grabner huber lipp<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u65b0\u7684Hans-Eisenmann-Zentrum\u9879\u76ee\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5f17\u83b1\u8f9b\u897f\u90e8\u4e00\u4e2a\u5411\u5357\u7684\u5c71\u5761\u4e0a\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521b\u9020\u6027\u5730\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u4e86\u4e0b\u65b9\u9053\u8def\u4e0e\u5b66\u9662\u4e0a\u65b9\u65b0\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u4e4b\u95f414\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape design helps conquer the 14 m height difference between the road below and the new parking lot above the Institute, using the space in a creative way.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u5357\u90e8\u88ab\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e73\u53f0\u5305\u56f4\uff0c\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u897f\u90e8\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u533a\u57df\u548c\u4e1c\u90e8\u7684\u9001\u8d27\u573a\u3002\u573a\u5730\u7531\u8bb8\u591a\u53f0\u9636\u548c\u6321\u571f\u5899\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u5357\u90e8\u9732\u53f0\u3001\u4e2d\u592e\u5e7f\u573a\u548c\u5317\u90e8\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u4ee5\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u56fe\u6848\u94fa\u780c\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u56fe\u6848\u6e90\u81ea\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u2014\u2014\u8c37\u7a57\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u8868\u9762\u90fd\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u7eff\u8272\u751f\u6001\u5c4b\u9876\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/p>\n

The new building is skirted along it’s entire southern length by a terrace, which connects the entrance area in the west with the delivery yard in the east. The site is formed by numerous steps and retaining walls which create the southern terrace, the central Plaza and the northern parking lots. The Plaza was paved in a concise pattern derived from the Institute’s logo – a grain-bearing ear. All the roof surfaces were landscaped in the extensive green roof technology.<\/p>\n
