LANDAU<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aShanghai Vanke Oriental One, designed in oriental style, introduces the future lifestyle and embodies the aristocratic temperament of Shanghai\u2019s new elites. Modern and luxurious, it unveils a mysterious oriental world in front of people. <\/span><\/p>\n

Located in Jing’an District of Shanghai, the site borders Baochang Road in the east, Gongxing Road in the west, Zhongxing Road in the north and Linshan Road in the south. Life is easy here with complete services and facilities around. Since the surroundings are under renovation, the urban interface is relatively messy. Therefore, to stimulate the vigor of the old town and improve the surrounding environment has become one of most important missions of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a blockbuster in 2019 developed Vanke and Ronshine, the buildings of Oriental One were jointly designed by the renowned RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners) and Neri&Hu, featuring quality construction, international perspective, multiple cultures, master cooopraton, diverse businesses, new lifestyle, etc.\u00a0 <\/span>It targets the elite group who are wealthy, have a good taste of art, life, fashion, and enjoy extensive social resources. In order to cater to\u00a0 <\/span>the group\u2019s demands, the landscape design aims to establish a dialogue between high technology and nature, providing high-grade, artistic and boutique landscape and creating a forest garden in the city.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5f15\u5165\u7ebd\u7ea6<\/span>\u201cHigh Line\u201d<\/span>\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5728\u6807\u9ad8\u7ea6<\/span>9<\/span>\u7c73\u7684\u4e09\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\u5efa\u9020\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8d70\u5eca\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8d70\u5eca\u5c06\u5168\u533a<\/span>10<\/span>\u5e62\u5efa\u7b51\u8fdb\u884c\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u5728\u5730\u9762\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3001\u4f4f\u5b85\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a<\/span>\u201c<\/span>\u8d85\u7ea7\u5e95\u76d8<\/span>\u201d<\/span>\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u3001\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7684\u4e30\u5bcc\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The site is in the shape of a fan with two curved roads crossed to form the framework of the space. Buildings spread in order on the \u201cfan\u201d, which not only ensures the privacy and the consistency of the internal landscape but also provides good views from any perspective. The whole landscape space looks clean and elegant with smooth geometric lines, matching the rhythmic hi-tech buildings by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners perfectly. <\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s worth mentioning that the project has introduced the New York idea \u201cHigh Line\u201d, building a 9-meter-high three-storey sky walk to connect all the ten buildings around the community. In this way, a \u201csuper base\u201d was created above the ground and below the apartments, presenting a multi-level and multi-dimensional landscape space.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u524d\u573a<\/span>Front Yard<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u91c7\u7528\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u7684\u62f1\u95e8\u95e8\u5934\u5c06\u56ed\u533a\u5185\u5916\u8fdb\u884c\u754c\u5b9a\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u3001\u5c0a\u8d35\u611f\u7684\u5f52\u5bb6\u5165\u53e3\u3002<\/span>\u62f1\u95e8\u4e0b\u7531\u7247\u7247\u7389\u77f3\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u666f\u5899\uff0c\u50cf\u4e00\u628a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7389\u6247\uff0c\u534a\u9690\u534a\u6f0f\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u900f\u51fa\u56ed\u5185\u7684\u6d41\u5149\u6ea2\u5f69\uff0c\u4f7f\u56ed\u5185\u5916\u666f\u8272\u76f8\u4e92\u4ea4\u878d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

The designer uses a wide archway to define the border of the garden and creates a ceremonial and respectful entrance. Under the archway is the landscape wall made of pieces of jade stones, which looks like a Chinese-style jade fan showing the internal landscape in a modest way. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u6765\u5230\u540e\u573a\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e0c\u671b\u5c06\u4e0a\u90e8\u4e0e\u4e0b\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u901a\u8fc7\u5927\u5730\u9020\u666f\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c06\u516c\u533a\u666f\u89c2\u878d\u5408\u8fdb\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e0a\u4e0b\u7a7a\u95f4\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\u3002\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u66f2\u6298\u873f\u8712\u7684\u6b65\u9053\u5448\u4e94\u6298\u9010\u7ea7\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u5851\u9020\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u82b1\u5883\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u5c06\u5b83\u505a\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e30\u5bcc\u3001\u5f00\u5408\u6709\u5ea6\u3001\u751f\u673a\u76ce\u7136\u7684\u201c\u4ef2\u590f\u591c\u4e4b\u68a6\u201d\u4e3b\u9898\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

In the back yard, the designer hopes to connect the upper space with the lower space by integrating the public landscape into the sunken courtyard. The zigzag path in the courtyard is designed with five folds to shape the sequence of the space. In addition, flower beds are carefully designed, creating a colorful and vigorous garden with the theme of \u201cA Midsummer Night\u2019s Dream\u201d.<\/p>\n

There are two staircases in the garden. One side is hollow to be used as the sightseeing platform, and the other is enclosed by mirror glass in which the artistic crescent moon and the buildings are reflected, providing a dreamlike visual effect.<\/p>\n

Based in Shanghai, Oriental One is designed with an international perspective by global top design team, showing the elegance of \u201cOriental Pearl\u201d. Stone structure, jade surface and natural landscape not only interpret the sophisticated style of old Shanghai City but also the inclusiveness of new Shanghai. It has greatly improved the surrounding environment. Simple dots and lines are employed to outline the image of a high-end residence in Shanghai, while the fan dances, unveiling a blossom age of the city.<\/p>\n
