MC A<\/strong><\/a>: Over the past three decades, Accra, the capital of Ghana, has developed rapidly and is known as the “Gate of West Africa”. The Airport City is a new development area with convenient transportation location, shiny new high-rise buildings and numerous shopping which becomes an important part of Accra’s new urban network. As the emerging oil industry and service industry continue to grow, Accra’s demand for building office and commercial experience buildings with international standards is also increasing. The One Airport Square project came into being. Its design is not only to meet this demand, but also redefines Ghana’s standards for green building and future expectation. As an ecological landmark in Accra, it symbolizes the city’s innovation and development. The project was completed in 2015 and is the first Ghana 4-star (design stage) building awarded by the Green Building Council South African (GBCSA) and the first commercial building in West Africa to receive green certification.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u53ca\u5176\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u8fdb\u884c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6c14\u5019\u548c\u5730\u5f62\u3001\u592a\u9633\u89d2\u5ea6\u548c\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5f53\u5730\u4f20\u7edf\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u897f\u975e\u529e\u516c\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u6807\u6746\u3002\u8363\u83b72012\u975e\u6d32\u56fd\u9645\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5956\uff1a\u6700\u4f73\u529e\u516c\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

Under the research of site, surroundings, climate, terrain, the angle and direction of the sun, and the local traditional culture, the design of One Airport Square is a standard for a new generation of office buildings in West Africa. It Won the 2012 African International Real Estate Award: Best Office Building.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u7f8e\u5b66\u5143\u7d20\u53ca\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u827a\u672f\u53ca\u5178\u578b\u68d5\u6988\u6811\u6811\u76ae\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u53d1\u5c55\u7b56\u7565\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u89e3\u51b3\u6c14\u5019\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u548c\u5e03\u5c40\u7531\u591a\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u57fa\u4e8e\u5ba2\u6237\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd0\u7528\u521b\u9020\u6027\u7684\u601d\u7ef4\u63d0\u51fa\u6700\u5408\u7406\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

The aesthetic elements and design of the building are inspired by local traditional art and typical palm tree bark forms, and are closely linked with environmental development strategies to provide feasible solutions to climate problems. The form and layout of the building are designed by a multi-disciplinary design team based on the customer’s function, structure and energy needs, using creative thinking to propose the most reasonable design plan.<\/p>\n

One Airport Square\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u7531\u9996\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\u4ee5\u53ca\u897f\u5357\u4fa7\u5341\u5c42\u9ad8\u7684\u529e\u516c\u5854\u697c\u548c\u5e7f\u573a\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u603b\u5efa\u7b51\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe17000\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u573a\u5730\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5f62\u72b6\u548c\u5730\u5f62\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u5c06\u5854\u697c\u5b89\u6392\u5728\u573a\u5730\u897f\u5357\u4fa7\u3002\u516c\u5171\u5e7f\u573a\u9762\u5411\u573a\u5730\u4e1c\u5317\u90e8\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u8ba9\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\uff08\u5982\u5546\u5e97\u3001\u9910\u9986\u3001\u81ea\u52a9\u9910\u5385\u7b49\u8bbe\u65bd\uff09\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u8fdb\u884c\u73af\u72b6\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u4e00\u4f17\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u8131\u9896\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u4e3a\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u505a\u51fa\u91cd\u5927\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u9053\u5fb7\uff0c\u6587\u5316\u654f\u611f\u6027\u548c\u73af\u5883\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u6811\u7acb\u699c\u6837\u3002<\/p>\n

One Airport Square is a multi-functional complex consisting of a first-floor commercial district and a 10-storey office tower and plaza on the southwest side, with a total floor area of \u200b\u200b17,000 square meters. Considering the unique shape and topographical characteristics of the site, the tower is arranged on the southwest side of the site. The public plaza is open to the northeast of the venue, allowing commercial activties(such as shops, restaurants, cafeterias and other facilities) to be arranged in a circular layout. The project stands out from the crowd, making a significant contribution to the surrounding community and landscape, and setting an example in terms of ethics, cultural sensitivity and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n

\u5e73\u9762\u5e03\u5c40 Layout<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u5e73\u9762\u6b63\u597d\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u94fa\u8bbe\u7684\u5730\u9762\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\u76f8\u8fde\u5e76\u901a\u5411\u5e7f\u573a\u4e0a\u5c42\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u5165\u529e\u516c\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\u57df\u3002\u4e00\u5bf9\u81ea\u52a8\u6276\u68af\u76f4\u63a5\u901a\u5411\u5730\u4e0b\u4e24\u5c42\u697c\u7684\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u5730\u4e0b\u697c\u5c42\uff0c\u5728\u914d\u7f6e\u4e0a\u4e5f\u8003\u8651\u5230\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u7279\u5f81\u5e76\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u6280\u672f\u6765\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6297\u9707\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u963f\u514b\u62c9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u5730\u65b9\u9ad8\u5730\u9707\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e3a\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u975e\u6d32\u6700\u65e9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6297\u9707\u7ed3\u6784\u5efa\u9020\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

The irregular plan of the building exactly reflects the topographical characteristics of the site. The paved ground is connected to the street and leads to the main entrance of the building on the upper square, which can enter the office and commercial areas. A pair of escalators lead directly to the two-story underground parking lot. Even for the underground floors, the topographical characteristics of the site are taken into consideration in the configuration and the seismic structure is designed using modern technology. In fact, Accra is a city characterized by local high seismic activity, which is also one of the earliest buildings in Africa designed with seismic structures.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u5e7f\u573a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3e\u529e\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u827a\u672f\u4f5c\u54c1\u6c38\u4e45\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u5c55\u89c8\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7ed3\u5408\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65e5\u591c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u573a\u5730\u7684\u751f\u547d\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

The spacious square of the building can hold various events, and can also be used as an exhibition space for permanent installations of art works. At the same time, combined with the implementation of commercial activities, it can help activate the vitality of the venue day and night.<\/p>\n
