byMUNCH<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aOut of a very restricted and small budget, byMUNCH has managed to transform a so called \u201cnon-place\u201d into an active place with a strong image. An icon for the area is created based on user-defined activities, with the area mediating playful activities. As a sculptural piece of art in the public space the everyday occupation of the space goes hand in hand with the place as an icon in itself and hereby creates this strong connection.<\/p>\n

The playful, green urban space in the central part of Vollsmose \u2013 a district right outside Denmark\u2019s third largest city, Odense \u2013 invites the public to a variety of activities and provides a contrast to the raw concrete surfaces in the neighborhood. In the project, it has been essential to develop a living, green district focusing on physical outdoor activity, variation, safety and green space.<\/p>\n

\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6539\u9020\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u7ea2\u8272\u666f\u70b9\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u5f53\u75af\u72c2\u548c\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u8db3\u7403\u573a\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5c0f\u5c71\u4e18\uff0c\u4f7f\u6bd4\u8d5b\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5b83\u8ba9\u6e38\u620f\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u6709\u8da3\u4e86\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u63a2\u7d22\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0e\u4f17\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u7269\u54c1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f2f\u66f2\u6216\u626d\u66f2\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u3002<\/p>\n

The red iconic attraction in the center of the urban transformation becomes a rather crazy and playful football\/soccer area with the field bumping up and down with small hills making the games both challenging but most of all a lot of fun. The place explores how a different and innovative approach to our everyday objects can be bended and twisted into a completely new thing.<\/p>\n

The main idea and concept of the project – among the iconic elements \u2013 is to drag, so to speak, the nearby park into the area as an valuable element to the district that provides a green and safe environment. Between the buildings, the edge is softened up with a strong recreational character, which invites for activities, playfulness and respite among the area’s residents.<\/p>\n

The new physical environment creates a sustainable meeting place where people in\u2010 and around the area are invited to stay and where new activities arise and unfold across social diversity, ethnicity and groups of different ages. New trees and other vegetation are planted as windbreaking and sheltering greenery and create a beautiful setting for the new activities.<\/p>\n
