Ixora Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6cf0\u56fd\u524d\u9996\u90fd\u901a\u5e03\u91cc\u7701\u3002\u81ea\u65e9\u671f\u7684Rattanakosin\u65f6\u4ee3\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8be5\u7701\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u534e\u88d4\u6cf0\u56fd\u4eba\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u805a\u5c45\u5730\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u901a\u5e03\u91cc\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u539f\u59cb\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u793e\u533a\u805a\u96c6\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u904d\u5e03\u7740\u590d\u6742\u7684\u8fd0\u6cb3\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u786e\u7acb\u4e86\u4ee5\u201c\u65b0\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u901a\u5e03\u91cc\u6cb3\u793e\u533a\u201d\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u666f\u89c2\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u878d\u5408\u901a\u5e03\u91cc\u4eba\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\/\u8fd0\u6cb3\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u9002\u5e94\u73b0\u4ee3\u66fc\u8c37\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

Ixora Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Parkland Charan Sanitwong \u2013 Pinklao is situated in the Thonburi Province where known a previous capital city of Thailand be- fore Bangkok. The province has been a major settlement for the Chinese-Thai inherit community since the early Rattanakosin era. Thonburi is also known as an one of the original agricultural community area where there was a complex network of klongs all over the area.\u00a0By the character of the area, the main landscape concept has been set up as the “Re-Juvenation of the Thonburi River Community” which is aiming to adopt a river\/klong lifestyle of the Thonburi people to a present-day living style for the Bangkok people.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7531\u8fce\u6c5f\u5e7f\u573a\u3001Baan Suan\u690d\u7269\u56ed\u3001\u591c\u95f4\u516c\u56ed\u300150\u7c73\u7684\u5355\u5708\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u671b\u6c5f\u548c\u5c4b\u9876\u5168\u666f\u9732\u53f0\u7ec4\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u524d\u573a\u7684\u8fce\u6c5f\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u590d\u5236\u8fc7\u53bb\u901a\u5e03\u91cc\u4eba\u9760\u8239\u53ea\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u6253\u5f00\u4e86\u901a\u5f80\u4e3b\u5efa\u7b51\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f11\u61a9\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u66f4\u4e3aBRT\u7ad9\u4e0b\u7684Charansanitwong\u8def\u7684\u884c\u4eba\/\u901a\u52e4\u8005\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u826f\u597d\u7684\u901a\u98ce\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002<\/p>\n

The project consists of the River Welcoming Plaza, Baan Suan Botanical Garden, Night Park, along with 50m \u2013 Lap Pool, the River Pavilion, and the Panoramic View Terrace on the top of the building.<\/p>\n

Starting with the front River Welcoming plaza where is aiming to replicate the past lifestyle when Thonburi people still communed by boats. The plaza also opens a visual lead to the entry of the main building. Also, as a main open space of the area, the plaza is providing ventilation of fresh air for pedestrians\/commuters on the Charansanitwong road underneath the BRT Station.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0a\u90e8\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c42\u8bbe\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u4e09\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u7ea61500\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u957f50\u7c73\u7684\u5355\u5708\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u72ec\u7acb\u513f\u7ae5\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u671b\u6c5f\u4ead\u3001\u6d3b\u52a8\u8349\u576a\u3001\u5ba4\u5916\u4f11\u606f\u533a\u548c\u9999\u6c34\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

On the Upper Facility Floor, the project is providing a sufficient facility to facilitate residents from approx. 1,500 units from three towers such as 50M lap swimming pool, separate children pool, the River Pavilion, Event Lawn, Outdoor Sitting Pods, and passive scent garden.<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5c4b\u9876\u5c42\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u4e0b\u5c42\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8bbe\u65bd\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u5168\u666f\u9732\u53f0\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5168\u666f\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b180\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u5411\u5357\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u8d70\u5eca\u4ee5\u53caRama VIII\u6865\u3002<\/p>\n

Furthermore, there is a Panoramic View Terrace on the rooftop floor where connected with the Sky Facilities a floor below. This Panoramic View Terrace provides more than 180 degrees of the view looking south to the Chaophraya river corridor and the Rama VIII Bridge.<\/p>\n
