Eli\u0301as Rizo Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aAP House\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u4e3a\u5e74\u8f7b\u5bb6\u5ead\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u6301\u7eed\u5bf9\u8bdd\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002<\/p>\n

Eli\u0301as Rizo Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aAP House, designed within a private subdivision for a young family, was born from a particular collaboration with the client in which a constant dialogue was established with the architectural program.<\/p>\n

\u6574\u5ea7\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u59cb\u4e8e\u5165\u53e3\u5927\u5385\u3002\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u7eff\u6811\u6210\u836b\u7684\u7ebf\u6027\u6c60\u5858\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5c06\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u5f15\u5411\u4e86\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u8fd8\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u533a\u57df\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5206\u9694\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u5206\u914d\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u77f3\u5934\u57fa\u5ea7\u7684\u6a2a\u5411\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The concept is developed from an entrance hall where there is a tree-lined linear pond that directs the view to the garden, and divides the public area from the private one, allocating a lateral volume with a stone base of the region to each one of the areas.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u5de6\u4fa7\u662f\u79c1\u4eba\u533a\u57df\u2014\u2014\u4e24\u5c42\u901a\u9ad8\u5e76\u8bbe\u6709\u5927\u4e66\u67dc\u548c\u706f\u5177\u7684\u5ba2\u5385\u8fde\u63a5\u7740\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The left wing of the property holds the private area of the residence – the rooms are connected by a double height living room that unfolds a large bookcase and light inputs.<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u53f3\u4fa7\u662f\u793e\u4ea4\u533a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bb6\u5ead\u6d3b\u52a8\u5ba4\u3001\u5e26\u72ec\u7acb\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u53a8\u623f\u3001\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u9910\u5385\u3001\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u901a\u5411\u542b\u505c\u8f66\u4f4d\u3001\u79c1\u4eba\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u533a\u7684\u5927\u578b\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\u7684\u8f85\u52a9\u697c\u68af\u3002<\/p>\n

In the right wing of the house is contained the social area of the residence, including a second family room, kitchen with an independent entrance, living room, dining room, terrace and pool area. We find a second staircase that leads to a large basement that contains the parking space, private office and service area.<\/p>\n

\u7a7f\u8fc7\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u6765\u5230\u4f4f\u5b85\u540e\u9762\u7684\u5d0e\u5c96\u5904\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e92\u8865\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u6868\u7403\u573a\u3001\u5e26\u53a8\u623f\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u72ec\u7acb\u6d74\u5ba4\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

Crossing the garden, on the back and more rugged of the property, we find complementary functions such as a paddle court and an event terrace with kitchen and independent bathrooms.<\/p>\n
