The site is located as the core of transportation network around site, shows in a stable triangle, which consists of 3 parts: the fifth ring-road in the south, the Jingcheng Expressway in the west, and the railway in the northeast.The southern part of the site is adjacent to Laiguangying West Road, which runs east-west. Its easthern part is adjacent to Guangshun North Street and Laiguangying North Road which runs north-south in the west. The south entrance of the site connects to Laiguangying Station of Beijing Metro Line 14, and 500 meters to the west is the city bus terminal. The complete transportation facilities make the project to be a hub of regional urbanization.<\/p>\n

Metro brings people to commerce and office. How to convert the \u201cvisitor\u201d into the \u201ccustomer\u201d and turn convenience into profit, is the key to the success of comprehensive office area on metro. For the site, the south square is near to the subway exit, the eastern one is in front of the 2 tallest office buildings, and west square is close to the residential area. Therefore, how to unify the complicated space around and gather the crowd, are the 2 key problems to be solved in our landscape plan.<\/p>\n

\u7b56\u7565\uff1a\u666f\u89c2\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5efa\u7b51 <\/strong>Strategy: A Dialogue Between Landscape & Architecture<\/p>\n

\u751f\u6001\u7684\u5373\u662f\u6709\u673a\u7ed3\u5408\u7684\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u673a\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u80fd\u591f\u72ec\u7acb\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u201c\u8054\u52a8\u201d\uff0c\u662f\u6709\u673a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5fc5\u7b54\u9898\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u6709\u5316\u7e41\u4e3a\u7b80\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002\u4e03\u680b\u529e\u516c\u697c\u7a7f\u63d2\u5e03\u5c40\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u73b0\u4ee3\u7b80\u6d01\u98ce\u683c\u5851\u9020\u67b6\u7a7a\u548c\u4e0b\u6c89\u7684\u7acb\u4f53\u751f\u6001\u7a7a\u95f4\u683c\u5c40\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u666f\u89c2\u9700\u8981\u5b9a\u4e49\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u8054\u52a8\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u89e3\u51b3\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cEcologic\u201d means \u201corganic\u201d. There is no organic organization can exist independently. So, the “interaction” is its necessary condition. Only when dialogues happen between landscape and architecture can this space be possible to simplify the complexity. Seven office buildings are interspersed and laid out in the site, shaping the spatial pattern of overhead and subsidence with modern concise style. Therefore, it is necessary to define flexible design system, link the spatial pattern of the building, and solve the challenges of the project by landscape design.<\/p>\n

The dynamic space is always inclusive, so it can express the diversity and vitality of modern commercial space better. Landscape strategy aims at integrating tree array, lawn, water feature, lighting and other landscape elements with a dynamic design method, and integrating different elevation spaces through interactive design to guide the flow of users.<\/p>\n
