Redland-scape<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIdeo O2\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u201c\u96f6\u78b3\u201d\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u73af\u5883\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u878d\u5408\u4e86\u52a8\u6001\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c42\uff0c\u5728\u5176\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc714.7 Rai(23,520\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73)\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u5171\u67094\u5e62\u9ad8\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc71000\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u5355\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n

Redland-scape<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Ideo O2, the \u2018Zero Carbon\u2019 Residential Project which is provided more green space not only for users but also the urban context. \u7531\u4e8e\u73b0\u573a\u5730\u5757\u5f62\u72b6\u626d\u66f2\u3001\u72ed\u7a84\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f83\u4e3a\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u4e14\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3a\u573a\u5730\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u78b3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u7684\u914d\u5408\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c06\u539f\u672c\u9ad8\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\u6570\u91cf\u964d\u4e3a4\u680b\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u5efa\u7b51\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\uff0c\u6269\u5927\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6237\u5916\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

Due to conditions of site; distorted, constricted and narrow shape of land plots, which is complicated to design spaces, and the building design and planning which is increase more building Carbon footprints. In the collaboration with Architects, the buildings supposed to transform into 4 High-Rise building instead, For the purpose of the reduce of building footprints, expand more open space and provided more opportunity to create more outdoor facilities for user.<\/p>\n
