TOPSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>: \u00a0\u00a0The urban civilization of Shijiazhuang emerged from railway transportation, and before that it was mainly supported by the industrial energy industry. With the urban population exceeded 10 million in 2010, the lack of urban human spatial planning for public landscapes is becoming increasingly contradictory. In recent years, the government has invested heavily in improving the livable city pattern. The project located in the outside the Second Ring Road, on the east side of Xincheng Street. Traffic from all directions needs to pass through Xincheng Avenue to enter the venue. Our mission is to design public spaces with commercial attributes. The residential areas of the five plots in the future will mainly rely on this commercial street to enter and the living facilities will also depend on this. How to let this commercial street become a pleasing public space in the future and how to guide people to gather and enjoy our topic park could be the two mainly questions that we ask ourselves at the very beginning of the design. The name of CIFI EPOCH (as a Gift Park) is an emotional refinement. The client turns the designer’s ideal into reality, and ultimately returns to the people in the city. Such accomplishment makes the “gift” itself have practical significance.<\/p>\n

\u80cc\u8d1f\u7740\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u201d\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4efb\u52a1\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\uff0c\u770b\u4f3c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u8083\u7684\u547d\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u751f\u6d3b\u91cc\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ece\u6765\u90fd\u662f\u6709\u8da3\u7684\uff0c\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6a21\u578b\u63a8\u6572\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u57fa\u672c\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u573a\u6240\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5927\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u4e0b\u6c89\u7ed3\u6784\u589e\u52a0\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u53ef\u73a9\u6027\u3002\u5c06\u8425\u9500\u4f53\u9a8c\u52a8\u7ebf\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u53c2\u4e0e\u52a8\u7ebf\u533a\u522b\u5f00\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e24\u6761\u5e76\u884c\u7684\u8def\u7f51\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u610f\u4e49\u548c\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n

In the progress of modeling, the spatial relationship of the space is determined. The sinking structure is used to increase the playability of the space. There are two separated parallel road structures in the space: the marketing experience dynamic line and the urban playable space dynamic line. This road structure will give the space more meanings and contents.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u793c\u7269\u516c\u56ed\u201d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u7684\u8d77\u70b9\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u9053\u8def\u8f6c\u89d2\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u9014\u7ecf\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u98d8\u5e26\u6865\u8fc7\u5883\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u5a31\u4e50\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0b\u6c89\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u5165\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6784\u56fe\u81ea\u7136\u6d41\u7545\u7684\u5212\u5206\u4e86\u4e0b\u6c89\u513f\u7ae5\u5929\u5730\u548c\u6cbf\u5546\u4e1a\u7684\u6811\u684c\u4f11\u61a9\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

As the starting point of the commercial street, the CIFI EPOSCH is also the urban public space at the corner of the road.
\nPasserby can through the park by the streamer bridge or they can enter through the sinking space into the children’s world. Through the composition, the sinking children\u2019s world and the commercial tree table garden are divided into two parts.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u57ce\u5e02\u9053\u8def\u770b\u5411\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u5730\u6807\u6027\u7684\u98d8\u5e26\u6865\u4e5f\u517c\u5177\u57ce\u5e02\u96d5\u5851\u7684\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u9762\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u8212\u6717\u5c55\u5f00\u3002<\/p>\n

From the city road to the park, the landmark streamer bridge also has the meaning of urban sculpture.<\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u6865\u53ca\u6ed1\u68af\u7684\u7070\u7a7a\u95f4\u521b\u9020\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u6d3b\u52a8\u533a\uff0c\u914d\u7f6e\u6865\u4e0b\u79cb\u5343\u3001\u6447\u6447\u76d8\u7b49\u504f\u5411\u4e8e\u4e92\u52a8\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u6781\u81f4\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u4f53\u9a8c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n
