\u8bfa\u98ce\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5929\u4f1aHQ\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e0a\u6d77\u8679\u6865\u4e34\u7a7a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u56ed\u533a\uff0c\u539f\u4e3a\u51cc\u7a7aSOHO. \u5176\u6d41\u7ebf\u578b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u662f\u624e\u54c8\u00b7\u54c8\u8fea\u5fb7\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u4f5c\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6b64\u9879\u76ee\u57fa\u5730\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u756a\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n

TOA Landscape Architecture<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aSKYBRIDGE HQ, formerly knowns as SKY SOHO, is located in the Shanghai Hongqiao economic park. The parameterized building is one of Zaha Hadid’s representative works. At the very beginning of landscape renovation, we have done deep researches to echo the site.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u524d\u7684\u601d\u8003<\/strong> Vision before Design<\/p>\n

\u627f\u88ad\u5efa\u7b51\u7ebf\u6761\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u827a\u672f\u4e4b\u7f8e\uff1b\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u53ef\u79fb\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\uff1b\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\u548c\u6700\u5c0f\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u7834\u574f\uff1b\u5f3a\u8c03\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u6027\u53ca\u53c2\u4e0e\u6027\uff1b\u7eff\u5316\u8d2f\u7a7f\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u9700\u6c42\u53ca\u7ec6\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6539\u9020\u4e4b\u524d\u867d\u7136\u5730\u9762\u7eff\u5316\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0b\u6c89\u533a\u57df\u56e0\u7eff\u5316\u91cf\u5c11\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8ba9\u4eba\u6709\u751f\u786c\u611f\u3002\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u4f11\u606f\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f9b\u987e\u5ba2\u505c\u7559\u3002\u73b0\u573a\u94fa\u88c5\u4e3a\u6d41\u7ebf\u5f62\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u9020\u4ef7\u8f83\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e14\u5f53\u65f6\u65bd\u5de5\u7cbe\u5ea6\u4e5f\u5f88\u4f18\u826f\u3002\u6539\u9020\u7684\u5b97\u65e8\u662f\u4fdd\u7559\u539f\u6709\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8f6e\u5ed3\uff0c\u5c3d\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u94fa\u88c5\u7684\u53d8\u66f4\u548c\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n

Before the transformation, most of the sunken square is covered with rigid hardscape, although the ground floor is rich in greening. Based on this, the outdoor space became uncomfortable for guests to rest and gather. However, the pavement is well-designed that fits the architectural shape perfectly with high quality construction. The purpose of the renovation is to keep the original design outline and minimize the change of pavement.<\/p>\n

The transformed landscape and greening should be well integrated with the original SOHO surrealist architecture and landscape design.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u7528\u9014\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7075\u6d3b\u6539\u53d8\u7684\u53ef\u79fb\u52a8\u6027\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8fde\u63a5\u5ba4\u5916\u73af\u5883\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u5ba2\u6d41\u3002\u8d85\u73b0\u4ee3\u6d41\u7ebf\u611f\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u7528\u5706\u5f62\u80fd\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u534f\u8c03\u6574\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4 \u3002<\/p>\n

We strategically plan to create a moveable landscape that not only can be flexibly changed with time and usage, but also reconnects the outdoor space, commercial facilities and passenger flow.<\/p>\n

\u53ef\u7ec4\u5408\u79fb\u52a8\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u73b0\u6709\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6539\u9020\u91cf\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u636e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u6539\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The combination of mobile landscape facilities can be installed on existing sites to cut down the cost of promotion and moved freely according to the needs. Also, the circular element could match Ultra-modern streamlined architecture perfectly.<\/p>\n

\u9a7b\u8db3\u505c\u7559\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4<\/strong> Gathering Space<\/p>\n

\u539f\u73b0\u573a\u666f\u89c2\u4e3a\u72ed\u957f\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u53d8\u5316\u53ca\u4f11\u61a9\u7a7a\u505c\u7559\u95f4\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u589e\u52a0\u5404\u79cd\u5927\u5c0f\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u8bbe\u65bd\u53ca\u53ef\u53d8\u666f\u89c2\u6a21\u5757\uff0c\u6765\u521b\u9020\u5404\u79cd\u53ef\u4f9b\u4eba\u4eec\u4f11\u61a9\u3001\u505c\u7559\u3001\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The original landscape is a linear narrow space with single function, lacking of variation and rest & gathering space. By adding different sizes of combined facilities and variable landscape modules, we could produce various commercial landscape spaces for people to rest, stay and communicate.<\/p>\n

\u7acb\u4f53\u8dc3\u52a8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4<\/strong> 3D and Vibrant Space<\/p>\n

