In the forest, the meeting of the steam and tree, makes beautiful ripples.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u80cc\u666f<\/strong> Background<\/p>\n

2015\u5e743\u6708\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u62ff\u7740\u56fe\u7eb8\u65f6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5bf9\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u89c4\u5212\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u697c\u95f4\u8ddd\u611f\u5230\u5174\u594b\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5728\u5f53\u65f6\u8ffd\u6c42\u5229\u76ca\u6700\u5927\u5316\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u8f6c\u6362\u3001\u91cd\u89c6\u793a\u8303\u533a\u6548\u679c\u800c\u5ffd\u7565\u5927\u533a\u54c1\u8d28\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\u4e0d\u53ef\u591a\u5f97\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u5927\u533a\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5bb9\u79ef\u7387\u4ec52.9\uff0c\u7eff\u5316\u8986\u76d6\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe45%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c06\u7a7a\u95f4\u7559\u7ed9\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u66f4\u9884\u7559\u7ed9\u672a\u6765\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u4ee5\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n

When we first held the drawings in March 2015, our design team was excited about the overall planning of the project and the wide floor spacing. This was a rare residential project at the time when the real estate market pursued the maximization of benefits, rapid conversion, and focused on the effectiveness of the demonstration area while ignoring the quality of the region. The plot ratio of the project is only 1.8, and the green coverage rate reaches up to 45%. The developer reduces the building density, leaves the space to the landscape, and reserves a better lifestyle for the future residents.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u601d\u8003<\/strong> Analysis<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u573a\u6240\u4e2d\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u81ea\u7136\u5e76\u4ece\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u6811\u836b\u7684\u6447\u9038\u611f\u53d7\u98ce\u7684\u629a\u89e6\uff1b\u901a\u8fc7\u6811\u53f6\u7684\u989c\u8272\u611f\u53d7\u5b63\u8282\u7684\u53d8\u8fc1\uff1b\u7ec6\u95fb\u6d41\u6c34\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u8ba9\u5fc3\u53d8\u5f97\u6e05\u900f\u9759\u8c27\u3002\u9762\u5bf9\u5982\u6b64\u96be\u5f97\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u7ed3\u5408\u5efa\u7b51\u8425\u9020\u600e\u6837\u7684\u573a\u6240\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u4f20\u8fbe\u7ed9\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u4ee5\u600e\u6837\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u611f\u53d7\uff1f\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4ee5\u600e\u6837\u7684\u8868\u73b0\u624b\u6cd5\u53bb\u6f14\u7ece\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5927\u533a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e94\u5177\u5907\u600e\u6837\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u5185\u6838\uff0c\u53bb\u9a71\u52a8\u793e\u533a\u5185\u90bb\u91cc\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

In an open space, the landscape can better help people feel the natue and gain a good experience. People are able to feel the touch of the wind through the shade of the trees; to feel the change of the seasons through the color of the leaves; to make hearts clear and peaceful by the sound of flowing water. To design such a rare project, what kind of atmosphere shall we create corresponding to the building? What living experience we would like to convey to the residents? What kind of strategies will we use to interpret the space? What kind of spiritual core should the space play to drive the development of neighborhood relationships in the community?<\/p>\n

\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u6211\u4eec\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u4e00\u4e9b\u66f2\u7ebf\u6240\u6253\u52a8\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u873f\u8712\u66f2\u6298\uff0c\u4f18\u96c5\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u65e2\u6709\u5a49\u7ea6\u4e4b\u7f8e\u53c8\u5145\u6ee1\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u66f2\u7ebf\u4e4b\u7f8e\uff0c\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u89c2\u8005\u7684\u5ba1\u7f8e\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5ba1\u7f8e\u6df1\u5ea6\uff0c\u5b83\u8868\u8fbe\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6726\u80e7\u827a\u672f\u6548\u679c\u548c\u8a00\u5916\u4e4b\u610f\uff0c\u66f4\u5438\u5f15\u4eba\u53bb\u53c2\u4e0e\u3001\u53bb\u63a2\u7d22\u3001\u53bb\u89e3\u8bfb\u3002\u672c\u6848\u5c06\u68ee\u6797\u4e2d\u6eaa\u6d41\u4e0e\u6811\u7684\u9047\u89c1\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u66f2\u7ebf\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee5\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u624b\u6cd5\u8d2f\u7a7f\u9879\u76ee\u59cb\u7ec8\u3002<\/p>\n

In nature we are often touched by some curves. They twist and turn, wandering and flowing. They are both graceful and powerful. The beauty of the curve can increase the viewer’s time spent here for aesthetic enjoyment and the aesthetic depth. It expresses the indistinct artistic effect and the implications, attracting visitors to join in, to explore, to understand. In this case, the \u201cflowing curve\u201d generated by the meeting of streams and trees in the forest is taken as the main design element, which runs through the project in a modern way.<\/p>\n
