OHTORI<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9274\u4e8e\u8be5\u9ad8\u5c42\u516c\u5bd3\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u53d7\u4f17\u662f\u60c5\u4fa3\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u7fa4\u4f53\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u6b64\u6b21\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u5b9a\u4e3a\u201c\u5728\u7e41\u6742\u90fd\u5e02\u91cc\u611f\u53d7\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u673a\u201d\uff0c \u5e76\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u5317\u4fa7\u4e0e\u76ee\u9ed1\u5ddd\u76f8\u90bb\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5c06\u6240\u6709\u4f4f\u6237\u671d\u5317\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u7b51\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u786e\u4fdd\u516c\u5bd3\u4e0e\u76ee\u9ed1\u5ddd\u4e4b\u95f4\u62e5\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4f7f\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u4f9d\u7136\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

OHTORI<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a”Life in the center of the city while co-existing with nature”. Located in Tokyo directly along the Meguro River, we created a landscape design for a high-rise condominium where residents can enjoy living in the city while being surrounded by lush, green oasis. The design also responds to the presence of the Meguro River on the Northside, by setting back the architecture from the river to create a green open space and maximize the existing landscape and views. The condominium consists of 19 floors above ground, 108 units, and mainly houses couples and families.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u5408\u7406\u89c4\u5212\u516c\u5171\u548c\u9690\u79c1\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u6574\u4f53\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u6237\u5916\u666f\u89c2\u5212\u5206\u6210\u4e86\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201c\u5165\u53e3\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u8fce\u5bbe\u96a7\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002 \u8fd9\u91cc\u914d\u7f6e\u7684\u7279\u8272\u81ea\u7136\u5207\u5272\u77f3\u6750\uff0c\u4e3a\u5165\u53e3\u589e\u6dfb\u8fdb\u6df1\u611f\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u6f14\u7ece\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u4e2a\u6027\u548c\u9ad8\u7ea7\u611f\u3002 \u5f53\u7136\u540c\u65f6\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e5f\u662f\u54c1\u5ddd\u533a\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u653e\u677e\u4f11\u61a9\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u88c5\u9970\u6027\u7684\u77f3\u6750\u88ab\u5207\u5272\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u957f\u51f3\uff0c\u6216\u88ab\u7ec4\u5408\u6446\u653e\u52fe\u52d2\u51fa\u4e00\u6761\u5feb\u6377\u6b65\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

The outdoor space consists mainly of three spaces. It is intended to have over all landscape continuity while separating public and private in a limited space.<\/p>\n

The Approach Garden is a space that invites one to the entrance through a green tunnel. Placement of distinctive natural split stone gives a sense of landscape depth to the approach provides character and a sense of luxury. This area also serves as a public space designated as a \u201cplace of relaxation\u201d by Shinagawa Ward, and parts of the ornamental stone is cut flat on top to function as a bench, or is located to delineate a footpath for a shortcut.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u79c1\u4eba\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\u662f\u516c\u5bd3\u5c45\u6c11\u4e13\u7528\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7531\u4f11\u606f\u5ba4\u82b1\u56ed(\u4ece\u4f11\u606f\u5ba4\u773a\u671b\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4)\u548c\u82b1\u56ed\u5e73\u53f0(\u53ef\u4ece\u73b0\u6709\u4f11\u606f\u5ba4\u8fdb\u5165)\u6784\u6210\u3002 \u4f11\u95f2\u82b1\u56ed\u91cc\u914d\u7f6e\u4e86\u7528\u4e0e\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u666f\u77f3\u6750\u6599\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u82b1\u5c97\u5ca9\u5236\u6210\u7684\u5927\u578b\u9e1f\u6d74\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6b64\u89c2\u8d4f\u8361\u6f3e\u7684\u6c34\u6ce2\u548c\u6765\u8bbf\u7684\u91ce\u9e1f\u3002 \u82b1\u56ed\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u6c99\u53d1\u548c\u684c\u5b50\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u5c45\u6c11\u4eec\u5728\u8fd9\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u610f\u4e2d\u8c08\u7b11\u653e\u677e\u3002<\/p>\n

The Private Garden area is only accessibly by residents, and consists of a lounge garden (seen from the inside the lounge) and a garden terrace (accessed by existing the lounge). In the lounge garden, a large bird bath made of granite, made from the same granite at entrance, is placed as a focal point so that visitors can enjoy views of glistening water and also bird watch. The garden terrace has a spacious outdoor sofa and table, a space where residents can gather outdoors in the greenery.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u6a31\u82b1\u8d70\u5eca\u201d\u662f\u4e0e\u76ee\u9ed1\u5ddd\u6cbf\u5cb8\u7684\u6a31\u82b1\u6797\u836b\u9053\u6811\u6728\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002 \u79cd\u690d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53c2\u8003\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\u690d\u88ab\uff0c\u4ee5\u672c\u571f\u690d\u7269\u4e3a\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u591a\u9009\u7528\u82b1\u679c\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5438\u5f15\u9e1f\u7c7b\u548c\u6606\u866b\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u80fd\u591f\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u673a\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u73af\u5883\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u793e\u533a\u548c\u8c10\u5546\u4e1a\u521b\u65b0\u534f\u4f1a(ABINC)\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u5e76\u57282018\u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u54c1\u5ddd\u533a\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n

The Sakura Corridor is an outdoor public space that is integrates the existing cherry trees that line the banks of Meguro River. Plant selection is inspired directly from the local ecosystem, and those species became the base for the planting design. We also aimed to create the planting design that would foster bird and insect habitat. The project is certified by Association for Business Innovation in harmony with Nature and Community (ABINC), and in 2018 was awarded the Green Award by Shinagawa Ward.<\/p>\n
