Studio Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u56fe\u5362\u59c6\u5357\u90e8\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u8ddd\u79bb\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u6d77\u6ee9\u548c\u70ed\u5e26\u4f4e\u5730\u96e8\u6797\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7ea610\u5206\u949f\u8f66\u7a0b\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u573a\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7ea63305\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u5448\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7ed9\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\u5e03\u5c40\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u4e0d\u5c0f\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u4e3a\u4fdd\u62a4\u539f\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u66f4\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9879\u76ee\u5e03\u5c40\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u5730\u5757\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5206\u6790\u57fa\u5730\u6811\u6728\u7684\u5206\u5e03\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n

Studio Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project \u201cUna Vida\u201d is located in the south region of Tulum, Quintana Roo, 10 minutes from the Caribbean beaches and in the middle of the tropical lowland rainforest. The location area is 3,305 sqm and it has an irregular triangular shape, which limited the distribution of buildings and common areas. Prior to the project distribution, a land survey was carried out in order to preserve most of the trees to reduce the impact on the area and to provide a more natural environment. This survey was useful to make an analysis regarding the sepa- ration and distribution of these trees.<\/p>\n

This project came out from the idea of creating villas with flexibility for the different booking options, and looking forward to the possibility that they may work as homes in the future. As a result, we decided to divide this project in segments and also provide an organic tour through the whole project while discovering the different species of trees in the rainforest.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5212\u5206\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\u6539\u9020\u533a\u548c\u4f20\u7edf\u739b\u96c5\u84b8\u6c7d\u6d74\u533a(temazcal)\u90fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u6700\u5e73\u5766\u5904\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709Chaca\u533a\u3001Chechen\u533a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u8f83\u4f4e\u5904d1\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5165\u53e3\u76f8\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u516c\u5171\u533a\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2aCeiba\u522b\u5885\u533a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u53e6\u4e00\u7aef\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f83\u4e3a\u5bbd\u9614\u3001\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u533a\u57df\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u8bc1\u573a\u5730\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\u3001\u73af\u5883\u6e05\u65b0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u8bbe\u8ba1\u90fd\u662f\u4e92\u76f8\u5e73\u884c\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u4e5f\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u73b0\u591a\u4f59\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u683c\u683c\u4e0d\u5165\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5468\u56f4\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u548c\u6811\u6728\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u906e\u836b\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u51cf\u8f7b\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u9ad8\u6e29\u6c14\u5019\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n

The maintenance areas are located in the smoothest surface, so is the temazcal (traditional Mayan steam bath). Then we have the different segments called Chaca and Chechen, and then, in the lower part, we have the common area that is connected to the building access. Villa Ceiba is located at the other end of the land, being a wider and more private area. These buildings are in parallel and separated from each other in order to allow the airflow to freshen the environ- ment. This way, we also avoid having one overloaded building that may be dissociated from the surroundings. Addition- ally, the extensive vegetation and trees provide the necessary shade to cushion the impact of the Caribbean heat.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6700\u521d\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u60f3\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u5229\u7528\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5982\u77f3\u5934\u548c\u68d5\u6988\u5c4b\u9876\u7b49\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e61\u91ce\u5f0f\u96e8\u6797\u6751\u843d\uff0c\u5728\u7ef4\u6301\u5efa\u7b51\u5916\u90e8\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u98ce\u683c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e3a\u5ba2\u4eba\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e29\u6696\u7eaf\u51c0\u7684\u8212\u9002\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

One of the first ideas of the project was to create a sort of village in the middle of the rainforest, with a rustic concept, using the region\u2019s material resources such as stone and palm roof, keeping the natural style from the outside and at the same time providing the necessary warmth and purity for our guests\u2019 comfort on the inside.<\/p>\n

