\u5965\u96c5\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u4ece\u7b2c\u4e00\u773c\u770b\u5230\u573a\u5730\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u8981\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u3002\u521d\u8bc6\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u96be\u5f97\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u57ce\u5e02\u5c71\u6797\u3002\u8d2a\u5a6a\u5730\u6b23\u8d4f\u7740\u773c\u524d\u6734\u7d20\u800c\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u201c\u666f\u8272\u201d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u59cb\u601d\u8003\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u6784\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u662f\u5bf9\u751f\u6d3b\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u5316\u4e0e\u8c61\u5f81\u5316\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u8fdb\u5165\u8d4b\u4e88\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ee5\u751f\u547d\u529b\uff0c\u865a\u5b9e\u878d\u5408\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u7559\u4f4f\u8fd9\u80a1\u5c71\u6797\u4e4b\u6c14\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u6d6e\u5938\u7684\u8868\u8c61\uff0c\u53c8\u8d4b\u4e88\u573a\u5730\u6700\u5f97\u4f53\u7684\u65b0\u8863\uff1f<\/span><\/p>\n

L&A Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aWe decided to do so at the first sight of the site. The woods are really scarce within the modern city. As we enjoyed the simple and elegant \u201cscenery\u201d, we began to thinking on the meaning of the site and space: the combination of the structure and its surroundings is a symbolic way to interpret the lifestyle, and the users will bring vitality to the space. How to keep the woods and endow the site with a perfect new appearance? It is the challenge we faced.<\/p>\n

\u9633\u5149\u6d12\u8fdb\u6811\u6797\uff0c\u4ece\u6811\u679d\u4ea4\u9519\u7684\u7f1d\u9699\u95f4\u900f\u8fc7\uff0c\u6d12\u4e0b\u6591\u9a73\u7684\u5149\u5f71\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u4eba\u3001\u4e0e\u6784\u7b51\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5999\u4e0d\u53ef\u8a00\u3002\u573a\u6240\u897f\u4fa7\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u7a7a\u95f4\u56f4\u5408\uff0c\u8003\u8651\u5230\u671d\u5411\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\u7684\u6768\u6811\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u957f\u8fbe28m\u7684\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u73bb\u7483\u7816\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6253\u9020\uff0c\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5c55\u73b0\u81ea\u7136\u573a\u5730\u539f\u6709\u7684\u7f8e\u3002\u5899\u4f53\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u5f62\u6210\u5bf9\u5cd9\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9759\u9759\u5730\u878d\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u6216\u91cd\u53e0\u3001\u6216\u6253\u5f00\uff0c\u7528\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u4f53\u73b0\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5ef6\u7eed\u6027\u4e0e\u5c42\u6b21\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

The sun shines through the woods and cast mottled shadows on the sales center, reaching a magical balance between nature, human and architecture. The west side of the sales center is enclosed by a 28m long glass wall, allowing people to have a view of the beautiful poplars outside. Without any interference, the wall integrates into the surroundings quietly, overlapped or open to show the continuity and multiple levels of the space.<\/p>\n

\u8ffd\u5149\u9010\u5f71\uff0c\u5899\u4f53\u597d\u50cf\u5149\u7684\u5bb9\u5668\u3001\u628a\u65f6\u95f4\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u4ece\u6e05\u6668\u5230\u9ec4\u660f\uff0c\u4ece\u679d\u5934\u5230\u5c71\u5730\uff0c\u8fd9\u53d8\u5316\u8f7b\u67d4\u53c8\u5145\u6ee1\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u591c\u665a\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u6c89\u5bc2\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u90a3\u661f\u661f\u70b9\u70b9\u7684\u706f\u5149\u7167\u5728\u6784\u7b51\u7269\u4e0a\u3002\u5b89\u9759\u548c\u5e7d\u6697\u4e5f\u7559\u7ed9\u5c71\u5761\u548c\u6811\u6797\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u9e1f\u513f\u5728\u679d\u5934\u6816\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n

The wall serves as a container of light and a recorder of time, showing the changing views from dawn to dusk, from branches to mountains.When night falls, everything becomes quiet with only several lights illuminating the building; the mountain and wood are also quiet and peaceful with the birds perching in the trees.<\/p>\n

