IAPA Pty. Ltd.<\/b><\/a>:At the beginning of the design, through the re-combing of the original building space, the team proposed a design strategy as \u201csyncretize of inner and outer\u201d for mutual penetration between indoor and outdoor. The concept of \u201cgreen hills in the city\u201d has been used to emphasize the multi-dimensional landscape system and vertical changes, and form a high and low drifting experience with the undulating green hills and the unified folding curve landscape. The sequence elements of the landscape merge into the interior, and the divergent composition vocabulary is combined and reconstructed.<\/p>\n

Following the concept, we use the multi-dimensional landscape system as the spatial strategy, and the interlocking design path connects the eight design highlights in series;<\/p>\n

The landscape of the gate continues the streamlined design language of the landscape elements. The layers are rich and unified. The mirror water body and the building structure echo the strong ritual feeling for entering the community. The ancients said, “the metaphysical is called the way, while the physical is called the instrument”. In a narrow sense, the former refers to an abstract spiritual thinking, while the latter refers to the specific object composition. In the scheme, we also express the “metaphysic” and “physic” in the sequence vocabulary of design.<\/p>\n

\u884c\u8d70\u4e8e\u5ba4\u5916\u6781\u5177\u827a\u672f\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u4f4e\u9519\u843d\u7684\u6e38\u8d70\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e0b\u6765\u5230\u552e\u697c\u90e8\u6b63\u95e8\u3002\u80fd\u53d1\u73b0\u5730\u9762\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u6750\u8d28\u4e00\u76f4\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u4e86\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u653e\u773c\u770b\u53bb\uff0c\u6b63\u95e8\u60ac\u6302\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u5899\u53ca\u5e95\u4e0b\u901a\u900f\u7684\u5c71\u6c34\u9020\u666f\u867d\u7136\u963b\u6321\u4e86\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u79cd\u201c\u6b32\u62d2\u8fd8\u8fce\u201d\u5904\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ee5\u53ca\u8da3\u5473\u6027\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u80fd\u6fc0\u53d1\u4eba\u4eec\u4e00\u63a2\u7a76\u7adf\u7684\u6b32\u671b\u3002<\/p>\n

Walking in an outdoor atmosphere with an artistic and natural atmosphere, you can experience the high and low walks to the main entrance of the sales department. The landscape material that can be found on the ground extends to the indoor space.
