Pascale Girardin<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8499\u7279\u5229\u5c14\u56db\u5b63\u9152\u5e97\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u9ec4\u91d1\u5e7f\u573a\u533a\u7684\u7e41\u534e\u5730\u5e26\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u5165\u9a7b\u4e3a\u8be5\u57ce\u7684\u5f85\u5ba2\u548c\u5a31\u4e50\u65b9\u5f0f\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6539\u53d8\u3002\u8457\u540d\u7684\u8499\u7279\u5229\u5c14\u827a\u672f\u5bb6Pascale Girardin\u4e3a\u8be5\u65b0\u5f00\u4e1a\u7684\u8457\u540d\u9152\u5e97\u521b\u4f5c\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u827a\u672f\u96d5\u5851\u3002<\/p>\n

Acclaimed Montreal artist Pascale Girardin has created an original site-specific sculpture for the newly opened prestigious hotel.<\/p>\n

Suspended in the hotel\u2019s open-air atrium, the sculpture, entitled Contemplation, is a centrepiece, evoking nature in the very heart of the luxury establishment. The work speaks to the artistry that is so richly alive in Montreal, and to the detailed craftsmanship, enriching human stories, colourful detail, and connection to place.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u88c5\u7f6e\u7531\u8f7b\u8d28\u94dd\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u4ee5\u767d\u8272\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8272\u8c03\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8f85\u4ee524k\u9540\u91d1\u88c5\u9970\uff0c\u753190\u591a\u5757\u76f4\u5f84\u4ece30\u5398\u7c73\u52301\u7c73\u4e0d\u7b49\u7684\u82b1\u72b6\u60ac\u6d6e\u7269\u7ec4\u5408\u800c\u6210\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u82b1\u73af\u4ece\u5341\u4e03\u5c42\u60ac\u6302\u81f3\u516b\u5c42\uff0c\u5982\u7011\u5e03\u822c\u7a7f\u8fc7\u4e2d\u5ead\uff0c\u5524\u8d77\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5411\u5f80\uff0c\u6709\u5982\u6625\u5929\u7efd\u653e\u7684\u82b1\u6735\uff0c\u590f\u65e5\u5fae\u98ce\u4e2d\u98d8\u8361\u7684\u82b1\u74e3\uff0c\u79cb\u5929\u7684\u843d\u53f6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u51ac\u5929\u98d8\u843d\u7684\u96ea\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\n

Made of lightweight aluminum, the all-white installation with gilded accents of 24-karat gold is made up of over ninety floral suspensions ranging from thirty centimeters to one meter in diameter. These garlands cascade through the atrium from the seventeenth to the eighth floor, evoking the cycles of nature\u2014the blossoms of spring flowers, the movement of petals adrift on a summer breeze, the spill of autumnal leaves and the lightness of falling snow.<\/p>\n