\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u589e\u5f3a\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\uff1f\u5317\u4fa7\u752818m\u7684\u6a2a\u6881\u4ee3\u66ff\u5b9e\u4f53\u666f\u5899\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u6846\u666f\u7684\u5904\u7406\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c06\u7a7a\u95f4\u6253\u901a\uff0c\u6846\u51fa\u4e00\u5e45\u5c71\u6797\u7f8e\u56fe\uff0c\u6536\u85cf\u7740\u6d8c\u5165\u5c71\u6797\u7684\u56de\u8361\u3002\u9759\u6c34\u6d41\u4e91\u3001\u6797\u6cc9\u9ad8\u81f4\uff0c\u4e00\u5e45\u5e45\u753b\u9762\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u666f\u89c2\u3001\u4e5f\u9610\u8ff0\u56ed\u6797\u7684\u610f\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

To increase experiences within the limited space, the designer created an 18m long beam on the north instead of the landscape wall, which contributes to an open space and a great view of the wood and mountain. Still water, drifting clouds and luxuriant wood present the artistic beauty of landscape.<\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u53f0\u4e4b\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e0b\u6c89\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u95f2\u5750\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u5411\u4e0b\u770b\u4eba\u6765\u4eba\u5f80\uff0c\u4e3e\u5934\u8d4f\u9759\u6c34\u6d41\u4e91\u3002\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d9\u4e8b\u4e5f\u5728\u5bfb\u6c42\u7531\u610f\u5883\u5411\u5fc3\u5883\u7684\u8f6c\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n

Taking advantage of the elevation difference, the designer has created a sunken terrace on the high platform, which is an ideal place for having a rest and enjoying the beautiful views. The narrative space tries to describe the peaceful state of mind.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5947\u4e0e\u6d6e\u5938\uff0c\u7e41\u590d\u4e0e\u7b80\u7ea6\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u67d0\u4e2a\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u8868\u5f81\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u56de\u5e94\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u538c\u6076\u7684\u6d6e\u8e81\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0c\u7528\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u6765\u8868\u8fbe\u7acb\u573a\uff1f\u672a\u6765\u91d1\u8302\u5e9c\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\uff1a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u5f97\u4f53\uff01\u5951\u5408\u9879\u76ee\u5c5e\u6027\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7ed9\u81ea\u7136\u66f4\u591a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u878d\u5408\u89d2\u8272\u5c5e\u6027\u548c\u573a\u5730\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u8ba9\u5176\u5408\u7406\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u573a\u6240\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f31\u5316\u4eba\u4e3a\u7684\u75d5\u8ff9\u3002<\/p>\n

Novelty and exaggeration, complexity and simplicity, are all superficial characteristics of an age. How to respond to the fickle world and express our standpoint in a proper way? Jinmao Palace has its own understanding: appropriateness is the most important. The design should not only meet the requirements of a sales center but also set aside more space for nature. Different functions are arranged into the space appropriately without too much artificial touches.<\/p>\n

Located in Beiqijia Town, Changping District, Beijing, on the south of the Future Science Park, the project is adjacent to Chaoyang District and Shunyi District. It is 20 km away from the Asian Sports Village, 15 km from Wangjing and 14 km from Beijing Capital International Airport. The site is enclosed by woods, with a slope formed by excavated earth. The sales center is situated where there was once an old factory. Poplars on the west well shelter the building and the show flat on the high platform provides a great view of the mountains and woods. The original T-junction is extended into a crossing to connect with the civil road. Introverted LOGO wall shelters the project from the busy world. Two willow tresses welcome the visitors at the entrance, and the pagoda trees line along the footpath, leading visitors into the sales center through a sensor door. The show flat is accessible through the steps at the north entrance. There is a terrace in the west for rest, where you can overlook the mountain and have a different experience.<\/p>\n

The design for the sales center of Jinmao Palace is based on the mountain and woods, showing respect to nature and creating an orderly and narrative space. On the north and west sides, glass wall and beam are designed to introduce the views of the woods and mountains, which would greatly enrich the natural experiences.Temporary as the exhibition area is, the designer has tried to explore its ultimate beauty and created a comfortable and peaceful space for both body and mind.<\/p>\n
