LAURENT<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aHongqiao is a world-class city group and the gateway and core of the Yangtze River Delta Metropolitan Coordinating Region. It is the new engine for Shanghai’s economic development in the future 20 years. The planning goal of Hongqiao is to establish an international, dynamic, cultural and fashion community with world influence. The project is located in the Xujing district of Hongqiao, Shanghai. It is a world-class transportation hub and one of the high-quality residential communities in Hongqiao Business District with international residential DNAs. The project utilizes the future pedestrian main entrance with architectures, sinking swimming pools and a house as the demonstration area. Absolutely, the display area will be the same as the delivery effect in the future. Therefore, the most important topic of this project is how to bridge with the future delivery function.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6982\u5ff5 Design Concept<\/p>\n

\u6574\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u8d2f\u5f7b\u4e00\u4e2a\u601d\u8def\uff1a\u672a\u6765\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u5373\u662f\u5927\u533a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f2\u76ee\u5730\u8ffd\u6c42\u98ce\u683c\u5316\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u662f\u4ece\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5408\u7406\u3001\u5c3a\u5ea6\u9002\u5b9c\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u751f\u6d3b\u6e29\u5ea6\u53ca\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u827a\u672f\u751f\u547d\u529b\u7684\u793e\u533a\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9752\u6d66\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u662f\u6c34\u4e0e\u7eff\u7684\u4ea4\u878d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u529b\u6c42\u8fd8\u539f\u81ea\u7136\u6700\u7b80\u6d01\u3001\u6700\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u793e\u533a\u3002\u8679\u6865\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u662f\u7a7f\u68ad\u5728\u9ad8\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6469\u767b\u90fd\u5e02\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6b32\u8981\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e0d\u51e1\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u6d77\u6d3e\u98ce\u60c5\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6b32\u4ee5\u7eff\u610f \u00b7 \u6469\u767b\u4e3a\u6982\u5ff5\u4e3b\u9898\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u3001\u5b9c\u4eba\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u6d77\u6d3e\u751f\u6d3b\u5bb6\u56ed<\/p>\n

Throughout the design, we have followed one logic: the future display area, namely the project area. We are not blindly pursuing stylized design, but consider it from the users\u2019 perspective to create a community scenes that has reasonable spaces, a suitable scale, a strong sense of life, and a high-quality artistic vitality.<\/p>\n

The impression of Qingpu is the blending of water and green spaces. We are dedicated to restoring the most simple and comfortable living community. The impression of Hongqiao is fast-growing modern metropolitan. We want to experience the extraordinary modern Shanghai style. In this way, we aimed to design a green and pleasant modern Shanghai style residence.<\/p>\n

\u8fce\u5bbe\u5165\u53e3 Greeting Entrance<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5373\u672a\u6765\u5927\u533a\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u4eba\u4eec\u7b2c\u4e00\u89c6\u89c9\u5370\u8c61\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u8d77\u70b9\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u5c0a\u8d35\u5178\u96c5\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u53ca\u663e\u8d35\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9996\u5148\u601d\u8003\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8d85\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c3d\u663e\u7b80\u7ea6\u5927\u6c14\uff0c\u5728\u6c89\u7a33\u7684\u6c89\u9999\u7c73\u9ec4\u5927\u7406\u77f3\u77f3\u6750\u4e2d\u8fd0\u7528\u5c11\u91cf\u91d1\u5c5e\u8272\u88c5\u9970\u78b0\u649e\u51fa\u524d\u573a\u7684\u4e0d\u51e1\u6c14\u8d28\u3002\u4e2d\u5fc3\u96d5\u5851\u7684\u70b9\u7f00\uff0c\u589e\u6dfb\u89c6\u89c9\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

The entrance space, as the main pedestrians entrance in the future, is the starting point for the formation of people’s first visual impressions. How to create a noble and elegant atmosphere and the feeling of a noble life is the first question of design. The super-scale main entrance design is simple but marvelous, adding a small amount of metallic decoration in the beige marble stone to illustrate the extraordinary frontcourt. The center sculpture becomes a extra visual focus.<\/p>\n

The depth is short as well; How to ensure the balance between the demand for the circulation in the demonstration area and the actual traffic load demand for the pedestrian entrances in the future?<\/p>\n

Solution: Use the overhead floor of 2#, 3# building, push the visiting circulation to the margin of both sides, and reserve the space to maximize the frontcourt display space; Use the corridor to establish a clean site boundary, and cover the visual accessibility of the surrounding scaffolding. The function is the background and the background is the function. Viewing the scenery is also a scene; The atrium’s large water surface is divided into two sections, which minimizes the amount of waterscape demolition due to the fire exits in the later phase and ensures the balance of future demolition and delivery.<\/p>\n