\u521b\u9020\u5177\u6709\u7acb\u4f53\u611f\u548c\u8dc3\u52a8\u611f\u7684\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6109\u5feb\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u8425\u9020\u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u76f8\u5f97\u76ca\u5f70\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u5f00\u655e\u548c\u805a\u96c6\u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u4f11\u606f\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u6a21\u5757\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4f7f\u72ed\u957f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u4e86\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u6c34\u666f\u3001\u55b7\u96fe\u7684\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e26\u6765\u8dc3\u52a8\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u4e14\u5177\u5907\u4e00\u5b9a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The three-dimensional, dynamic and pleasant landscape could animate the commercial space and made a positive contribution to the business. The combination of different direction seats providing guests semi-open or open space makes the linear narrow space full of changeable functions. Appropriate use of multi-functional waterscape and mist brings vitality to the whole site.<\/p>\n

\u66f4\u9002\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u7684\u7eff\u5316<\/strong> Commercial Space Preferred Soft Scape<\/p>\n

\u73b0\u573a\u5546\u94fa\u524d\u79cd\u690d\u7684\u665a\u6a31\u9ad8\u7ea63.0-4.0M\uff0c\u5206\u652f\u70b9\u4f4e\uff0c\u679d\u53f6\u8f83\u8302\u76db\uff0c\u963b\u6321\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u5e97\u62db\u3002<\/p>\n

The cherry trees planted in front of the shops are about 3.0-4.0M in height, with low branches and flourishing branches and leaves, which obstructs the sight and affects the store’s front signage.<\/p>\n

\u6539\u9020\u65f6\u901a\u8fc7\u5f3a\u8c03\u6811\u6728\u7684\u4e3b\u6b21\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u7f13\u89e3\u73b0\u573a\u4e54\u6728\u8fc7\u4e8e\u5355\u8c03\u548c\u5bc6\u5ea6\u9ad8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u53d6\u6d88\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4e2d\u5c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u89c6\u7ebf\u7684\u901a\u900f\u3002\u79fb\u683d\u7684\u665a\u6a31\u79fb\u683d\u81f3\u4e3b\u52a8\u7ebf\u4e24\u4fa7\uff0c\u6709\u5f15\u5bfc\u4f5c\u7528\u5e76\u6210\u4e3a\u5b63\u8282\u6027\u7126\u70b9\u7eff\u5316\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u811a\u8fb9\u690d\u683d\u6539\u53d8\u4e3a\u5e72\u51c0\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u3002\u5b63\u76f8\u53d8\u5316\u5206\u660e\uff0c\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5b9c\u4eba\u3002\u690d\u683d\u5c06\u6cbf\u7528\u5efa\u7b51\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4f7f\u8425\u9020\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u8c10\u7edf\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

The problem of monotony and high density of arbors on site can be alleviated by the collocation of different-height trees and the removal of mid-level greening could ensure the continuity of sight. Cherry trees transplanted on both sides of the main pathway play a guiding role and become a seasonal focal point on the site. Path-side ground cover are designed in a clean and simple way. The human-oriented scale soft scape will provide interesting texture and spectacular color throughout all seasons. Furthermore, architectural elements will apply to the planting to create a harmonious and unified space.<\/p>\n

\u4e0b\u6c89\u5e7f\u573a\u88ab\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u7070\u8272\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u4e0e\u7070\u8272\u7cfb\u5730\u9762\u94fa\u88c5\u5360\u636e\uff0c\u4e14\u7531\u4e8e\u6ca1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8986\u571f\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u79cd\u690d\u8f83\u5927\u4e54\u6728\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6574\u4f53\u7ed9\u4eba\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u8f83\u4e3a\u751f\u786c\u7070\u6697\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u751f\u673a\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u201cVirtual Tree\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u5e94\u8fd0\u800c\u751f\u3002\u914d\u7f6e\u6500\u63f4\u7c7b\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u81ea\u7136\u4e54\u6728\u540c\u6837\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u611f\u53d7\u53ca\u751f\u6001\u6548\u5e94\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u7ed3\u5408\u55b7\u96fe\u4e0e\u706f\u5149\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u590f\u5929\u8d77\u5230\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u964d\u6e29\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5728\u591c\u665a\u8425\u9020\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6c14\u6c1b\u3002<\/p>\n

The sunken square is overlain by grey pavement and surrounded by grey architectural facade, causing the overall feeling is rigid and dull rather than vivid. Moreover, the thickness of soil is not enough to grow arbors. In order to solve this problem, the concept of \u201cVirtual Tree\u201d came into being. The configuration of climbing plants can achieve the same visual perception and ecological effects as natural trees. Combined mist and pendant lighting can cool the temperature in summer and create a better business atmosphere at night.<\/p>\n
