GREENBOX<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aRAG\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u548cRAG\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u65b0\u884c\u653f\u5927\u697c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5fb7\u56fd\u8457\u540d\u7684\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e16\u754c\u9057\u4ea7\u5730\u57c3\u68ee\u5e02\uff0c\u5750\u843d\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u5730\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u7684\u7164\u77ff\u5854\u548c\u539f\u7126\u5316\u5382\u7684\u897f\u4fa7\uff0c\u4e3a\u68ee\u6797\u8fd1\u5904\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u5730\u5e26\u5212\u5b9a\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u4e00\u89d2\u3002<\/p>\n

GREENBOX<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe new administrative building of RAG Foundation and RAG AG is located in Zollverein Essen, a renowned UNESCO World Heritage site. Being situated on the west side of iconic colliery tower and former coking plant, it demarcates the precinct corner at the transition to the adjoining Forest.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u884c\u653f\u5927\u697c\u7684\u4e0e\u4f17\u4e0d\u540c\u5728\u4e8e\u5176\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5176L\u5f62\u7684\u4e24\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7279\u8272\u5728\u4e8e\u7eff\u8272\u5c4b\u9876\uff0c\u5176\u5e76\u4e0d\u5c40\u9650\u4e8eZollverein\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7816\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u94a2\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u9644\u8fd1\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u5df2\u751f\u9508\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\u7ba1\u9053\u3002\u9700\u8981\u7279\u522b\u8bf4\u660e\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u5ea7\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u5728\u62c6\u9664\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u590d\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5Zollverein\u533a\u7684\u518d\u5229\u7528\u8c61\u5f81\u7740\u201c\u4ece\u54ea\u91cc\u6765\u5230\u54ea\u91cc\u53bb\u201d\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5176\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u4e5f\u9075\u5faa\u540c\u6837\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n

A sustainable design approach distinguishes the new administrative building. This L-shaped two story structure is characterized by accessible green roof. The proposed Corten steel facade draws inspiration from rusted metal pipes of the coal plant and does not limit itself to the prevalent brick facades of Zollverein. The construction material of this new building needs special mention, as it can be recycled in case of demolition. Therefore, not only reuse of Zollverein precinct symbolizes the notion of, cradle to cradle\u2019, but also selection of building material follows the same sustainability principle.<\/p>\n
