\u6f9c\u9053\u8bbe\u8ba1\u673a\u6784<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u672c\u6848\u4f4d\u4e8e\u91cd\u5e86\u6c99\u576a\u575d\u533a\u4e95\u53cc\u7247\u533a\u7684\u5609\u9605\u6ee8\u6c5f\uff0c\u91cd\u5e86\u72ec\u5177\u4eba\u6587\u4e0e\u827a\u672f\u6c14\u8d28\u7684\u6c99\u78c1\u6587\u5316\u533a\u3002\u5609\u9675\u6c5f\u3001\u78c1\u5668\u53e3\u53e4\u9547\u3001\u6b4c\u4e50\u5c71\u3001\u6210\u6e1d\u53e4\u9053\u3001\u53e4\u6865\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u5609\u9605\u6ee8\u6c5f\u5929\u7136\u7684\u571f\u5730\u808c\u7406\u548c\u5386\u53f2\u4eba\u6587\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6ce8\u91cd\u4fdd\u6301\u5c71\u57ce\u4eba\u6587\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u91cd\u5851\u4ee5\u5899\u4f53\u4e3a\u51e0\u4f55\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1b\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u5927\u5802\u7684\u9884\u63a5\u5f85\uff0c\u516c\u5171\u505c\u7559\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c45\u4e2d\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u754c\u9762\u4e0e\u5185\u5916\u9694\u79bb\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u65e5\u672c\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u4f0a\u4e1c\u4e30\u96c4\u5728\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u5df4\u6d1b\u514b\u827a\u672f\u6587\u5316\u535a\u7269\u9986\uff0c\u8fd0\u7528\u4e86\u66f2\u7ebf\u7684\u767d\u8272\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5899\u548c\u6c34\u666f\u5ead\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n

LD DESIGN<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aThis project is one of Dowell Real Estate\u2019s \u2018Insight Series\u2019 works. It is located in Jingshuang Area, Shapingba District, Chongqing. Shapingba District is a time-honored place with Jialing River flowing by it. The ancient town of Ciqikou, Gele Mountain, the ancient Chengyu Road and a number of old bridges together form the special style and context of Shapingba.Our design respects Chongqing\u2019s unique features as a \u2018mountain city\u2019. The space is re-organized around the geometrical center by walls. The hotel-quality-reception has a public space in the middle for people to stay and have a rest.This project is inspired by Toyo Ito\u2019s International Baroque Museum in Mexico, which has curvy white concrete walls and a water garden.<\/p>\n

\u9884\u63a5\u5f85<\/strong>Reception<\/p>\n

\u57ce\u5e02\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u901a\u8fc7\u659c\u9762\u66f2\u7ebf\u7684\u5899\u4f53\u5f62\u6001\u5851\u9020\u51fa\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u843d\u5ba2\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u5ba4\u5185\u9884\u63a5\u5f85\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c6.5m\u843d\u5730\u73bb\u7483\u5229\u7528\u9876\u90e8\u7684\u5929\u5149\u7167\u4eae\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u81ea\u7136\u5929\u5149\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u4e2d\u5ead\u3002\u767d\u8272\u6d82\u6599\u5899\u9762\u4e0e\u540a\u9876\u6696\u8272\u6728\u7eb9\u5f62\u6210\u8272\u5dee\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002\u4e3a\u786e\u8ba4\u5899\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u80fd\u591f\u627f\u53d7\u659c\u9762\u66f2\u7ebf\u7684\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u4e13\u4e1a\u65bd\u5de5\u56fe\u4ee5\u53caBIM\u6a21\u578b\u8fd8\u539f\u3002<\/p>\n

The inclined curvy walls constitute the drop-off area and the indoor reception. Sunlight comes through several pieces of 6.5-meter floor-to-ceiling glasses light up the space, making it a natural bright courtyard. White-coated walls and wood roofs form an interesting contrast.To make sure the structures are stable enough to support curvy walls, engineers from different areas cooperated closely. BIM is also used in this project.<\/p>\n

\u53cc\u541145\u00b0\u5e03\u7f6e\u78e8\u7802\u73bb\u7483\u4e0e\u5e7b\u5f69\u73bb\u7483\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u573a\u5730\u65f6\u78e8\u7802\u73bb\u7483\u7684\u534a\u900f\u660e\u4f7f\u5f97\u89c6\u7ebf\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u5916\u754c\u9694\u79bb\uff0c\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\u9633\u5149\u4e5f\u80fd\u591f\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u573a\u5730\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u79bb\u5f00\u573a\u5730\u65f6\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6298\u53e0\u9762\u5728\u65e5\u5149\u7684\u7167\u5c04\u4e0b\u7684\u5e7b\u5f69\u5939\u80f6\u73bb\u7483\u6298\u5c04\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u3002<\/p>\n

There is a 45\u00b0angle between each frosted glass and dichroic glass. When walking into the space, the sunlight comes through the frosted glass while the chaos stays outside the dichroic glass. These dichroic glass panels allow the sunlight generate shadows of rainbow colors.<\/p>\n

\u25bc<\/b>\u8fdb\u5165\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u4ee5\u78e8\u7802\u73bb\u7483\u659c\u5411\u5e03\u7f6e\uff0c\u963b\u9694\u57ce\u5e02\u7e41\u534e\u7684\u55a7\u56a3 The frosted glass is inclined to the entrance, keeping urban chaos from here<\/span><\/p>\n
