2019\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4ece\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5230\u65bd\u5de5\u5386\u65f6\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u793a\u8303\u533a\u5448\u73b0\u4e86\u3002\u73b0\u573a\u7684\u5448\u73b0\u8ba9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u9887\u611f\u6b23\u6170\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u793a\u8303\u533a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u91cd\u5851\uff0c\u771f\u6b63\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u666f\u89c2\u3001\u5ba4\u5185\u4e09\u4f4d\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u65e0\u7f1d\u8854\u63a5\uff0c\u4e0d\u5206\u5f7c\u6b64\uff0c\u6d51\u7136\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

WISTO<\/a><\/strong>: Located on a peninsula on the west of Changang Road of Chancheng District, Foshan, the site is surrounded by lake on three sides and nearby the river on the other, enjoying open lake views and beautiful scenery. With favorable surrounding environment, it is an ideal place for eco-living.<\/p>\n

The exhibition area, which was designed and built for about one year, was open to the public in November, 2019.We are satisfied with the final presentation since we\u2019ve realized the seamless connection between architecture, landscape and interior by reshaping the spaces\u2014\u2014everything is in perfect harmony with each other.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5c1d\u8bd5\u8c03\u6574\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u53bb\u843d\u5730\u5927\u533a\u7684\u56fe\u5e95\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u4ece\u5165\u53e3\u5230\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u51e0\u6b21\u63a8\u6f14\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u91cd\u5851\u4e86\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u552e\u697c\u5904\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u5f62\u72b6\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u89c4\u5212\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u4ece\u8349\u56fe\u5230\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u539f\u59cb\u57fa\u7840\u6761\u4ef6\u9650\u5b9a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u9762\u79ef\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u5c06\u6574\u4e2a\u5730\u4e0b\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4ece\u5ba4\u5185\u5230\u5ba4\u5916\uff0c\u4ece\u7acb\u9762\u5230\u5730\u9762\u5230\u5929\u7a7a\u7684\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u68b3\u7406\u548c\u91cd\u5851\uff0c\u5e76\u7cbe\u51c6\u7684\u843d\u4f4d\u5230\u56fe\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

The exhibition area nestles in the east of the site, at the main entrance of which, there is a vertical traffic system leading visitors down to the courtyard on the basement floor. Occupying an area of about 4,300m2, the sunken courtyard is 6.7m below the ground (including 1.2m thick covering soil). In the center of it is the sales center, which will be used as the fitness center for the community. There are two staircases leading visitors from the ground level to the sunken courtyard, while another two staircases lead to the rooftop of the sales center.It is not easy to carry out landscape design in a sunken courtyard. And the design for the sunken courtyard linked with underground garage is even harder. Therefore, the design team needs to fully consider the design strategy of the whole project and the exhibition area as well to make a great breakthrough.<\/p>\n

We were trying to adjust the boundary to carry out the site plan.Having analyzed the routes from the entrance to the sunken courtyard for several times, we reshaped the boundary of the courtyard, changed the position and structure of the sales center, and re-arranged the functions of the whole yard.Based on the site conditions and the functional requirements, we renovated and reshaped the underground space from interior to exterior, from ground to sky, and conveyed our design idea by drawings and models.<\/p>\n

