebf\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u4e2d\u539f\u6709\u7684\u6ee9\u6d82\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5341\u6708\u81f3\u6b21\u5e74\u4e09\u6708\uff0c\u5c06\u8fce\u6765\u591a\u79cd\u5019\u9e1f\u6816\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n

Renovate the urban area with the idea of \u201cold watercourse and new oasis\u201d<\/p>\n

Surrounded by Wei River, Ba River, Chan River, Jing River, Feng River, Hao River, Lao River and Yu River, Chang\u2019an, the ancient name of Xi\u2019an City, was once called the \u201csea on the continent\u201d. However, the eight rivers have been destroyed more or less since then. Reconstructing the eco system along Feng River and recovering the watercourse are very urgent.<\/p>\n

Feng River is on one of the three migration route of birds. The intertidal zone and wetland within the site are the habitat for migratory birds. Every year, the wetland will welcome different species of birds from October to March.<\/p>\n

To collect water, the designers have created a weir with ripraps to create an effective wetland system and a sound environment for the birds. Plants and walk paths are used to protect birds from any disturbance.<\/p>\n

\u897f\u54b8\u65b0\u533a\u6ca3\u897f\u65b0\u57ce\u4e3a\u5168\u56fd\u9996\u6279\u6d77\u7ef5\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8bbe\u8bd5\u70b9\u533a\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u62c5\u5f53\u8d77\u6587\u6559\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5730\u7cfb\u7edf\u5b9e\u8df5\u6d77\u7ef5\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

As one of the the pilot districts of Sponge City technology, Fengxi New Town of Xixian New District is an experimental site within the cultural and educational park.<\/p>\n

The Sponge City team has created a micro-topography by filling and excavating. Rainwater garden, artificial wetland, bio-swale, infiltrating pool and reservoir are designed to collect acid water. The ground is covered by breathable materials to ensure the annual flow, reduce the pollution of the rainwater, and recycle the waste water. All these measures ensure the flexibility and sustainability of the park.<\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u73b0\u72b6\u4f9b\u6c34\u6cf5\u7ad9\u6bcf\u65e5\u6392\u51fa\u7684\u53cd\u6e05\u6d17\u7528\u6c34\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u68af\u7ea7\u51c0\u6e7f\u5730\u5316\/\u96e8\u6c34\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u7ebf\u6027\u4eba\u5de5\u751f\u6001\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u8d85\u91cf\u96e8\u6c34\u65f6\u7531\u672b\u7aef\u539f\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u6392\u6d9d\u6cf5\u7ad9\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u6c34\u6e90\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u96c6\u79d1\u666e\u6027\u3001\u53c2\u4e0e\u6027\u3001\u89c2\u8d4f\u6027\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u6e7f\u5730\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

Making use of the drainage water from the supply pumping station, the team designed a stair-style rainwater garden and a linear artificial wetland. Excessive rainwater will be drained away to keep a balance of the water. It has created a wetland for education, participation and touring.<\/p>\n
