We believe that further expansion could be alleviated with densification. Before looking beyond the city edge, it should first be ensured, the centre is fully utilised. Pockets of under developed land within the city that are deemed too difficult or unprofitable could be developed with pragmatic architecture.<\/p>\n Located at the heart of the city centre, the site was an abandoned plot accessed via a deep contrived 6 meters wide alley that narrows towards the site entrance. In order to develop the site , part of the land was given back to the public to ensure the alley width is in compliance with planning regulations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u5173\u952e\u8981\u7d20\u662f\u52a1\u5b9e\u5730\u5904\u7406\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u573a\u5730\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5e76\u521b\u5efa\u4f4f\u623f\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u66fc\u8c37\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u6807\u6746\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u9075\u5faa\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u6392\u5c4b\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u623f\u5c4b\u4f4d\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u7684\u4e24\u4fa7\u3002<\/p>\n The key element of the scheme is to approach regulations and site limitations pragmatically, and create a housing development which sets the standard for quality of living in Bangkok. The project follows the standard row-housing model, with houses positioned on either side of the site.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u4f46\u662f\u5728\u4e24\u5ea7\u6392\u5c4b\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee3\u66ff\u5bfb\u5e38\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u7684\u4e2d\u592e\u9053\u8def\u7684\u662f\u6574\u6574\u4e00\u4e2a1 Rai\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u516c\u56ed\u4f9b\u90bb\u5c45\u95f2\u901b\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002\u671f\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2d\u592e\u7eff\u6d32\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u7d27\u5bc6\u8054\u7cfb\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u9053\u8def\u964d\u4f4e1.5 m\u5e76\u62ac\u9ad8\u7eff\u8272\u5ead\u9662\u6240\u5728\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c421.2\u7c73\u6807\u9ad8\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n However in place of a central road, at Quarter 39 between the houses lies a 1 Rai recreational park for neighbours to mingle. The central oasis promises to foster a close knit community that is a focal point of the whole development. This was achieved by lowering the road by 1.5m and raising by 1.2 m, the first floor where the green courtyard is located.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u5efa\u7b51\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u7531\u5939\u5c42\u73bb\u7483\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u68af\u5f62\u906e\u9633\u677f\u7fc5\u7247\u6846\u8d77\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u4f9b\u906e\u9633\u6548\u679c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u3002\u5185\u90e8\u529f\u80fd\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u9690\u79c1\u662f\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u906e\u9633\u677f\u7684\u9891\u7387\u4f1a\u9010\u6e10\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u90fd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8f66\u5e93\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u623f\u578b\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u53ef\u5bb9\u7eb33-4\u8f86\u6c7d\u8f66\uff0c\u9002\u5408\u4e2d\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002\u4e09\u697c\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u79c1\u4eba\u5185\u90e8\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u63a5\u6536\u9633\u5149\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u95f4\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n The fa\u00e7ade is composed of laminated glass framed by trapezoidal shaped concrete fins that provides solar shading as well as added privacy. Internal functions dictate the fa\u00e7ade rhythm, where privacy is preferred, the fins increase infrequency. Each unit is designed with an ample garage capable of parking 3-4 cars \u2013depending on unit type \u2013appropriate for a midsize urban family. There is a private internal court on the third floor for natural ventilation and lighting to improve spatial quality.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quater39\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u5176\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u52a1\u5b9e\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5c06\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u571f\u5730\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4f18\u8d28\u623f\u5c4b\u3002<\/p>\n Quarter 39 is a development that considered its context, site limitations, regulations, and delivered a pragmatic solution that turned an abandoned plot of land into quality homes at the very heart of the city.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