\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8bd5\u56fe\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u62bd\u8c61\u5730\u8fd0\u7528\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u5faa\u73af\u548c\u73af\u5883\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u5143\u7d20\uff1a\u6839\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u548c\u6811\u6728\u3002\u5728\u96e8\u6797\u4e2d\u8513\u5ef6\u7684\u6811\u6839\u5c31\u50cf\u6211\u4eec\u5ba2\u4eba\u7684\u65c5\u884c\uff1b\u8d4b\u4e88\u73af\u5883\u751f\u547d\u7684\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u672c\u8d28\u5e76\u5c06\u81ea\u7136\u5143\u7d20\u878d\u5165\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\uff1b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5212\u5206\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u533a\u57df\u540d\u79f0\u4e5f\u6765\u81ea\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7279\u8272\u6811\u79cd\uff1aChaca\u3001Chechen\u548cCeiba\u3002<\/p>\n

Chechen\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u6bd2\u7684\u6811\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u6811\u8102\u4f1a\u707c\u4f24\u4eba\u7684\u76ae\u80a4\uff0c\u800cChaca\u6811\u521a\u597d\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u5b83\u7684\u6bd2\uff0cCeiba\u4f5c\u4e3a\u667a\u6167\u7684\u8c61\u5f81\uff0c\u66fe\u5728\u739b\u96c5\u6587\u5316\u4e2d\u88ab\u8a89\u4e3a\u5723\u6811\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6811\u7ed3\u5408\u8d77\u6765\u5c31\u8c61\u5f81\u7740\u4eba\u7c7b\u4ece\u751f\u547d-\u6b7b\u4ea1-\u91cd\u751f\u7684\u5468\u671f\u5faa\u73af\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u5143\u7d20\u90fd\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u751f\u547d\u3001\u5b83\u7684\u5468\u671f\u548c\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u5c06\u53cd\u6620\u5728\u5ba2\u4eba\u63a5\u89e6\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u56fe\u5362\u59c6\u6c1b\u56f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

As a concept, we tried to include abstractly in the design three elements related to the natural cycles and the environ- ment: roots, soil and trees. The roots that spread through the rainforest just like our guests\u2019 tour; the soil that gives life to the environment, maintaining its essence and incorporating the natural elements to the design; and the trees repre- sented by the different buildings of this project. And this is why the segments (made up of different units) have the names of trees typical of the area: Chaca, Chechen and Ceiba.<\/p>\n

The Chechen is a poisonous tree, whose resin may burn the skin of whoever touches it, whereas, the Chaca is the antidote. The Ceiba is considered a sacred species of trees in the Mayan culture, and also a symbol of wisdom; this tree represents the life-death-life cycle. As a result, each element of this project represents life, its cycles and connections, all of them reflected in the guests\u2019 experience while in contact with the Tulum atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Chaca\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u6700\u5c0f\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u53a8\u623f-\u5ba2\u5385-\u9910\u5385\u3002Chechen\u90e8\u5206\u7531\u4e09\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u7ec4\u6210\uff1a\u4e24\u4e2a\u5367\u5ba4\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u53a8\u623f-\u5ba2\u5385-\u9910\u5385\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u90fd\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0e\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c42\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u5f80\u4e0a\u91cd\u590d\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u7f13\u51b2\u5730\u9762\u8db3\u8ff9\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5355\u5143\u53ef\u4ee5\u7075\u6d3b\u589e\u51cf\uff0c\u5ba2\u4eba\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u9700\u8981\u589e\u52a0\u5367\u5ba4\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5e02\u573a\u4ec5\u5c40\u9650\u4e8e\u4e00\u79cd\u51fa\u884c\u6a21\u5f0f(\u592b\u5987\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u7b49)\u3002<\/p>\n

The Chaca segments are the smallest ones with one bedroom unit and one kitchen-living room-dining room unit. The Chechen segments are composed by three units: two bedroom units and one kitchen-living room-dining room. The same pattern is repeated in ground and first floor of both segments to cushion the footprint in the land. These units allow flexibility if the guest needs to add bedroom units, preventing the limitation of the market to one sector (couples, families, and so on).<\/p>\n

Then we have the biggest and unique Villa Ceiba, composed by three bedrooms, living room and kitchen area, and garden with private pool. Every apartment located in the ground floor has outdoor shower and tub, providing a very different and natural experience.<\/p>\n
