Terra e Tuma<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6839\u636e\u4f4f\u5b85\u6240\u5728\u7684\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57\u5e02\u82b1\u56ed\u793e\u533a\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6761\u4ef6\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n

Terra e Tuma<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIn this project, the design of the house comes with some special conditions of the place where it is inserted, a garden neighborhood in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u539f\u573a\u5730\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u4e1a\u4e3b\u81ea\u5df1\u5f00\u8f9f\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u5e73\u5766\u800c\u5bbd\u9614\u7684\u679c\u56ed\u5730\u5757\uff0c\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u597d\u51e0\u79cd\u6c34\u679c\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u7d2b\u8461\u8404\u3001\u6241\u6a31\u6843\u3001\u6811\u8461\u8404\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

The flat and wide ground found by the family was used as an orchard and has several fruit species such as uvaia, pitanga and especially jabuticabeiras.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4fdd\u62a4\u539f\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6811\u6728\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u53ef\u5426\u8ba4\u5b83\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u666f\u89c2\u53bb\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n

Preserving these trees was essential and, while restricting the design, created the opportunity to think an architecture around existing landscaping.<\/p>\n

\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8c28\u614e\u5730\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u6700\u4f73\u5229\u7528\u5730\u5f62\u3001\u6280\u672f\u548c\u6750\u6599\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u8fc7\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6700\u540e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u4e86\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u571f\u58e4\u63a5\u89e6\u7684\u5355\u5c42\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5c4b\u9876\u5e7f\u573a\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5c06\u7eff\u5730\u8fd8\u7ed9\u573a\u5730\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5c06\u4f4f\u5b85\u878d\u5165\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

In the constant search for the best use of the terrain, technical and material resources, we chose a single-storey house, in direct contact with the soil and we proposed a rooftop square, returning the green area to the lot and integrating the house in the wooded landscape of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n
