USAD\u90fd\u5883\u666f\u89c2<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a<\/span>\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u53a6\u95e8\u5e02\u540c\u5b89\u533a\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e1c\u4fa7\u6ee8\u6d77\u897f\u5927\u9053\u4e00\u8def\u4e4b\u9694\u4fbf\u662f\u897f\u6eaa\u6d77\u6e7e\uff0c\u522b\u5885\u548c\u9ad8\u5c42\u5747\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u770b\u6d77\u89c6\u91ce\u3002\u90fd\u5883\u666f\u89c2\u6709\u5e78\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u53c2\u4e0e\u6253\u9020\u878d\u4fe1\u96c6\u56e2\u4e16\u7eaa\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u7aef\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n

USAD<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located in Tong’an District, Xiamen City, and is separated from the east side West Coast Avenue by Xixi Bay. The villas and high-rises all have a good view of the sea. It is an honor of USAD to be invited to participate in the creation of the optimal product line of the Century Series of Rongxin Investment Group.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5360\u57301\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u5de6\u53f3,\u7531\u4e24\u5e62\u9ad8\u5c42\u3001\u4e24\u5e62\u53e0\u62fc\u522b\u5885\u53ca\u4e24\u5e62\u5c0f\u578b\u5546\u4e1a\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u793a\u8303\u533a\u9762\u79ef\u7ea65000\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u9664\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u6240\u89c1\u5373\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u4f4f\u533a\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

The project covers an area of 10,000 square meters and consists of two high-rise buildings, two superimposed villas and two small commercial buildings. The demonstration area covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. Except for the parking lot, the rest area is all actual living space.<\/p>\n

\u8bb0\u5f97\u4ece\u4e1a\u521d\u671f\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\u5e74\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u666f\u89c2\u4ece\u6b27\u5f0f\u7684\u5730\u4e2d\u6d77\u3001\u6258\u65af\u5361\u7eb3\u3001\u82f1\u4f26\u3001\u7f8e\u5f0f\u7530\u56ed\uff0c\u5230\u65b0\u53e4\u5178\u518d\u5230Artdeco\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f0f\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5185\u5fc3\u4e00\u76f4\u6ca1\u6709\u653e\u5f03\u5bf9\u73b0\u4ee3\u98ce\u683c\u7684\u8ffd\u6c42\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u73b0\u4ee3\u98ce\u683c\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u4e09\u56db\u5e74\u7ec8\u4e8e\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u521d\u671f\u662f\u793a\u8303\u533a\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u9879\u76ee\u7acb\u9762\u8fd8\u662f\u65b0\u53e4\u5178\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u5f80\u73b0\u4ee3\u98ce\u683c\u503e\u659c\u3002\u6beb\u65e0\u7591\u95ee\u5728\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u73b0\u4ee3\u98ce\u683c\u4f1a\u6301\u7eed\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u5b83\u4f1a\u50cf\u6b66\u529f\u4e00\u6837\u7ec6\u5206\u6210\u5f88\u591a\u6d41\u6d3e\u3002\u6b27\u7f8e\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e2d\u5f0f\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u7b49\u7b49…\u5404\u6709\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u4e3a\u559c\u6b22\u5ea6\u5047\u611f\uff0c\u6ce8\u91cd\u7f8e\u5b66\u6784\u56fe\u7684\u6cf0\u56fd\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5f0f\u73b0\u4ee3\u98ce\u683c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of our business, the domestic landscape trend went through the Mediterranean, Tuscany, British, American pastoral, to neoclassical, Artdeco, and French, etc. However, as designers, we never give up modern style. The modern style finally prevails now. It starts in demonstration areas. Some of the building fa\u00e7ades are neoclassical style but the landscape shows interest in modern style. It is no doubt that modern style will prevail for a long time and develops to many genes as KongFu. The modern styles in Europe, America, Thailand, Singapore, and China have distinctive characters. We prefer a vacation mode and pay attention to Thailand and Singapore modern style, which focuses on aesthetic composition.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u89c4\u5212\u4e3a\u6ee1\u8db3\u8d27\u503c\u53ca\u8003\u8651\u770b\u6d77\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e62\u697c\u5b87\u4e4b\u95f4\u6ca1\u6709\u5e73\u884c\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u56db\u5e62\u697c\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u5951\u5408\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u7f8e\u7684\u97f5\u5f8b\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u5efa\u7b51\u5efa\u7acb\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u6ce8\u91cd\u4e86\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u6e05\u6670\u6027\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u624e\u54c8\u54c8\u8fea\u5fb7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684JAZZ\u6982\u5ff5\u6e38\u8247\u3002\u70ab\u9177\u7684\u6298\u7ebf\uff0c\u6e38\u8247\u7684\u8c03\u6027\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u6ce8\u5165\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u5bfb\u5e38\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n

In terms of architecture planning, to meet the value and the view of the sea, there is no parallel connection between the buildings. The angles of the four buildings are different. The landscape fits the surrounding environment and connects with the site and buildings with a beautiful rhythm, focusing on the clarity of the structure and the continuity of the space. The landscape design was inspired by the JAZZ concept yacht designed by Zaha Hadid. The fold line and the tonality of the yacht add an unusual spirit to the project.<\/p>\n

\u25bcJAZZ\u6982\u5ff5\u6e38\u8247\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u4e0e\u6298\u7ebf\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5143\u7d20\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5951\u5408\u5468\u8fb9\u573a\u5730\u5efa\u7b51\u5efa\u7acb\u8054\u7cfb\u3002 <\/strong>The design inspiration of JAZZ concept yacht is combined with the elements of broken line landscape design to establish a connection with the surrounding site architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4eba\u884c\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u89c4\u5212\u4e86\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u95e8\u5385\u5927\u5802\uff0c\u9ad8\u5c42\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e00\u5c42\u4e3a\u7cbe\u88c5\u67b6\u7a7a\u5c42\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u8bbe\u6709\u6cf3\u6c60\u914d\u5957\u3001\u5065\u8eab\u4f1a\u6240\u3001\u513f\u7ae5\u4e50\u56ed\u7b49\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u7b51\u767d\u8272\u73b0\u4ee3\u611f\u6298\u7ebf\u5143\u7d20\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u7cbe\u88c5\u529f\u80fd\u5316\u7070\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5ea6\u5047\u5f0f\u56ed\u6797\u666f\u89c2\u4e09\u7ef4\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e3a\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\u548c\u73af\u5883\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The main entrance of the pedestrian line is designed with a hotel-style lobby. The first floor of the high-rise residential building is a hardcover overhead floor with functional programs such as swimming pool set, fitness club, and children’s playground. Through the facade of the building’s white modern folding line element, the exquisite functional grey space and the three-dimensionality of the resort-style garden landscape bring a new life mode and environment to the occupants.<\/p>\n
