ASPECT Studios<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u7531ASPECT Studios\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6089\u5c3c\u8fbe\u4ee4\u5e7f\u573a\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u73b0\u5df2\u5efa\u6210\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u7531Lendlease\uff08\u8054\u5b9e\u96c6\u56e2\uff09\u5f00\u53d1\u6253\u9020\uff0c\u5c06\u4f4f\u5b85\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u96f6\u552e\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u793e\u533a\u8bbe\u65bd\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u56f4\u7ed5\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fbe\u4ee4\u5e7f\u573a\u7531\u539f\u6765\u7684\u6089\u5c3c\u5a31\u4e50\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u6539\u9020\u800c\u6765\uff0c\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u7115\u7136\u4e00\u65b0\u7684\u8fbe\u4ee4\u6e2f\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u5357\u9762\u3002Lendlease\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u4e8e2014\u5e74\u5e95\u4e3a\u8fd9\u5757\u516c\u5171\u5e7f\u573a\u548c\u76f8\u90bb\u7684\u5df7\u9053\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u6982\u5ff5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7ade\u8d5b\u3002ASPECT Studios\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6700\u7ec8\u65a9\u83b7\u7b2c\u4e00\u540d\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u968f\u540eLendlease\u7684\u59d4\u6258\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u8fbe\u4ee4\u5e7f\u573a\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6df1\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

ASPECT Studios<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0Public realm of Darling Square which was designed by ASPECT Studios is unveiled in Sydney. The mixed use precinct, being developed by Lendlease, brings together residential, commercial, retail uses and community facilities, anchored around a new public square.<\/p>\n

Darling Square sits on the site of the former Entertainment Centre and car park, south of the revitalised Darling Harbour Live precinct. Recognising the potential of the site, Lendlease ran a limited design ideas competition to develop new concepts for the design of the public square and adjacent laneway. ASPECT Studios won the competitive process in late 2014 and was subsequently engaged by Lendlease to develop the design for the public domain across Darling Square.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u518d\u6b21\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u5730\u6807\u534f\u8c03\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u516c\u5171\u5e7f\u573a\u4e3a\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u884c\u4eba\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u7684\uff0c\u7531\u57ce\u5e02\u8857\u533a\u3001\u5df7\u9053\u548c20\u7c73\u5bbd\u7684\u6797\u836b\u6b65\u9053\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\u8def\u7f51\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6539\u9020\u540e\u7684\u8fbe\u4ee4\u5e7f\u573a\u5448\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u878d\u5408\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u827a\u672f\u3001\u996e\u98df\u548c\u6587\u5316\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u670d\u52a1\u4e8e\u5468\u8fb9\u7ea64200\u540d\u5c45\u6c11\u30012500\u540d\u4e0a\u73ed\u65cf\u300160\u591a\u5bb6\u96f6\u552e\u548c\u9910\u996e\u5e97\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6e90\u6e90\u4e0d\u65ad\u5438\u5f15\u7740\u5404\u5730\u6e38\u5ba2\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u3002<\/p>\n

With a renewed sense of place and position, urban connections are forged, realigning and reconverging the city with its prior landscape and landmarks. The precinct includes a strong, pedestrian-focused network of city streets, laneways and the 20-metre-wide pedestrian boulevard bisecting the ground plane, with the public square as the focal point.<\/p>\n

Darling Square embodies a new urban typology, fusing landscape, architecture, art, food and culture. It is home to 4,200 residents, 2,500 workers, and more than 60 retail and food stores, attracting visitors and locals alike.<\/p>\n
