Studio Air Putih<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a<\/span>Kramat Jati\u4f4f\u5b85\u662f\u4e13\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u5df2\u5a5a\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u5927\u5bb6\u5ead\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u6839\u636e\u201c\u5171\u4eab\u4f4f\u5b85\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e03\u7f6e\u6210\u4e09\u4e2a\u7d27\u51d1\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u4f11\u606f\u533a\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\u4e92\u76f8\u8fde\u63a5\u3002\u6bcf\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u90fd\u5171\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u670d\u52a1\u533a\u548c\u8f66\u5e93\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u66f4\u4fbf\u4e8e\u540e\u671f\u7ef4\u62a4\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u5411\u5185\u671d\u5411\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4ece\u5916\u9762\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u4f53\u91cf\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u7acb\u9762\u662f\u4e5f\u4e3a\u4e86\u7ed9\u5c45\u6c11\u521b\u9020\u9690\u79c1\uff0c\u5e76\u63a7\u5236\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u519c\u6751\u5730\u533a\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u3002<\/p>\n

Studio Air Putih<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aKramat Jati House is designed for a one big family with two married children. Through the \u2018sharing house\u2019 concept, the building is arranged into three compact houses connected through a communal area consists of a swimming pool, garden, and sitting area. Each house share the same service area and garage which makes it easy for maintenance. The building masses are oriented inward towards the communal area, hence making it looks massive from the outside. This facade is deliberately shown to create privacy for the residents and to restrict the house from the rural area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e94\u7528\u4e86\u53cc\u5c42\u6982\u5ff5\u5728\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u4e0b\u65b9\u5206\u914d\u4e86\u8f66\u5e93\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u533a\uff0c\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u9633\u53f0\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u5730\u677f\u88c5\u9970\uff0c\u4e5f\u901a\u8fc7\u653e\u5927\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u5f00\u53e3\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4ee5\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n

Due to the limited area, the double decker concept is applied by allocating the garage and the service area beneath the living room and the swimming pool. A spacious impression is created by using the same floor finishing for the living room and the terrace, also by making large openings towards the garden and swimming pool.<\/p>\n
