Zengcheng used to be the place where gods lived in Chinese myth, and now it is the name for the beautiful district in Guangzhou, which is known as \u201cChina\u2019s Happiest City\u201d and \u201cChina\u2019s Financial Eco City\u201d. Zengcheng is blessed with abundant natural resources, among which the stunning Baishuizhai Waterfall falls down from the high, enshrouding the surroundings with mist. The designer of Poly 335 Financial Center has just drawn inspiration from the mountains, waterfall, cloud and mist, creating a large-scale mixed-use complex in Zengcheng District.<\/p>\n

335\u4e4b\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u662f\u5b83\u540d\u5b57\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5b83\u6240\u6db5\u76d6\u5199\u5b57\u697c\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c335\u4e4b\u4e8e\u589e\u57ce\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5219\u4e3a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u662f\u4ee3\u8868\u6700\u63a5\u8fd1\u4e91\u7aef\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u3002\u589e\u57ce\u4fdd\u5229\u00b7335\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6253\u9020\u7684\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u66f4\u5e03\u5c40TOD\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5904\u4e8e\u5e7f\u56ed\u9ad8\u901f\u9053\u8def\u3001\u589e\u57ce\u5730\u94c1\u53ca\u7a57\u839e\u6df1\u57ce\u8f68\u8f68\u8ff9\u4ea4\u901a\u7684\u4ea4\u754c\u5904\uff0c\u4ee5\u57ce\u5e02\u4ea4\u901a\u67a2\u7ebd\u4e3a\u201c\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u6d3b\u6c34\u201d\uff0c\u5c06\u4eba\u4e0e\u4eba\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u4e00\u8d77\u3002<\/p>\n

The number \u201c335\u201d is not only included in the name of the Financial Center but also suggests the height of the office building, which is poised to become an architectural icon for the region.Set to become the central gathering place for the greater metropolitan area, the new complex is situated on the outer lines of Guangzhou\u2019s subway and rail systems and borders residential neighborhoods and a new regional transit station. The project is conceived as an ideal transportation hub to connect people together.<\/p>\n

At the first sight of the 335 Financial Center, you will find yourself in a fantastic world above the clouds. Ultra wide steps at the entrance are decorated with pink muhlygrass, just like romantic pink clouds.<\/p>\n

The white pavement looks like a waterfall from the sky. Inspired by the scenery of Baishuizhai Scene Spot, a landscaped central plaza is built in the heart of the development. And the white pavement in the atrium reminds visitors of the stunning waterfall.<\/p>\n

Water feature, plants, lights, paths, pavement and plaza are arranged along a zigzag line. Linear and multi-level designs are cleverly combined, connecting flexible landscape spaces and elements to make a deep impression on the visitors.<\/p>\n

\u6574\u4e00\u4e91\u72b6\u88c5\u7f6e\u5411\u5916\u754c\u4f20\u9012\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u201c\u4e91\u7aef\u98de\u7011\u201d\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u70b9\u775b\u4e4b\u7b14\u3002<\/p>\n

Different from the softness and the intangibility of the clouds in the sky, the sculpture is designed with rigid and interlaced lines to form clouds of various sizes, from which mist sprays out to create a romantic atmosphere. Moreover, a \u201cwaterfall\u201d made of metal material falls down from the \u201cclouds\u201d, creating an amazing visual effect.<\/p>\n

This sculpture conveys the idea of \u201ccloud waterfall\u201d and becomes the highlight of the whole development.<\/p>\n

As the basic design elements, cloud is from the sky, while waterfall is on the earth, but they are connected with each other through water.The waterfall is formed by surface water dropping over a cliff, and the cloud is formed by vapor which also comes from surface water. Water evaporates from the waterfall, rains down on the land, and at last pours back to the streams, which forms the ever-lasting circulation of water.<\/p>\n

Poly 335 Financial Center is designed with an indoor-outdoor setting for a vibrant, commercially successful community integrating offices, five-star hotel, high-end shopping mall and luxury residences. The waterfall will lead visitors to experience a dreamlike cozy life.<\/p>\n

\u5c42\u7ea7\u6253\u9020\u843d\u5dee\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u4e0e\u7eff\u690d\u76f8\u8f85\u76f8\u6210\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u5c71\u6da7\u7011\u6d41\u4e00\u6761\u754c\u7834\u9752\u5c71\u8272\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u5929\u7136\u8212\u9002\u7684\u573a\u666f\u3002\u6d3b\u6cfc\u5954\u817e\u7684\u7011\u6d41\uff0c\u6d41\u5411\u7684\u662f\u56f4\u7ed5\u6574\u4e2a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u66f2\u7ebf\u6c34\u666f\uff0c\u6d41\u6dcc\u6210\u6dd9\u6dd9\u6e05\u6c34\u7684\u666f\u81f4\u3002\u7528\u5fc3\u89c2\u671b\u6c34\u666f\u4eff\u5982\u660e\u955c\uff0c\u9752\u7a7a\u4e91\u5f69\u7edf\u7edf\u6620\u4e8e\u6c34\u4e2d\u3002\u6e05\u98ce\u62c2\u8fc7\u6c34\u9762\u6d9f\u6f2a\u8d77\uff0c\u6c34\u4e2d\u4e91\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u4f18\u96c5\u53d8\u5e7b\u3002\u201c\u4e91\u7aef\u6d41\u98de\u7011\uff0c\u6c34\u5e95\u89c1\u9752\u5c71\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n

The design team thus drew inspiration from nature and introduced different forms of water into the landscape: waterfall, splash, stream, etc.<\/p>\n

Cascade water and green plants complement each other, reminding visitors of the image of waterfall dropping from a high mountain. Water falls down and flows around the central plaza, forming a murmuring stream which mirrors the white clouds and the blue sky. The mirror water ripples with a gust of wind, and the clouds in the water will change accordingly.<\/p>\n

In Chinese myths and legends, there is usually a new world behind water curtains. Therefore, the design team has created a tunnel-like open floor that leads to the green rooftop.<\/p>\n

As the main access to the green rooftop and an important space for relaxation, the open floor needs to provide some privacy and comfortable atmosphere at the same time. The final solution is to create a semi-open space, which not only ensures the integration but also presents multiple levels.<\/p>\n
