JTL Studio<\/strong><\/a>: As residential landscape develops rapidly, designers have paid special attention to patterns, styles and fun which are not easy to change. Instead, some basic principles such as the relationships between \u201cman and himself\u201d, \u201cman and nature\u201d are ignored. Integrating landscape into nature is what JTL Studio tries to do. \u201cLongfor Forest\u201d is our new attempt, which is just like an interval in a great drama to remind you to slow down.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e4b\u521d\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u662f\u4ece\u573a\u5730\u529f\u80fd\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u53bb\u63a8\u6f14\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e1c\u897f\u53ea\u662f\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u7d20\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u9879\u76ee\u90fd\u662f\u4ece\u529f\u80fd\u5230\u7a7a\u95f4\u53bb\u505a\u5b83\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u7136\u800c\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u89c9\u5f97\u4e00\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7075\u9b42\u8981\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u66f4\u5185\u655b\u3001\u66f4\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\uff0c\u5c06\u5b83\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u70b9\u7a81\u663e\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5f53\u65f6\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u601d\u8003\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c14\u8d28\u7684\u753b\u9762\u611f\u8425\u9020\u4e0a\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u53bb\u5b9e\u73b0\u9879\u76ee\u6700\u6253\u52a8\u4eba\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u3002\u5b83\u8981\u517c\u5177\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u66f4\u7279\u522b\uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

Our design started with the functions of the site, which is the basic design procedure for most projects. But we tend to believe that it is the modest and unique style that highlights the value of a project. Therefore, we spent more time thinking about shaping the style of the space: it must meet the functional requirements and make the project special and unique at the same time.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u68ee\u5c45\u201d\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ea\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8425\u9500\u7684\u8bf4\u8f9e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u771f\u6b63\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u4f53\u9a8c\u6765\u8bb2\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u548c\u5c45\u4f4f\u751f\u6d3b\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u9ed8\u5951\uff0c\u5b83\u80fd\u591f\u8ba9\u4eba\u66f4\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u53bb\u7406\u89e3\u201c\u5c45\u4f4f\u201d\u7684\u5185\u6db5\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u4f1a\u6392\u65a5\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\u9762\uff0c\u4f46\u5f80\u5f80\u6211\u4eec\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e0d\u591f\u81ea\u7136\u3002\u90a3\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u771f\u6b63\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u91ca\u4e3a\u201c\u68ee\u5c45\u201d\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u4f5c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u6700\u521d\u7684\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cForest Residence\u201d is not a gimmick for promotion but a space to provide a living experience that reflects the harmony between natural environment and human beings. It allows people to further understand the meaning of \u201cliving\u201d. We believe that nobody will refuse to live in a sound environment, while the problem is that the environment we are living in is far from natural. That\u2019s why we created \u201cForest Residence\u201d, a place to well interpret \u201cwhat is a natural environment like?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u8d70\u8fdb\u770b\u5c18\u6797\u95f4\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u89c9\u5f97\u6709\u591a\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u7684\u7b80\u7ea6\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u592a\u591a\u88c5\u9970\u6027\u7684\u7b26\u53f7\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5c31\u50cf\u6700\u521d\u6211\u4eec\u601d\u8003\u7684\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u6c14\u8d28\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u5448\u73b0\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u72b6\u6001\u80fd\u543b\u5408\u3002\u8d70\u8fdb\u573a\u5730\u611f\u53d7\u9633\u5149\u3001\u6811\u6728\u3001\u82b1\u8349\u3001\u6d41\u6c34\u8ddf\u73af\u5883\u7684\u9ed8\u5951\uff0c\u9152\u5e97\u5316\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53c8\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u6bd4\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u6bd4\u8f83\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u5bfb\u627e\u90fd\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u79cd\u56de\u5f52\u751f\u6d3b\u672c\u8d28\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

Upon entering the Longfor Forest, we will find simple and elegant spaces without excessive decorations. Just like what we were thinking about at the beginning, we realized the balance between the style and the functions. The sunshine, trees, flowers, grass and running waters keep in harmony with the hotel-style residences, allowing residents to get close to nature even in the busy city.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u628a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5c45\u4f4f\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u548c\u5bf9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u878d\u5165\u5230\u5c18\u6797\u95f4\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u76f8\u4e92\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u5927\u5bb6\u8fd8\u662f\u4e50\u4e8e\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u4f1a\u6709\u5ea6\u5047\u7684\u653e\u677e\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u4f1a\u6709\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8d28\u8ffd\u6c42\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5448\u73b0\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u878d\u5165\u5230\u56fd\u5185\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002<\/p>\n

As a Singaporean landscape design studio, we really hope to integrate our living experience in Singapore and our understanding of design into Longfor Forest. We\u2019ve tried to form the dialogue between landscape and architecture, which is kindly accepted by the developer and the residents. The holiday atmosphere will allow residents to relax themselves and lead a quality life. For us, it is a successful attempt to integrate Singaporean lifestyle into domestic residential landscape.<\/p>\n
