Hill landscape<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0 Hainan Xinbu Island, located in the Meilan District of the golden coastline of Haikou, is the estuary of the Strait of Qiongzhou with a fame of the legendary sea vein. Country Garden \u00b7 Central Peninsula is situated at the northernmost end of Xinbu Island as well at the estuary of Nandu River, occupying a majority of the island. Relying on the goal of \u201ca high-end coastal comprehensive development zone” of Xinbu Island, the project’s integral planning integrates the sea, bay, river, island, and garden into the grand nature and perfectly creates a large-scale commercial complex of a coastal holiday resort that celebrates a seashore lifestyle. It will create the world’s leading ecological CBD in the future, establish a world-class zero-carbon new city, and define a neo-urban life in modern cities.<\/p>\n

The Haikou Country Garden Central Peninsula project is located on the main axis of urban development, possessing superior resources. It is another strategic work on Country Garden’s seashore life blueprint. It is dedicated to creating an internationally renowned private peninsula in the ocean city: hide the vision in the hearts and access to a new height on the mountain of a peninsula life.<\/p>\n

\u5e0c\u5c14\u666f\u89c2\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5145\u5206\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u7efc\u5408\u9879\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u89c4\u5212\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5ea6\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u5c06\u65c5\u6e38\u4ea7\u4e1a\u548c\u4f4f\u5b85\u4ea7\u4e1a\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u65c5\u6e38\u5730\u4ea7\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u6ce8\u91cd\u4ee5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5e26\u52a8\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u547d\u529b\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u9002\u5408\u4f11\u95f2\u5ea6\u5047\u3001\u751f\u6001\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5c9b\u5c45\u65b0\u5e02\u9547\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u751f\u6001\u5065\u5eb7\u5ea6\u5047\u5c9b\u5c45\u7684\u65b0\u5e02\u9547\u3002<\/p>\n

Through a thoughtful analysis of the site, the HILLscape team brought up an innovative design in terms of project zoning, combined with the tourism and residential industry to create a brand new urban tourism real estate image. \u5728\u6ee8\u6d77\u666f\u89c2\u5e26\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e0c\u5c14\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u6574\u5408\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u7801\u5934\u7b49\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5f15\u7533\u51fa\u201c\u6298\u7ebf\u201d\u4e0e\u201c\u6c34\u6ce2\u201d\u5f62\u5f0f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u573a\u5730\u9020\u578b\u7684\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u5c06\u6d77\u7ebf\u3001\u6ce2\u5fc3\u3001\u9c7c\u7fa4\u7b49\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u63d0\u53d6\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u201c\u9c7c\u884c\u4e0a\u5cb8\u201d\u7684\u521b\u610f\uff0c\u5de7\u5999\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u666f\u89c2\u5e8f\u5217\u8868\u73b0\u3001\u94fa\u88c5\u53f0\u9636\u3001\u6d77\u6ee8\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u4e2d\uff0c\u5851\u9020\u51fa\u7b80\u6d01\u6d41\u7545\u3001\u6781\u5bcc\u97f5\u5f8b\u7684\u96d5\u5851\u808c\u7406\u7f8e\u611f\uff0c\u5c06\u6d77\u6d0b\u98ce\u60c5\u8bd9\u8c10\u5730\u70b9\u7f00\u4e8e\u666f\u89c2\u5c0f\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u6784\u7b51\u73b0\u4ee3\u611f\u5341\u8db3\u7684\u6ee8\u6d77\u5e26\u72b6\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u65f6\u65f6\u5904\u5904\u8425\u9020\u60ec\u610f\u4f11\u95f2\u7684\u5ea6\u5047\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

In the planning and design of the coastal landscape zone, the HILLscape design team integrated elements such as infrastructure, architecture, and wharf, and extended the “fold line” and “water wave” as the tone of the site pattern. Extracting from the sea line, wave heart, fish and other marine life, HILLscape put forward the idea of “fishing ashore” and cleverly applied to landscape sequence performance, paving steps, seaside walkways, creating the beauty of a simple and smooth, rhythmic sculpture texture, humorously embellishing the marine style in the landscape, establishing a modern coastal landscape belt, and making a comfortable and relaxing holiday atmosphere everywhere.<\/p>\n
