\u672c\u6b21\u5448\u73b0\u4e3a\u201c\u4e07\u79d1\u00b7\u6d77\u4e0a\u90fd\u4f1a\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c55\u793a\u533a\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u5c55\u793a\u672a\u6765\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u590d\u5408\u793e\u533a\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u529f\u80fd\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u6b65\u884c\u8857\u533a\u4e3a\u5e95\u76d8\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u94fe\u63a5\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u590d\u5408\u793e\u533a\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u5728\u672a\u6765\u5168\u533a\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u5c06\u5448\u73b0\u66f4\u7cbe\u5f69\u3001\u66f4\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6b21\u5b9e\u9645\u7684\u63a2\u7d22\u4e0e\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u91cd\u6784\u6d3b\u529b\u793e\u533a\u4e0e\u8857\u533a\u3001\u4f4f\u533a\u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u4f4f\u533a\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\u3001\u4f4f\u533a\u4e0e\u672a\u6765\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4e3a\u6253\u9020\u590d\u5408\u7684\u201c\u4e50\u6d3b\u201d\u7efc\u5408\u672a\u6765\u793e\u533a\u5448\u73b0\u6837\u677f\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5c55\u793a\u533a\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u827a\u672f\u4eab\u53d7\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u662f\u5851\u9020\u8857\u533a\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3001\u9b45\u529b\u53ca\u4eba\u6587\u5173\u6000\uff0c\u5e26\u7ed9\u4eba\u4eec\u5f88\u591a\u53ef\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5171\u4eab\u4ea4\u6d41\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5145\u6ee1\u9b45\u529b\u7684\u3001\u878d\u5408\u7684\u3001\u6709\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6709\u5f52\u5c5e\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

T.Workshop<\/strong><\/a>: \u00a0This project is in the New City of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, with a green belt along the river in the east of the project and a historical relic (Jizu Bridge) in the southeast. Surrounding the project are residential communities, business circles and industrial parks, having rich commercial activities. This project rose in response to creating more shared urban public space to make it co-existing with cities and business and form a complete ecosystem to realize constant and integrated growth, by exploring how to integrate communities and roads to maximally melt the boundary between the community and the city based on Ningbo Vanke’s comprehensive community development concept of coexisting multiple commercial activities.<\/p>\n

The public space exhibition area of \u201cVanke Marine Metropolis\u201d as presented this time is to show part of the functional areas of the future open compound community. Based on the open pedestrian block, it creates a multi-functional compound community connecting with the city, and will provide more exciting and abundant content in the future design of the whole district. Connection between vibrant communities and neighborhoods, housing estates and commercial circles, housing estates and streets, and housing estates and future life has been reconstructed through this exploration and practice, thereby giving an example for creating the comprehensive and compound future community-\u201cEnjoyable Lives\u201d. Regarding the exhibition area, what the design team focused is beyond the artistic enjoyment of the space, but more on the vitality, charm and humane care of the block. More shared urban spaces in which people can get involved will be offered to build a charming, integrated, and warm urban community with strong sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u73b0\u4ee3\u611f\u51e0\u4f55\u5757\u9762\u7ec4\u6210\u7cbe\u795e\u5821\u5792\u53ca\u76f4\u7ebf\u6761\u8349\u9636\u5f62\u6210\u7b80\u6d01\u5927\u6c14\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u754c\u9762\u662d\u793a\u6027\u5f3a\uff1b\u6d45\u8272\u94fa\u88c5\u548c\u67cf\u6cb9\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u5f3a\u70c8\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4ece\u5165\u53e3\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6545\u4e8b\u611f\u7684\u5730\u9762\u753b\u7ebf\u5f15\u5bfc\u4eba\u4eec\u8fdb\u5165\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u9884\u793a\u7740\u5373\u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u4e00\u573a\u63a2\u7d22\u672a\u6765\u548c\u661f\u7a7a\u7684\u65c5\u884c\u5373\u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n

A simple and elegant entrance space is made by a spiritual fortress made up with modern geometric pictures and straight grass steps. The city interface is highly visible. And strong contrast arises from the light-colored pavement design and asphalt. Meanwhile, the ground lines in the form of story will guide people into specific places from the entrance, indicating that a journey to explore the future and the starry sky is about to begin.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u5165\u53e3\u5373\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u6cbf\u8f66\u884c\u9053\u8def\u4e00\u76f4\u5ef6\u7533\u81f3\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u7684\u5730\u9762\u51e0\u4f55\u53ca\u6587\u5b57\u56fe\u6848\uff0c\u8d2f\u7a7f\u6574\u4e2a\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u7684\uff0c\u6307\u5f15\u4eba\u4eec\u53bb\u63a2\u7d22\u201c\u661f\u6d77\u201d\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u672a\u77e5\u7684\u5965\u79d8\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u53d1\u73b0\u672a\u6765\u65b0\u7684\u793e\u533a\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

The ground geometry and words make-up pictures extend throughout the whole exhibition area, from the entrance to the parking lot along the roadway, guiding people to explore the \u201cstar-sea\u201d and the unknown, and discovering the new community lifestyle in the future.<\/p>\n

\u534a\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u56f4\u5408\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u906e\u836b\u51c9\u4ead\uff0c\u627f\u8f7d\u5ba4\u5916\u4f1a\u5ba2\u3001\u90bb\u91cc\u4ea4\u6d41\u7b49\u7684\u793e\u533a\u573a\u666f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u6bcf\u5f53\u5915\u9633\u897f\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u5c06\u662f\u90bb\u91cc\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u7edd\u4f73\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u590f\u591c\u7684\u661f\u7a7a\u4e0b\uff0c\u542c\u7237\u7237\u8bb2\u6545\u4e8b\u5c31\u66fe\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u2026<\/p>\n

The semi-private enclosed space with shaded pavilion will be the place for outdoor reception, neighborhood communication, etc., a great place for neighbors to interact with each other whenever the sun goes down, just as where our grandpa told us stories under the starry night in summer.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7ec4\u5408\u6784\u67b6\u7ed3\u5408\u4e0b\u6c89\u5730\u5f62\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u8ba9\u573a\u5730\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u66f4\u591a\u6837\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u627e\u5230\u5c5e\u4e8e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u8bbe\u65bd\u53ca\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u534a\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8ba9\u573a\u6240\u5145\u6ee1\u5b89\u201c\u5708\u201d\u611f\uff0c\u65c1\u8fb9\u7684\u89c2\u666f\u770b\u53f0\u517c\u987e\u770b\u62a4\u548c\u4f11\u61a9\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

The design that combines multi-functional framework and sunken terrain could provide diverse functions to allow youths of different ages to find their own facilities. The semi-enclosed space helps people have a sense of security, and the viewing platform next to it is for caring and resting.<\/p>\n
