ONG&ONG<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe site sits at the junction of Bukit Timah and Bukit Panjang Roads, next to a historical rail crossing of the KTM railway and Choa Chu Kang Road. It is an urban node that has long been a commercial hub up till the present, where it continues as a significant nodal point in the form of the revamped Junction 10 and The Tennery. The Tennery comprises a new 15-storey residential condominium with recreational facilities built above Junction 10, a rejuvenated and retrofitted existing shopping mall with a light rail terminal on the topmost floor of its podium.<\/p>\n

\u57ce\u5e02\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u4e3a\u9002\u5e94\u5f53\u524d\u9700\u6c42\u6b63\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0cThe Tennery\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u91cd\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u7ec4\u5408\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u5546\u4e1a\u548c\u96f6\u552e\u5e73\u53f0\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8003\u8651\u5230\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u521b\u4e1a\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u73b0\u6709\u76844\u5c42\u96f6\u552e\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a10\u5c42\u9ad8\u7684SOHO\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2aSOHO\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5145\u5206\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u5f53\u4ee3\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7279\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e94\u697c\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u5e73\u53f0\u4e5f\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e86SOHO\u8857\u533a\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u666f\u89c2\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6bd4\u5927\u591a\u6570\u516c\u5bd3\u90fd\u66f4\u52a0\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u5a31\u4e50\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e5f\u8fce\u5408\u4e86SOHO\u201c\u5728\u5bb6\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u201d\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n

A changing urban fabric reflects the growth of a city in accommodating current needs. So it is with The Junction 10\/Tennery development, where the commercial\/retail podium is given a new lease of life through a redesign of the internal spaces, retail mix and an exciting contemporary facelift of the building facade.<\/p>\n

In recognizing the increasing trend of entrepreneurship amongst younger Singaporeans, a 10-storey high SOHO residential block was added above the existing 4-storey retail podium. This SOHO complex design comes well endowed with all the trappings of urban downtown living.<\/p>\n

The podium roof at the 5th storey has become a recreational landscaped deck for the SOHO block offering a full list of facilities found in most mainstream condominiums and more, its design also catering to the SOHO concept of working and playing from home.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u573a\u5730\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u60a0\u4e45\u201c\u77f3\u5934\u8ddd\u79bb\u6807\u8bb0\u201d\u548c\u5df2\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u94c1\u8def\u7ebf\u7684\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5efa\u7b51\u9690\u55bb\uff0c\u5728\u9762\u5411\u9053\u8def\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8fb9\u7f18\u7684\u591a\u9762\u5de8\u77f3\u822c\u7684\u96f6\u552e\u5e97\uff0c\u5219\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u9690\u55bb\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

The close association of the site to the historic distance “stone markers\u201d and the defunct railway line is continued as an architectural metaphor and manifested in the faceted boulder-like forms of the retail outlets along the building edge facing the roads.<\/p>\n

In continuum, this 5th storey landscape deck is conceived as a series of tectonic plates that have been \u201cpushed\u201d up through \u201cseismic\u201d upheavals in the retail podium to give way to the SOHO block. These tectonic plates form a composition of sundecks and pocket gardens that intersperse with the 50m free-form angular swimming pool, water features and the recreational pods. The latter are multifunction pods, able to serve both the recreational and executive \/ entrepreneurial needs of users, being fitted out with air-conditioning and audio-visual facilities. The other de rigueur facilities on this deck include the multi-purpose function room and gym.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u7b2c9\u5c42\u6709\u4e00\u5ea7\u5c06\u4e24\u5ea7\u5854\u697c\u8fde\u63a5\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u4f11\u95f2\u5929\u6865\uff0c\u7f51\u7403\u573a\u5c31\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u7403\u573a\u4e24\u4fa7\u5206\u522b\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u4e2d\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u6bcf\u5ea7\u5854\u697c\u7684\u7b2c14\u5c42\u548c15\u5c42\u90fd\u914d\u6709\u66f4\u5177\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5b89\u9759\u5730\u601d\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n

A distinctive and unique recreational sky bridge on the 9th storey links the 2 towers together. This is where the tennis court is located, flanked by 2 sky terraces. Additionally, more intimate gardens are found on the 14th & 15th storeys of each tower for a quieter reflection.<\/p>\n

Although the Tennery sits above a bustling commercial podium, it enjoys a tranquility that belies its location and residents are able to revel in the tropical resort-like ambience of the landscape.<\/p>\n
