Residence\u662f\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u6cb3\u6cbf\u5cb8\u519c\u6751\u5730\u533a\u4e00\u4e2a\u79c1\u4eba\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u5176\u9ad8\u4f4e\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5f62\u6001\u6a21\u7cca\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u754c\u7ebf\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9690\u85cf\u548c\u66b4\u9732\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u63a2\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n

The geometry of the floor plan fuses the building with the ground it is located on by removing individual layers and creates spaces between the strata. A cross section shows a rich variance between the floors, and the internal links and gradual transitions toward the outside develop open layers for a flexible and programmatic organization of space.<\/p>\n

The ambivalence of privacy and openness is modulated in various states between gentle hills and closed air spaces. By way of the building\u2019s cantilevered and curved stories, a very wide range of transitions is formed between inside and outside, featuring constructed nature like climbing walls and pools, designed gardens and landscaped areas, as well as untouched nature.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u4e4b\u95f4\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u7531\u5929\u7136\u6c34\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5c4b\u9876\u548c\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u697c\u5c42\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u8868\u9762\u84b8\u53d1\u548c\u70ed\u7f13\u51b2\u80fd\u529b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f9b\u6696\u548c\u5236\u51b7\uff0c\u4e3a\u5ba4\u5185\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

The distance from the river is observed and protected by the natural water reservoir. The greened roofs and dense floors create a better interior climate by way of surface evaporation and heat buffer capacities for heating and cooling.<\/p>\n

\u6574\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u7acb\u9762\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u91c7\u5149\uff0c\u8fd8\u5c06\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u5e03\u5c40\u5b9b\u5982\u4e00\u4e2a\u534a\u622a\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u5728\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u7f13\u7f13\u5347\u8d77\uff0c\u9690\u85cf\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n

The glazed fa\u00e7ade around the entire building brings a great deal of daylight into the building and interlinks the interior with the garden. The entire topography of the plot is arranged as a halfpipe, so that it rises at the edges of the plot hiding the view of the neighbors.<\/p>\n