\u5730\u5757\u662f\u4e09\u9762\u4e34\u6e56\uff0c\u4e1a\u6001\u4ee5\u522b\u5885\u548c\u9ad8\u5c42\u5927\u5e73\u5c42\u4e3a\u4e3b\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u6709\u4f18\u52bf\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u4e8e\u662f\u6709\u4e86\u5bf9\u5c9b\u3001\u6c34\u7b49\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u63d0\u53d6\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u9488\u5bf9\u9ad8\u7aef\u5ba2\u7fa4\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4ece\u6c34\u4e0a\u5143\u7d20\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u989c\u6709\u6599\u53c8\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u2014\u2014\u6e38\u8247\u3002\u6c34\u3001\u5c9b\u3001\u6e38\u8247\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u5b9a\u683c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5171\u6027\u548c\u5173\u8054\u7684\u62bd\u53d6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ece\u4e2d\u5bfc\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u56fe\u5e95\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e2a\u56fe\u5e95\u5173\u7cfb\u53bb\u51f8\u663e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6ee8\u6e56\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u573a\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5e76\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e2a\u6027\u98ce\u8c8c\uff0c\u6210\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u6ee8\u6e56\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u793a\u8303\u533a\u662f\u5b9e\u4f53\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u7532\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u5efa\u8bbe\u6210\u4e3a\u6c38\u4e45\u56ed\u6797\uff0c\u5168\u5b9e\u666f\uff0c\u4e0d\u62c6\u6539\u3002\u5728\u91cc\u9762\u5c55\u73b0\u4e34\u8857\u5546\u4e1a\u7fa4\u843d\u3001\u5165\u53e3\u63a5\u5f85\uff0c\u5e76\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u5730\u4e0b\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c55\u793a\u552e\u697c\u90e8\u3001\u6cf3\u6c60\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e9b\u914d\u5957\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u96be\u70b9\u53c8\u56de\u5230\u4e86\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u91cc\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e8e\u662f\u5f00\u59cb\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u5927\u533a\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u56fe\u5e95\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u653e\u8fdb\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e0b\u6c89\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\uff0c\u8ba9\u5730\u9762\u4e0e\u5730\u4e0b\u8fde\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u5173\u7cfb\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5272\u88c2\u611f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u5347\u534e\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u53ca\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u5173\u7cfb\u3001\u552e\u697c\u5904\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5206\u5e03\u4ee5\u53ca\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u5168\u57df\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u59cb\u4e86\u4e00\u8f6e\u53c8\u4e00\u8f6e\u7684\u6a21\u578b\u63a8\u6f14\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\u5ba2\u6237\u4ece\u5230\u8fbe\u9879\u76ee\u8fb9\u754c\u5f00\u59cb\u5230\u8fdb\u5165\u552e\u697c\u5904\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u5404\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u5ba4\u5185\u5916\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u90fd\u88ab\u8bbe\u5b9a\u5728\u4e86\u6700\u4f73\u5408\u9002\u7684\u70b9\u4f4d\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

Surrounded by lake on three sides, the development mainly provides luxury villas and high-rise mansions. Inspired by the advantaged natural resources and to cater for high-end customers, the team has extracted \u201cwater\u201d, \u201cisland\u201d and \u201cyacht\u201d as the basic design elements.These three elements are refined and combined together to form the basic design concept of the project, which highlights its advantages and shapes its unique style.<\/p>\n

According to the developer\u2019s requirement, the exhibition area should be designed with real landscape which will be reserved forever. It consists of the frontage commerce and the reception as well as the sales center, the swimming pool and other facilities on the basement floor. The challenge lies in the sunken courtyard, for which we discussed the possibilities to connect the ground floor with the underground floor and upgrade the whole exhibition center.<\/p>\n

To well study the relationship between the building fa\u00e7ade and the interior and exterior spaces, as well as the functions of the sales center and the holistic experience of the customers, we modeled their relationships and made many adjustments accordingly, trying to make every detail in perfect place and provide unique space experience.<\/p>\n

According to the plan by WISTO, the sales center is linked with the underground buildings to present a consistent interface. Multi-level waterscapes and green plants draw people\u2019s attention up, providing a unique space experience. In this way, the sales center is in perfect harmony with the surroundings.<\/p>\n

Besides the reconstruction of the buildings and the interior spaces, various landscape scenes are also elaborately designed to delight the visitors, for example, the scene of the yacht sailing at the entrance.The design of the yacht pays attention to the details such as the lines, the shape, the structure and the materials, trying to present impressive visual effect.<\/p>\n
