Mutuus Studio<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0 \u7ecf\u8fc7\u591a\u6b21\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5546\u8ba8\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5c06\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5b9a\u5728\u597d\u83b1\u575e\u5c71\u9876\u7684\u6a61\u6811\u6797\u4e2d\u4e00\u5757\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u533a\u57df\u5185\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u573a\u5730\u73af\u5883\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u7b80\u7ea6\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u8bc9\u6c42\uff0c\u5ba2\u6237\u5e0c\u671b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b0\u5bb6\u5c31\u50cf\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u5f85\u8fc7\u7684\u9601\u697c\u4e00\u6837\u5c0f\u800c\u7cbe\u3002\u572845\uff05\u5761\u5ea6\u5c71\u4f53\u4e0a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u8fd9\u7ed9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n

Mutuus Studio<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0 A bespoke home nestled and perched atop a hill in the oaks in Hollywood hills, the residence was born out of desire for highly considered design within a relatively modest footprint. In consideration of the environment and the desire to simplify, the clients yearned for a smaller footprint for their family residence, much like their New York City Penthouse loft. Inset on a 45 percent slope, the parcel posed a challenge for the design team.<\/p>\n

Taking cues from the clients\u2019 Irish travels and many visits to great castles of Europe, one enters from the top of the site across a wood and steel bridge spanning a secret garden through a monumental bronze door. Always covered, the secret garden connects shafts of light into the guest bath through a skylight, creating the feeling of a protective fortress.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u9752\u94dc\u95e8\u4e0b\u697c\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u8d85\u5927\u7684\u8d77\u5c45\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5411\u5927\u793c\u5802\u81f4\u656c\u3002\u4e00\u7ec4\u9ed1\u94a2\u80e1\u6843\u6728\u8d34\u9762\u8df3\u8272\u9ec4\u94dc\u6a71\u67dc\u6784\u6210\u53a8\u623f\u4e3b\u8981\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u7126\u7cd6\u8272\u76ae\u6905\u548c\u82ac\u6069\u00b7\u6731\u5c14\u9910\u684c\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u9910\u5385\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e2d\u95f4\u5706\u5f62\u7684\u6df1\u8272\u58c1\u7089\u5de7\u5999\u5206\u9694\u4e86\u53a8\u623f\u548c\u5ba2\u5385\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Through the threshold and down the stair, guests are welcomed into a primary living space, an homage to the sense of arrival to a great hall.The kitchen area is made of blackened steel and walnut veneered cabinets with brass accents. The dining area is made up of caramel leather chairs and Finn Juhl dining table and features a circular, dark central hearth acting as a subtle separative element between the kitchen and living area.<\/p>\n

\u5ba2\u5385\u91cc\u6446\u6ee1\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u5404\u6837\u7684\u624b\u5de5\u827a\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u975e\u6d32\u9762\u5177\u3001\u5c0f\u7684 Daro \u9752\u94dc\u684c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u50cf\u4ece\u513f\u65f6\u9aa8\u6298\u540e\u56fa\u5b9a\u7528\u7684\u77f3\u818f\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

The living area is filled with eclectic artifacts featuring African masks, a willy Daro bronze table, and cast from a childhood bone break displayed like a relic. Light pours into the space through the black steel Brombal windows.<\/p>\n
