NOMO STUDIO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aBridge House\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u7c73\u8bfa\u5361\u5c9b\u4e1c\u5317\u6d77\u5cb8\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c45\u6c11\u533aCoves Noves\u3002\u5176\u6240\u5904\u5730\u5757\u8f83\u4e3a\u5bbd\u655e\uff0c\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe2400\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u4f4f\u5b85\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u6c34\u5e73\u5ef6\u4f38\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u6355\u6349\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5176\u65cb\u8f6c\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u4e5f\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u4e0e\u5176\u5916\u89c2\u5927\u76f8\u5f84\u5ead\u7684\u4ee4\u4eba\u60ca\u53f9\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

NOMO STUDIO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aBridge House is located in Coves Noves, a residential area in the north-east coast of Minorca island, Spain. Its generous plot of 2400sqm allows the dwelling to stretch horizontally to capture the surrounding\u2019s best landscape views. At the same time, its rotating volumes create surprising interior spaces and never repeating outlooks.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7684\u65b9\u5f62\u3001\u4e94\u89d2\u5f62\u4f53\u5757\u7ec4\u5408\u5806\u53e0\u5728\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u4f4f\u5b85\u66f4\u52a0\u8f7b\u76c8\u6d3b\u6cfc\u3002\u8fd9\u5ea7\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u4e5f\u6765\u81ea\u4ed6\u4eec\u5982\u6b64\u7ec4\u5408\u800c\u6210\u7684\u6865\u72b6\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5c06\u5176\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u66f4\u5c0f\u7684\u4f53\u5757\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u5728\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u653e\u7f6e\u5927\u578b\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u66f4\u4e3a\u5c0a\u91cd\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5916\u90e8\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u6cf3\u6c60\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5ba4\u5185\u5e73\u9762\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u9075\u5faa\u4e86\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e14\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u8c8c\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the assembly of squared and pentagonal plans, these small polyhydric volumes stack and hover over the existing landscape with playful lightness. Their bridge-like composition gives the house its name. Breaking down the program into smaller units seemed a more respectful way to place a large program onto the site. The outer terraces and pool are designed as a direct extension of the indoor plan, following its same geometries and keeping the vast majority of the plot untouched.<\/p>\n

\u89c4\u5212 Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u5ea7\u623f\u5b50\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5728\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u7684\u5ea6\u5047\u5c4b\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u65f6\u95f4\u90fd\u5728\u6237\u5916\u4eab\u53d7\u6e29\u6696\u7684\u5929\u6c14\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6865\u72b6\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fd1100\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u5927\u95e8\u5eca\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u7528\u6237\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e3e\u884c\u5927\u578b\u793e\u4ea4\u805a\u4f1a\uff1b\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u548c\u82b1\u56ed\u65c1\u914d\u5907\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u5c0f\u53a8\u623f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u4e24\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u666f\u8272\u2014\u2014\u524d\u9762\u662f\u5927\u6d77\uff0c\u540e\u9762\u662f\u68ee\u6797\uff1b\u4e8c\u697c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u95e8\u5eca\u4e0e\u4e3b\u53a8\u623f\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e5f\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u65b9\u4fbf\u65e5\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u90bb\u8fd1\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u9762\u5411\u5927\u6d77\u548c\u5c71\u666f\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u89c6\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

This house has been thought primarily as a holiday house in Spain, where one spends most of the time outdoors enjoying the warm weather. Therefore, the very large porch of almost 100sqm, located under the hovering volumes, is conceived as the heart of the house, where large social gatherings take place. With the proximity of the pool and garden, and equipped with an outdoor kitchenette, one can enjoy the views in both directions, the sea to the front side, the forest to the back. A second porch on the first floor, in connection to the main kitchen, is meant for a more casual daily use. This space is also protected from neighbouring views and open to both sea and mountain views.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u4e92\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u8d77\u5c45\u548c\u7528\u9910\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca5\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u95f4\u4f5c\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5ba2\u623f\uff1b\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u662f\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u6253\u5f00\u6240\u6709\u7684\u95e8\u53c8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u4e92\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5faa\u73af\u6d41\u7ebf\uff1b\u4e8c\u697c\u7684\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u4e0e\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u53a8\u623f\u76f8\u8fde\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f4f\u5b85\u5185\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u516c\u5bd3\u4f7f\u7528\uff1b\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u5367\u5ba4\u90fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e00\u697c\uff0c\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u8fde\uff1b\u6d74\u5ba4\u7a7a\u95f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u843d\u5730\u7a97\uff0c\u5f00\u653e\u53c8\u660e\u4eae\uff1b\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u4f53\u5757\u4e2d\u6709\u8f66\u5e93\u3001\u6d17\u8863\u95f4\u548c\u667e\u8863\u670d\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u7684\u50a8\u7269\u548c\u8bbe\u5907\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The program consists of an interconnected living and dining space and 5 bedrooms, one of them located independently as a guest pavilion. Common spaces are visually independent, however completely interlinked through open thresholds that create fluid circulations. The master bedroom on the first floor is connected with the living room and kitchen, thus functions as an apartment within the house. All other bedrooms are placed on the ground floor in direct connection to the garden and the pool. The bathrooms have been designed as open and bright spaces, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Finally, a detached volume houses a garage, a laundry-room with a patio for hanging clothes and a large storage and installation room.<\/p>\n
