Raulino Silva<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aAreia House\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8461\u8404\u7259\u963f\u74e6\u96f7\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u63a5\u8fd1Areia\u6d77\u6ee9\u7684\u57ce\u533aVila do Conde\u3002\u62ff\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u7528\u5730\u8bb8\u53ef\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6b64\u5730\u5efa\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u542b\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\u548c\u4e24\u5c42\u697c\u7684\u72ec\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n

Raulino Silva<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aAreia House is located in \u00c1rvore, in an urban allotment very close to the beach of Areia, Vila do Conde. The urban allotment\u2019s license allows the construction of a basement and two floors for a single-family housing, and also an annex for car parking.<\/p>\n

\u623f\u5b50\u4e1c\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u53d7\u540c\u4e00\u7acb\u9762\u4e2d\u5ead\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e00\u697c\u8bbe\u6709\u9762\u5411\u8857\u9053\u7684\u53a8\u623f\uff0c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u533a\u57df\u8bbe\u6709\u697c\u68af\u3001\u536b\u751f\u95f4\u548c\u50a8\u85cf\u5ba4\u3002\u540e\u9762\u7684\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u9910\u5385\u901a\u8fc7\u6728\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0e\u6cf3\u6c60\u76f8\u8fde\u63a5\u3002<\/p>\n

The main entrance to the house, on the East fa\u00e7ade, is protected by the patio\u2019s volume, suspended in the same fa\u00e7ade. On the ground floor, facing the street, we have the kitchen and in the central area the stairs, the service toilet and the storage. The living and dining room in the back area extends to the pool through a wood deck flooring.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u6cf3\u6c60\u4f4d\u7f6e\u9760\u8fd1\u505c\u8f66\u573a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u9644\u5c5e\u5899\u6765\u5ef6\u957f\u4e86\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u957f\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9690\u85cf\u4e86\u8f66\u5e93\u5927\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n

As the pool is leaning against the annex, the annex wall was extended for the entire length of the pool, hiding the garage gate.<\/p>\n

\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\u8bbe\u6709\u9152\u7a96\u3001\u6280\u672f\u533a\u3001\u6d17\u8863\u623f\u548c\u8fde\u901a\u4e1c\u8fb9\u9732\u53f0\u7684\u7535\u89c6\u5ba4\u3002\u5e26\u6709\u5916\u90e8\u697c\u68af\u7684\u5929\u4e95\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u91c7\u5149\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\u3002<\/p>\n

In the basement floor there’s the wine cellar, the technical area, the laundry room and a TV room, which opens into the east patio. The patio, with exterior stairs, allows the lighting and natural ventilation of the space.<\/p>\n

\u697c\u4e0a\u7684\u4e3b\u5367\u5957\u95f4\u8bbe\u6709\u9762\u5411\u8857\u9053\u7684\u9633\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u95f4\u66f4\u8863\u5ba4\u548c\u4e00\u95f4\u5e26\u9732\u53f0\u7684\u6d74\u5ba4\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u4e24\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6b63\u5bf9\u9762\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u9633\u53f0\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u8863\u5ba4\u3002\u6d74\u5ba4\u4e5f\u7531\u5929\u4e95\u63d0\u4f9b\u65e5\u5e38\u91c7\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n

Upstairs, the master suite with balcony faces the street and has a dressing room and a bathroom with a patio. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite facade, and have also a balcony and a dressing room. The support bathroom is also lit by a patio.<\/p>\n
