UMS<\/strong><\/a>: We hope to create a place, sometimes gentle and quiet, sometimes lively and amusing, which connected with our life, giving us an introverted power. It may not bring you a momentary shock like a building, but it melts everything inclusively. Just like spring breeze or morning rain, soft, silent but mighty. Jiu Li is an attempt to re-energize the space of the venue. Based on the relatively traditional Chinese space framework, it draws closer to contemporary life.<\/p>\n

Using the temporary front filed as the medium of style and space, we take the architectural framework as the source point, to fully extend the space energy. The display interface is extended through contact with the urban road. The small cross axis, as the front field structure, introduces the crowd to the front filed, and create the experience and guidance in a rich visual stay, which forms a sales-based spatial scene.<\/p>\n

\u5357\u5317\u8f74\u7ebf\u7684\u5c3d\u7aef\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f00\u542f\u8f6c\u52a8\u7684\u5c4f\u98ce\u6765\u5e26\u5165\u5b63\u8282\u7684\u591a\u6837\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u91ca\u653e\u540e\u65b9\u7684\u5c0f\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u4f7f\u5c0f\u82b1\u56ed\u501f\u5165\u5230\u5eca\u4e0b\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u968f\u610f\u4e00\u77a5\u4e5f\u662f\u4e07\u7d2b\u5343\u7ea2\u7684\u60ca\u8be7\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

At the end of the north-south axis, the small garden is released by a rotating screen, showing the diverse attributes of the seasons. Embedded in the corridor, it will bring you surprisingly colorful sights at a casual glance.<\/p>\n

The most challenges of the backcourt are the arrangement of angle space at two axes and the large volume of building to the construction of the landscape. In addition to previous advantages, such as the large facade with open windows of the building and the relatively complete backcourt land, it\u2019s also difficult to create separate functional units and incorporate roads, participation, and amusement space into an integrated system. That’s where innovation comes in.<\/p>\n

\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u662f\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u8fd1\u671f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u4e00\u76f4\u4fdd\u6301\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u770b\u8fc7\u7b80. \u96c5\u79d1\u5e03\u65af\uff0c\u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u6b7b\u4e0e\u751f\u300b\u8fd9\u672c\u4e66\u7684\u540c\u5b66\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u63d0\u5230\u6e29\u60c5\u8109\u8109\u7684\u8857\u9053\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\uff0cMINI\u82b1\u56ed\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u4f53\u7cfb\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u662f\u957f\u671f\u7f3a\u5931\u7684\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u57ce\u5e02\u884c\u653f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u53ca\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0d\u540c, \u5bfc\u81f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u548c\u516c\u4f17\u5f88\u96be\u4e3b\u52a8\u53c2\u4e0e\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u8282\u70b9\u7684\u8425\u9020\u4e0e\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

The idea of a pocket park is a direction that the team has been taking in recent projects. Those who have read the book The Death and Life of Great American Cities, by Jane Jacobs, will find that the dynamic system of various urban spaces such as pocket parks, Mini gardens, and welcoming street park, has long been missing in China. Since the different system and regulations of the city administration, it is difficult for designers or the public to take active participation in the construction and development of urban nodes.<\/p>\n

\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u5411\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5f52\u8fd8\u516c\u56ed\u4e8e\u5927\u4f17\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4f20\u7edf\u5927\u9505\u996d\u5f0f\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u4f53\u9a8c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u62c6\u6389\u56f4\u5899\uff0c\u4e5f\u62c6\u6389\u5fc3\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u963b\u9694\u3002\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u516c\u5171\u9886\u57df\u91cc\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ea4\u901a\u8282\u70b9\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u53d1\u6325\u573a\u5730\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9634\u5f71\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u4e2d\u690d\u5165\u5408\u9002\u7684\u529f\u80fd, \u5c06\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u878d\u5408\u5728\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u516c\u4f17\u80fd\u591f\u95f2\u9002\u7684\u653e\u677e\u4ea4\u6d41,\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u4eba\u6587\u7cbe\u795e\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5f97\u4ee5\u4f53\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n

Therefore, we hope to give the park back to the public, breaking the traditional, ambiguous way of experiencing the park, removing the wall as well as the psychological barrier. Create a dynamic pocket park system that inspires the vitality of the space in the public domain, enabling it to serve as a transport node while leveraging the potential of the site, embedding appropriate functions in the variations of different shadow spaces, integrating activities into the community, where the public can relax and communicate comfortably, where the liberal humanistic spirit is embodied.<\/p>\n
