Nowadays, tours and travels are usually rushed. Instead of slowing down to appreciate the sunrises and the bells, people often travel in a hurry to get a superficial impression of a destination, which may be easily forgotten in a short time. Therefore, we\u2019ve tried to create a place, where people could slow down to enjoy the beauty of life and find the peace of heart. We proposed to tell a story about the Zen culture of Jiuhua Mountain with six immersive experiences. A series of dramatic scenarios are created, allowing people to experience and understand the meaning of Zen in daily life unconsciously.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5b89\u5fbd\u6c60\u5dde\u4e5d\u534e\u5c71\u98ce\u666f\u533a\uff0c\u89c4\u5212\u603b\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a40\u516c\u9877\uff0c\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u7ea7\u7985\u610f\u65c5\u5c45\u5c0f\u9547\uff0c\u4e3a\u5927\u613f\u6587\u5316\u56ed\u65c5\u6e38\u670d\u52a1\u914d\u5957\u3002\u65e8\u5728\u4ece\u65c5\u6e38\u4f53\u9a8c\u65b9\u9762\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5316\u4e0e\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u878d\u5408\u5c45\u4f4f\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u7985\u6587\u5316\u6df1\u5ea6\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u65c5\u6e38\u5c0f\u9547\uff0c\u8fbe\u6210\u4e92\u8865\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e3a\u5730\u85cf\u4f5b\u7985\u6587\u5316\u5c0f\u9547IP\u3002\u2028\u9879\u76ee\u4e8e2017\u5e7411\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u542f\u52a8\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5386\u65f6\u8fd12\u5e74\uff0c18000\u33a1\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u5bf9\u5916\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u6240\u8c13\u201c\u6162\u5de5\u51fa\u7ec6\u6d3b\u201d\uff0c\u5386\u7ecf\u591a\u6b21\u4f18\u5316\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u60cb\u60dc\u90e8\u5206\u91cd\u70b9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e0\u5ba2\u89c2\u56e0\u7d20\u88ab\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u611f\u8c22\u7532\u65b9\u56e2\u961f\u7ed9\u4e88\u5145\u5206\u7684\u521b\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u3001\u9ad8\u89c4\u683c\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5168\u5929\u5019\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5448\u73b0\u5907\u53d7\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u843d\u5730\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

Located in Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Spot of Chizhou, Anhui, the 40-hectare project, which is orientated as a world class Buddhist tourist town, is serving as a supporting facility for Dayuan Culture & Tourism Park. In order to upgrade tourism experience and establish a unique brand of Buddhist Zen culture, the project is blended with both residential and commercial use to have complementary economic benefits. The project was officially started from November, 2017, and it took two years before the 18,000\u33a1 exhibition area was opened to the public. Though the design has been modified for many times due to the policies, the final outcome is highly approved and praised because of the consummate collaboration between the design team and client’s support.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6b21\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u83b2\u82b1\u5c0f\u9547\u662f\u5c55\u793a\u4e5d\u534e\u5c71\u3001\u5f18\u626c\u7985\u6587\u5316\u7684\u7a97\u53e3\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5448\u73b0\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u533a\uff0c\u6982\u5ff5\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e3a\u201c\u5927\u73e0\u5c0f\u73e0\u843d\u7389\u76d8\uff0c\u4e00\u82b1\u4e00\u6811\u4e00\u83e9\u63d0\u201d\uff0c\u53d6\u201c\u83b2\u201d\u4e4b\u5f62\u4e0e\u610f\uff0c\u9020\u5f62\u5883\u3001\u610f\u5883\u8d4b\u4e88\u9879\u76ee\u7075\u9b42\u3002<\/p>\n

It is a good opportunity to advertise the Buddhist culture of Jiuhua Mountain through Lianhua Town. To highlight the style of the project, as a result, the design concept is defined as \u2018rain drops fall on the lotus leaves, a tiny flower represents a chiliocosm, and a single tree covers the Bodhi\u2019, using lotus to as a spiritual symbol.<\/p>\n

Scenes change as the visitors move forward, telling different stories and attracting people to explore more. Four space experiences are eventually created, allowing visitors to feel Zen, seek Zen, understand Zen and see Zen.<\/p>\n

\u8fdb\u5165\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u4e5d\u534e\u5c7199\u5cf0\u7684\u753b\u9762\u5ef6\u7ef5\u9707\u64bc\uff0c\u4e00\u5982\u8bd7\u4eba\u674e\u767d\u6240\u8a00\u201c\u6614\u5728\u4e5d\u6c5f\u4e0a\uff0c\u9065\u671b\u4e5d\u534e\u5cf0\u3002\u5929\u6cb3\u6302\u7eff\u6c34\uff0c\u79c0\u51fa\u4e5d\u8299\u84c9\u3002\u201d\u800c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f5b\u6559\u5723\u5730\u8c61\u5f81\u7684\u5730\u85cf\u83e9\u8428\u9732\u5929\u94dc\u50cf\uff0c\u5728\u7fa4\u5c71\u7684\u6620\u7167\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fce\u7740\u9633\u5149\u95ea\u8000\u7740\u795e\u5723\u7684\u5149\u8292\u3002\u89c1\u5c71\u7684\u6b64\u523b\uff0c\u6e38\u4eba\u4fbf\u8fdb\u5165\u201c\u987f\u7985\u201d\u4e4b\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

At the entrance, the scene of the 99 peaks of Jiuhua Mountain is pretty shocking, just like what is described by the poet Li ai \u2018I look at Mount Jiuhua from distance while boating on Changjiang River, waterfall seems to be dropping from the galaxy, and the peaks are the same as nine lotuses.\u2019 The Ksitigarbha sculpture shining divinely under the sun, leads visitors into a realm of Zen.<\/p>\n

Zen exists everywhere, and the shapes and forms of all things depend on human\u2019s mood. Lotus is the symbol of Buddhist culture that inspires designer to create a unique entrance: it is made up by layered ‘lotus petals’ and covered by green, presenting its natural property. Walking into the Zen world through the entrance, visitors will have an experience of modern Zen lifestyle.<\/p>\n
