CHANG Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u6240\u4e3a\u591a\u4ee3\u5bb6\u5ead\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u613f\u666f\u662f\u5efa\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u201c\u5f00\u653e\u800c\u51c9\u723d\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u5929\u5802\u201d\uff0c\u4ee5\u9f13\u52b1\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u957f\u5927\u540e\u7ee7\u7eed\u7559\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u3002<\/p>\n

CHANG Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThis house is intended for multi-generation living. The client wanted an \u2018open home, a cool tropical paradise for the family\u2019, encouraging their children to \u2018raise their families here when they grow up\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u25bc\u5eb7\u6c83\u5c14\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u6b63\u9762\u666f\u89c2-\u5176\u80cc\u540e\u9690\u85cf\u7740\u7684\u662f\u5185\u90e8\u5bc6\u5ba4\u548c\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5730\u5f62 <\/strong>Front view from Cornwall Gardens. \u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u5efa\u7acb\u201c\u4f60\u6211\u201d\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u5171\u4eab\u5171\u878d\u7684\u547c\u5438\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5176\u690d\u7269\u3001\u6c34\u4f53\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u65e5\u5e38\u91c7\u5149\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u88ab\u52a8\u51b7\u5374\uff0c\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u751f\u6001\u3001\u53cb\u597d\u4e14\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

Designed with an I-Thou relationship with nature, the family and nature share the same breathing space. Plants, water bodies, and living spaces are integrated as one. The setting provides daylighting, natural ventilation, and passive cooling. It offers an ecological-friendly environment that promotes general wellness for all.<\/p>\n

\u95e8\u5385\u5904\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u7834\u635f\u6e17\u6f0f\u7684\u65e7\u6321\u571f\u5899\u88ab\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u7011\u5e03\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u5c42\u5c42\u53e0\u53e0\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u96e8\u6797\u690d\u7269\u548c\u7011\u5e03\u58f0\u8fce\u63a5\u7740\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u5230\u8bbf\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u5408\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5730\u5f62\uff0c\u5c06\u5efa\u7b51\u4f5c\u4e3a\u70ed\u5e26\u679c\u6811\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\uff0c\u6765\u964d\u4f4e\u73af\u5883\u6e29\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u5ba4\u5185\u9694\u70ed\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u4ece\u5e73\u9762\u56fe\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u8fd9\u680b\u623f\u5c4b\u4eff\u4f5b\u4e00\u7247\u7eff\u6d32\uff0c\u5176\u666f\u89c2\u5e73\u53f0\u548c\u5c42\u53e0\u7684\u82b1\u76c6\u4e2d\u95f4\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u53ef\u6536\u96c6\u96e8\u6c34\u7528\u4e8e\u5faa\u73af\u704c\u6e89\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6c60\u5858\u3002<\/p>\n

At the foyer, an old retaining wall with a history of leakage has been transformed into a green courtyard with waterfall feature. Visitors are now greeted with tropical rainforest plants and the sounds of cascading water, which can be enjoyed from all levels.<\/p>\n

Working with the existing terrain, built-ups that contributed to the site coverage are utilised as planters for tropical fruit trees, to cool ambient temperature, and to insulate the interiors. On plan, the house is a green oasis amongst the neighbourhood, of landscape decks and cascading planters framing the bio pool and ponds. These are the catchment areas for rainwater harvesting, to be recycled for irrigation.<\/p>\n
