HWA<\/strong><\/a>: \u00a0The project is located in the city development focus, “Future Science and Technology City”, on the development axis of Wenyi West Road and Provincial Highway 02, between the core of the future Science and Technology City and the green heart of Nanhu Lake, which has a supreme location advantage. According to the overall planning of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City in 2018, the project site is a newly added key area and is adjacent to multiple natural landscapes (Nanhu Park, Xixi Wetland, Liangchu, Xihu Scenic Area) within 10KM, with superior ecological landscape resources. It is close to Metro Line 5 Jinxing Station and Metro Line 3 Intercity Railway Station. Many subway lines are adjacent to each other and the traffic is convenient.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u4f01\u4e1a\u603b\u90e8\u53ca\u4ea7\u4e1a\u56ed\u533a\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u201c\u53cc\u73af\u9a71\u52a8\uff0c\u805a\u521b\u672a\u6765\u201d\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u201c\u53cc\u73af\u201d\u4e3a\u4ee5\u603b\u90e8\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u56db\u4e2a\u5ead\u9662\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u73af\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7531\u4ea7\u4e1a\u56ed\u4e00\u4e8c\u671f\u548c\u6ee8\u6cb3\u666f\u89c2\u5e26\u5171\u540c\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u751f\u6001\u6d3b\u529b\u5916\u73af\u3002\u53cc\u73af\u7d27\u6263\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u5f00\u653e\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u751f\u6001\uff0c\u4ea4\u4e92\u667a\u80fd\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u5feb\u6377\u7684\u667a\u6167\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u5f15\u9886\u521b\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u4ea7\u4e1a\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

The corporate headquarters and industrial park project is based on the design concept of “Driven by the double-ring, gathering the future”. “Double-ring” is a core inner ring composed of four courtyards with the headquarters as the core, and an ecologically active outer ring composed of the first and second phases of the industrial park and the riverfront landscape belt. \u201cDouble-ring\u201d is closely linked to creating an open and sharing, green and ecological, interactively intelligent, efficient, and smart landscape, leading the future of the innovative technology industry.<\/p>\n

\u5185\u90e8\u5ead\u9662\u6784\u5efa\u603b\u90e8\u5185\u73af\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u901a\u9014\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u73af\u5883\u73b0\u72b6\u7684\u6355\u6349\uff0c\u5206\u4e3a\u672a\u6765\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u6c34\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u5c71\u5ead\u9662\u548c\u5929\u7a7a\u5ead\u9662\u56db\u4e2a\u4e3b\u9898\u5ead\u9662\u3002\u4ea7\u4e1a\u56ed\u533a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u636e\u573a\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u65f6\u95f4\u6bb5\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5229\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u884c\u4e3a\u5206\u6790\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u62ec\u6237\u5916\u5348\u9910\uff0c\u6237\u5916\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u8fd0\u52a8\u5065\u8eab\uff0c\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e3e\u529e\u53ca\u4ea4\u53cb\u653e\u677e\u5728\u5185\u7684\u9488\u5bf9\u5185\u90e8\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u534a\u79c1\u5bc6\u7a7a\u95f4\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

The inner courtyard constructs the inner ring space of the headquarters. The design inspiration comes from the surrounding environment. It is divided into four themed courtyards: future courtyard, water courtyard, mountain courtyard, and sky courtyard. The design of the industrial park is mainly based on the time using the period and space utilization method of the site. Through the analysis of the time behavior of the users, the landscape design needs to provide internal personnel with functions of semi-private space including outdoor lunches, outdoor meetings, sports and fitness, events, and friend relaxation.<\/p>\n

\u4e1c\u4fa7\u672a\u6765\u5ead\u9662\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fde\u63a5\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e7f\u573a\u627f\u62c5\u4eba\u6d41\u96c6\u6563\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u540c\u65f6\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u7528\u4f01\u4e1aLOGO\u8fde\u63a5\u5730\u9762\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u7a81\u51fa\u8be5\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u4f01\u4e1a\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u79d1\u6280\u611f\u5341\u8db3\u3002\u53f3\u4fa7\u8054\u8c0a\u5ead\u9662\u670d\u52a1\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u4e2d\u4f1a\u8bae\u62a5\u544a\u5385\uff0c\u5c06\u4f1a\u8bae\u4ea4\u6d41\u529f\u80fd\u4ece\u5ba4\u5185\u5ef6\u5c55\u81f3\u5ba4\u5916\u3002\u672a\u6765\u5ead\u9662\u786c\u8d28\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u5c40\u90e8\u6797\u836b\u7eff\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

As a connection to the main entrance, the future courtyard on the east side is designed as a multi-functional central plaza for crowd distribution. The plaza can also be used to organize events. We connect the ground and the building facade with the corporate logo, highlighting the Internet corporate culture and creating a sense of science and technology. The Friendship Courtyard on the right serves the conference hall, extending the conference communication function from indoor to outdoor. The future courtyard is mainly hardscape area, with partial planting.<\/p>\n
